In this article, the following are the reasons why applicant aren’t getting mails;

1) Using the wrong email might be why most applicants aren’t getting email. A misspelt word or a change in the case of a letter while typing could be a possible reason. Applicants are advice the vet and review before submitting.

2) it can also be from the Npower portal, since most applicants are having the same complaint. The website from recent observation isn’t responsive or still under maintenance. One will say there’s a feature (plugin) needed to aid in sending of emails at the end of every registration. Oga no body can steal your money with your bvn. Bvn is a KYC tool. Banks have other strategies for security.

I've said that several times to people but Nigerians are always scared for nothing. The bvn only helps to track fraudulent activities cos it has all your bio data.
