The recruiting manager was tasked to call four candidates to meet with the client, after the final stage with us.

She has called up three other candidates and all have agreed to make themselves available on a Wednesday between 12-2 pm.

On the last call with the candidate, see how it ensued;

RM - Hello Bleep, congratulations on getting to this stage. I am making this call to invite you to meet with the client on Wednesday by 1pm. I want to know if you would be available.

Can- Hmm! This is great! I am so happy. I just put in my best and I am looking forward to getting the job. Unfortunately, I would not be available on Wednesday. Is there any other date?

RM- This is quite unfortunate as we are thinking of wrapping it up on that day but don’t worry, i would try to push the next day for you. Would Thursday be okay for you?

Can- I don’t think I can do this week at all. Please can you schedule me for nextweek Tuesday seeing that Monday is a busy day for any organization and also being the first day in the week.

RM- What about Friday? Or even Thursday evening when you are done with work. I can push the client for a 7pm this week instead of postponing till nextweek.

Can- I don’t think I can make it as I don’t like getting home late. I prefer my interviews between 9-4pm. A 7pm is a No for me.

RM- Okay I would get back to you later. Do have a great day..

👉🏽If you ever see yourself under this situation, please try as much as possible to make yourself available for any interview the same day others are meeting with the decision makers or within 24-48 hours.

👉🏽The odds most time is that the preferred candidate would have been picked from the very first set if the interview was successful and presented with good quality candidates.

👉🏽Most times, the client would have a hard time remembering other candidates by the time they meet you and if there was a superlative candidate in the set, you lose out.

👉🏽You can postpone interview date that long if you are sure that your performance and what you are bringing onboard is quite exceptional.

👉🏽Delay may eventually lead to denial.

(Not all clients would make final decision virtually, let’s remember this)..

Though the money is a little bit small. Nevertheless, you can still partner with some reputable micro finance institutions that are into proof of fund provision for the japa people. So my half brother sold a piece of my father property and I received my share which was 5M, my intention was to use the money to relocate out of naija but seeing as how things are very expensive I decided to pause and wait till next year so as to be able to add to it.
I am working so I dont need to touch the money but I need to invest the money because it sitting in my account will probably just devalue it.

Reason it is not good to marry too early, especially when u are not doing financially well. That is how my younger brother (18yearsy) said he want to marry because he managed to save 500k and I let him marry... Today they have been disturbing me with complain not because of finance but due to woman wahala, minor issue they will have issue because they are not yet matured emotionally..
