She should listen to what he has to say about her effort as a wife. If he has nothing wrong to say about her, she should show him the evidence and ask where she went wrong.

If nothing positive comes out of the conversation, then it's time to call the families together.

I hope she is gainfully employed or has a business of her own? Cause this could go any way.
