How we arrive at this junction in Nigeria still baffles me.The other time that a citizen of the US was abducted in Nigeria...we saw how they swang to action.
But in our own country for over 3yrs nothing has been done over this matter...A child for that matter... indeed JESUS WEPT.... for Nigeria.

The point of the story is that, you will never be free working for somebody, Salary is a bribe to forget your own dream.

Even if you are paid a million naira it won't still solve your problems, once you make 100k, you will have 200k problems.

If you make 1 million you will have 2 million naira problem.

Btw.. people living in that side should be provided with a life jacket and make it compulsory to wear one.l can never travel on the sea without one.

The individual/company that owns the boat has failed in it's/their responsibilities... Govt alone can't do it all.
...Even individuals should get a life jacket by themselves if they have a reason to be on the sea.....if they no wan go heaven in the afternoon.

That "mo kuti" got me laughing...lt is well.

I have to resign a job.....cos l'm not the solo makinde type and my oga like it when you tell her both the ones you see n didn't see.She didn't see me as a loyalist cos l don't do sho,sho,sho for her.
At a point in time she started seeing me as a treat to her n she doesn't know it's not in my blood.l don't know how to do it.
Then...she started frustrating me...l had to leave her job for her.. but thank God l'm better off now.

Whatsoever work/job your hands find doing do with all ur might even if it's not yours.How you handle other people's job determine a lot way how you'll handle your's.

Don't zero ur mind about people not even ur enemies..cos sometimes God do send ur enemies to do the work of an angel in ur life.

No matter any height u attain be humble.

Put ur trust only in God n love Him.

This is a nice idea.But what comes to my mind Is the quality...hope it will be of international standard too.
Not d one dt rain will fall n that will be the end of d film.

So this population can come out for Campaign while school remains closed till infinity due to Coronavirus. I can see some of them are not putting on their face mask. The government makes the law when it suits them. I weep for Nigeria.

Hmmm, the big problem now is that she doesn't like to be corrected, maybe you too need to point out her strength as much as you let her know her weakness. Don't only show her her negative side, commend her positive side too but if that doesn't work, take her to someone she respect that can talk to her, also allow her to attend women conferences.

Women conferences is a very good option. I learnt a whole lot there n it really helped me personally.

OP,you are still alive today for a purpose.Life is d best gift given to us by God n dt is when other things follow
Even if you can't fly or run,as far as you are still crawling you will still get there.The most dangerous thing is to standstill.Everyone have their own time n at d appointed time it shall be done.
Many people go through depression that can't even identify what they are going through but since you have identified you are going through such, you can help yourself by seeing a therapist or self help
You have to identify things that make u happy n run away from things dt make u sad.Also don't stay lonely .Occupy your time with things that can help u positively.. ie leaning a skill,working to earn something, working for the church,doing business etc
When l graduated from d uni l used 7yrs for a4yr course without having any extra yr(courtesy of OAU) strikes, aluta n d likes but dt was history now.Sometimes
d situations we find ourselfs make it look as if we are not relevant but believe me,as far as we still breathe we are miracles going somewhere to happen.
Pls don't underrate the power of prayers. God still do wonders move closer to him...l speak peace to your life IJN Amen.

What a country we live in!.

Mine was a different ball game.At a point in my life l had to break off from some boyfriends that are choking me with their too much seriousness when me still they chop d life of my life



Mr Y will give me orders as if he has already paid my bride price(very domineering) May be because he's from a royal family o but l no send. l've not even agreed to have serious relationship with him o.....still a boy friend and already behaving like an husby.That was my 3rd yr in d Uni...l quickly japaa.

Mr N was a lover boy..He claims he loved me to the moon n back.He will always travel to n come looking for me in school...He will always introduce me to Fam n friends at slightest opportunity... He will speak to me on the phone for hours...when he will spoil the whole show dt was when his politician brother called me one day that l should inform my people they are coming for introduction... Me whey l never agree say l wan marry am...Na so l japaa.

Mr T was this Mr perfect stuff he is from a rich home..always want my friends n FAM to like him.He will prostrate flat for my dad like say he don give his daughter hand in marriage to him..He is most desperate for things to move on very fast..but my instinct told me he already has a child which l found out later to me true..That was how l japaa


MrD was on the same campus with me n he was ready to go to any length ..but l don't love him..in fact he has this way of carrying everyone along in my family buy he was the one l had the smallest feelings for.He persuaded me but l was not even ready to date him


So d list goes on and on..ladies too have guys who usually wanted to hook/marry them by fire by force not the other way round alone.

Last bullet.... By the grace of God I'm married now..my hubby was the one who was so desperate to marry... Infact at a point in time l had to run away from him cos he's choking me with too much attention... B4 we finally got married and lo n behold he still love me even till today as if l want to run away.

Your wife is a horrible person, the fact that her entire family doesn't associate with her says as much. In my mind she isn't even your wife she's just staying in your house.

Get real couples counselling, not nairaland advice, let your wife see a psychiatrist for her obvious mental health issues.

Finally you really shouldn't have married her if you didn't fully like her but the past is in the past. Please marriage is not by force.

Just my opinion too. She might be mentally imbalanced.. She might not look it. The help of a psychiatrist and afterwards a counselor are needed ASAP.

We know say na O. Y. O we dey before. The fact that lockdown will be eased doesn't mean that corona has disappeared. The truth is that government is not capable in terms of pallative measures to cushion d effect of lockdown and since some people are threatning brimestone n fire if the lockdown continues without anything....
So the government decided to free every body like a caged bird that is left to wonder in d rain not minding the wind or Flood can take away. Leaving each to his fate. This is d time we have to take precautions than before. Nigerians it is well.

When l was small,my brother n l were of d habit of wanting to follow our dad out in his car. This particular day he said he can't take us with
him despite all the begging.So,my brother n l decided to hide at d back of the back seat.
Our dad embarked on his journey without knowing we're hiding at d back of his car.... He has moved very far before we laughed out and he stopped d car n dragged us out. He sent us home n told us to wait for our disciplinary action when he comes back in the evening.. See when we get home come be like boiled vegetables�

...That was how one naughty married man deceived me in my uni days. He is caring,loving,generous,matured...He has a wife n 3girls according to information...he's forming single guy n even still denied when confronted.
Thank God he revealed his evil deeds to me through dream n l started seeking for more info.
To cut d long story short.. a friend of mine saw him n his wife in asoebi in a wedding she attended while she travelled to c her sister...n dt settled it.
I thank God l've not gone too far with him... but to be frank, d incidence broke my heart ...but God compensated me with my bone n my flesh.

This type of pictures send cold shivering down my spine.
