Its funny how hypocritical Nigerians are bashing Seun Kuti for the assault on the police man. You Nigerians, when will you have sense? The Seun Kuti that should be celebrated as a national hero and have his giant statue placed at a strategic location in Abuja and Lagos for slapping a police man. The same police that have slapped you several times and abused you, lied on you and your sons and daughters, sent you to prison for something you know nothing about, abused you and turtute you. Beat you in the presence of your wife and children. The same police that will stop you on the road and throw igbo into your car and arrest you for it. Same police that will force you to open your phone, see your chat with your American customer for a web design job and label you a Yahoo boy, then kill you while you were trying to prove your point. You all come online to say "Can he try that in Europe or America" Are you nuts? how dare you say such nonsensical thing? Do American and Eurpean police men treat ordinary citizens like they do here in Nigeria? One man out of the lot of you gathered the courage to slap some sense into the head of these mofos and you still come online to bash him. During endsars protests, youths came out en mass to burn police stations and murdered several police men and you hailed them as heroes but you are reprimanding Seun Kuti for slapping the same people. You bloody hypocrites. |

Record breakers do not need any monetary compensation from Guinness. If the records are worthwhile, like Hilda's, you will get endorsements, gifts, contracts etc, you will hardly be denied Visa to any country of the world. I foresee celebrities, government, companies etc throwing dangerous money at this lady and giving her crazy blank check cooking contracts aftwards. She is made already. Note that stupid records like highest numbers of hugs in one minute or longest hours of kiss and other rubbish records will only attract paper certificate and nothing more from the public. Let it also be noteworthy that Hilda's records are the best to come out of Nigeria if she eventually breaks it (I fear that she might collapse before breaking it sha). This feat is far greater than the longest hours of dance by Kaffy. |
Olarewaju89:You are a very foolish person for talking about spiritual problems and deliverance. Mad man. |
beekind:You are a 21st century fool. Even if your dad didn't say it, shouldn't you do it? You are in far away America. You think you know this Naija babes abi. Your papa get sense pass you. Your dad is a demi god, you should be worshipping him. Baba, carry the woman go do test and thank your dad for borrowing you brain. |
sparko1:You, you yourself and you, look at yourself and ask if you are not into some kind of scam or fraud in one way or the other. At your work, business, or most especially if you are an artisan. Oh, the country's image is bad everywhere and no one wants to do business with us? Tell that to your leaders, they already marred the country's image and name long before the Yahoo boys. If they didn't, Yahoo won't even be a thing. Let's kuku finish the image once and for all |
Skyview01:Shut up! The example does not tally. Everyone in Nigeria is not into kidapping. Our politicians are not kidnapping people. But everyone in Nigeria, everyone in government one way or the other is into scamming or fraud of some kind. |
Shii |
shawnfamous:Shut up, you are not into programming. If you truly are, you would know what I have said is true and you will gladly discourage other fools from doing it. |
Okay, we all know why the police officers insisted they check his phone: He is young, dressed fine and looks like an internet fraudster aka Yahoo Yahoo. I laugh when I go on social media and see people reprimanding Yahoo boys and calling for their head? Are you shittting me? There is Yahoo is every sector in Nigeria. This policemen are Yahoo by unlawfully forcing him to open his phone so that they can get some damning evidence against him, not to prosecute him but to get their own share of the spoil. People working in several organizations across the country, especially in government have one way or the other they get some extra money aside their regular salary. Isn't that Yahoo? Go to Marriage registry, Ikoyi, those women reciting the oaths and hadling over the certificate won't let you go until they force money out of your pocket, out of your will. I have friends working in banks who are doing shady deals so as to get some extra amount on top their salary. The EFCC arresting Yahoo boys are the biggest Yahoo Yahoo. They seize money, cars and properties and share it amongst themselves. Their former oga was even arrested and sacked for fraud Your mechanics, plumbers, carpenters and other artisans tell loads of lies when buying materials for your work to get something extra. Don't lets even go into people in government. Those one don chop belleful. When Seun Kuti said Yahoo is better than betting, lots of you castigated him. If not for these boys, our economy would have been down the drain. They make businesses go smooth, they take care of their parents and siblings. Because of them, their families can have some hopes. Some even setup businesses for themselves and loved one, employing other people, thereby promoting the economy. Yahoo is bad, yes, I agree. Yahoo boys should be arrested and jailed, yes. Arrest them, jail them, but make sure you jail everyone else in this county. I am not a Yahoo boy, but I seriously need someone to teach me that shii. Let's kuku scatter the country. If you be correct Yahoo guy, abbeg send me DM make we roll. I don't mind paying. |
By soft skill, I want to assume you mean digital skill. Whatever you decide upon, ask yourself if you have the brain capacity to handle or process the skill you so long for. I laugh when people say they want to learn coding, become a web master or software engineer. That shii ain't for dullards. It's not even for smart people who want to start making money from it immediately. The best time to start learning some digital skills is when you are a teenager or early twenties, when the troubles of life are minimal. You cannot learn some skills while being distracted by your wife and children or village people. I know a lot, I have gathered plenty knowlege and skills, most of which I started learning when I was very young. Don't be like the lots of Nigerians who have jumped at a skill and ran out after a couple of months. Think well. In a nutshell, digital skills is not for everyone. Some will become successful selling spear parts at Ladipo or selling laptops and phones at computer village. |
