Politics / Court Strikes Out Fraud Case Against Osun Dep Chief Of Staff by rowrowland: 12:26pm On Oct 01, 2020
An Abuja High Court sitting in Maitama has struck out a case of fraud allegation against the Osun State Deputy Chief of Staff, Prince Abdullah Adeyanju Binuyo.
On Wednesday, 30 September, 2020, Hon Justice O. O. Goodluck of the High Court 4, Maitama struck out the case at the instance of the Prosecuting Counsel, Rumamsonte Ezekiel, Esq.
Counsels for the defendants: Wahab Ismail, Esq; and Wasiu Omotosho, Esq; were present while Samuel Ogala, Esq, watched brief for the complainant.
At the court on Wednesday, Police prosecutor apologised saying he was misinformed about the case.
Earlier, Wahab Ismail, Esq, counsel to Binuyo, has exonerated his client from the malicious allegation.
In a press statement issued by him, Ismail stated that Binuyo was only a mere witness to the deal and not a party to it.
According to him, the amount involved in the deal was $100,000, not $120, 000 as claimed in the report.
The lawyer stated that the $100,000 has been refunded in full to the party concerned and collected by the said Tunde Ajala in the presence of the police a year ago and duly acknowledged by his counsel.
The statement stated further that Binuyo cannot be held liable to a matter he was not involved in, which was confirmed by the police charge sheet.

I think they just want to smear his name. It's a business matter, it's in court let them wait for some court actions. The whole amount is less than 50M

Congrats to GGO on his re-election.

So many things to deduce from this election, one been the fact that Tinubu has been abandoned by the North in his pipe dream to be President.

Obaseki is a brave man, Ambode should make a return with PDP and Bury Tinubu finally just as his boy Oshio has been buried.
For ya mind, abi?
It's incredible how people continue to get excited over election matters. Who says Edo people have rejected oshiomole, what evil did oshiomole comit?

Not bad responding to this post.... But for me: I don't respond to this. It's shallow and looks like something coming from a restless mind(still trying to get the idea).

Good day sir/ma!!

I can help build the multi vendor app in flutter.

The estimated budget depends on the number of digital products you wish to sell and how robust the back end would be.

How many administrative ends are you looking at?

One for the master admin and second for the vendors to upload their products.

The estimate is subjective and actually based on your real budget sir.

If you're looking for 100+ digital products, you should be looking at a budget of #400k to say the least.

The projects is a progressive one which will need continuous updates on the stores.

You would also want to keep your developer with you after the successful project.

That's my take sir/ma.

How do you challenge them and maintain social distance? A typical Lagos area boy will just draw down your mask and sneeze into your face undecided

Nairaland is full of low-lives. But you should understand that Seun is enjoying every bit of it(the house wins). On a serious note: religion can't be off - everyone is entitled to their own stupid opinions-and it's same on twitter & everywhere too. By the way you should've inbox Seun rather than interupt a beautiful thread.

I guess a lot of people went to NIIT thinking they'd be spoonfed(because they paid huge amount). Sorry, it's never like that. If you can study online or look for a tutor, and then go for a vendor certification - that's it. You save plenty. Many years ago a lot of guys left NIIT and ran back to me to learn Java1.4 grin
