I know someone who used Turkish airline about two weeks ago and he was not asked about covid test and it's also stated on the airline website.

Someone here also mentioned that a family/friend arrived UK few weeks ago and covid test was not required.

Whether its intentional or not this airlines still go ahead to exhibit flight deals on days that are not endorsed by the NCAA, luring unsuspecting flight passengers, i just found out now, that the date i booked (forgive me my bad,
I picked Turkish airline to fly on the 6th of October) Turkish is only allowed to work Mondays, Fridays and Sundays. Take note.

Good morning nairalanders, i booked a flight with the Turkish airline and i got a date oct 6 which is on a Tuesday, the news reaching me is that, NCAA, prior to easing of our airport had already scheduled airlines to operate at certain days of the week, ok that settled. My question goes thus, how will it be rescheduled to another date. Pls help

If the strike goes ahead, then it's more likely flights would be affected. I am not certain anyway.

A court order has been put to effect to stop the strike.

This question has been answered on every page. Will try my best to repeat what people have stated.

1. You don't need covid9 test if you are traveling to the uk.

2. Only those who are traveling back to Nigeria that need a covid19 test.

3. You self Isolate for 14 days when you arrive UK except your country or where you're coming from is exempted.

4. You dont need a covid19 test result if you boarding British Airways aka BA.

5. Certain airlines require covid 19 test results before boarding.

Turkish airline too doesn't require covid test ba?

There are rumours the UK might go into a 2 week lockdown soon giving the increasing no. of cases. At the moment, the rule of 6 prevents more than 6 people from gathering. There are some local lockdowns or curfews like in some parts of West Midlands.
