A girl i was making hair for last sunday did the same thing. I laughed until i fell down. On checking her account balance, her balance was 33N. She was surprised cos she loaded 100N d previous day. Immediately, she called etisalat customer care. I tried telling her probably she might have subscribed for sumthing, she said no. So, when the lady picked, after explaining every thing to the lady, the lady asked her whether she normally receive alert, she said yes. The lady said, thats why they deducted ur money. Immediately, the young girl said with authority and shouting on top of a voice -"then you must have to stop it, im not interested. That stupid thing wen no even make sense, abeg aunty help end am. I no go money, i still be student. I fell on the floor laughing |
My friend's bother in law and wife are both AS. Their first child a boy has SCA and second child a girl is AA. The girl is abt 8yrs now. My friend told me that anytime the lady is pregnant (say about a month), a test will be carried out on the foetus to know the genotype, it has all been SS and an abortion will be carried out and she has done up to 6 times. That means having four children and one will be SS is not true. And again, i know a family that had four children, three SS and one AS. Infact two is late now. One of them died of joint pains at age 29. The last one wit SCA, came back to Nigeria and refused to go back. |
Little wonder her delay in sending her address to my sister. |

PBundles: I think this paints the picture of development in Nigeria, but I think a better question is WHY ARE WE FLOGGING STUDENTS IN THE 21ST CENTURY!Spare the rod (cane) spoil the child. So says my bible. Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child, but the rod of correction will drive it far. No be me talk am na so e dey for bible. |
Biggoozz: I did! I and d Doc delivered my six weeks old baby @ St. Nicholas all the way. It was a tough thing to experience but I tell guys: If you prayed with you wife for 9 months of pregnancy, you are a faith symbol she needs in that ward to pull through any challenge she faces there. I will do it again.Six weeks old baby? That's abortion |
When i heard of this story, i just keep giving thanks to God. During my schooling days, i went visiting so many nairaland friends in lagos especially guys. Only God knows what would av happened to me. I thank God im still alive today. |
HOW much foolishness do we allow all in the name of Religion?! For Pregnant mothers in the final days of their Pregnancies to be in church instead of the Hospital is outrightly ridiculous!! What if any of the mothers of these babies had encountered a complicated birth and needed cesarean Section to give birth?! Or a vaccum to evacuate the baby!! Nna foolishness that you find in religion is super amazing!! Im sure that if there are any death cases as a result of this, it will never be announced.. May God deliver us from stupidity!
According to daddy Adeboye, a good number of doctors and nurses were employed during that period. So im sure d clinic was fully equiped incase of emergency. |
hmmm! Dis is really a case of getting two @ price of one. Its really a wonderland story, as long as maturity allows them peace in such arrangement. I envy them too. A garden of eden kinda srtoy. God i need a like blessing, some body say amen for me!!!!!
Amen, but two is too small naw, i pray for quadriplet for u oh |
Spirit of Okija: The sweetness of a stew depends on the cook, not the utensils or equipment used..supported!!! Spice ur beef or fish very well and allow d tomatoes to dry very well, whether u use grinding stone or not, ur stew will be tasty. Poverty been make me think grinding stone is better, but now i knw better |

la furia: Hw does wearing hijab affects the performance of d skul or d teachers. As far this matter is corncerned it is not for the christian to comment becos their opinion is not needed sine the subject matter is of no value to them. Fashola shld just be careful, give me one reason y he shld ban hijab in public skuls wen that has being d norm 4 long time with no form of harrasment or discrimination. Y does he want to want to get himself into trivail issue as far as the work of d govt is concerned. There are skuls in north where d muslims wear hijabs and the christians don't and not for once are d christians force to wear hijab. Since it is public skul, student shld be allowed to pratice their religion. Will wait and see wat fashola has to say.In some government schools in Sokoto, christians are not allowed except they put on hijab. Even in d village i served in Kano. Though, for me, i dnt see anything wrong in putting on hijab to school. |
