You fear an intruder(s) is/are in your house while you and your girl are in bed sleeping.

Is the first thing you would do as you wake up not check if your girl is okay and inform her your are going to deal with the intruder?

So you would go out and if the intruders kill you, your girl does not even have a chance because they would get hold of her because she is still asleep.

His explanation has no logic.

The first thing you would do in that time of danger is get the gun by the bed and THEN INSTINCTIVELY contact your girl, if not verbally then by touch. You would feel for her in the bed and whisper/motion to her you are about to do something, she should stay silent or hide.

Anytime I hear these people die, I don't feel any exceptional sympathy towards them, they are just entertainers and majority don't add anything intellectual or fantastic to my life. I have sympathy but not exceptional, "we have lost greatness" sympathy.

Some Nigerian Criminal And Rogue Judges Retired; 2 Others Escape

The National Judicial Council (NJC) has recommended the immediate retirement of three rogue judges during an emergency meeting of the body late last night.

"The highest judicial regulatory body in Nigeria has acceded to the compulsory retirement of justices Abubakar Talba, Thomas D Naron and Charles Archibong," said a Supreme Court source early today.

The first of the three judges, Justice Talba was recommended for retirement following public outcry that greeted his ruling granting a police pension thief, Yakubu Yusufu, a $1,500 fine after he pleaded guilty to grand theft of $203 million.

A second high court judge, Justice Naron was controversially involved in a series of scandalous election tribunal cases, especially in Osun state, where the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) attorney, Kunle Kalejaiye (SAN) had extensive personal contact with the judge during the 2007 election tribunal case involving Olagunsoye Oyinlola of the PDP.

The NJC last night directed the Nigeria Bar Association to deal with Mr. Kalejaiye's case through its Legal Practitioners’ Disciplinary Committee.

Justice Archibong was sanctioned by the NJC for some scandalous judgements including the case involving Nigeria's renowned rogue banker, Erastus Akingbola.

The NJC was silent on the cases of two other rogue judges, Mr. Ibrahim Buba, the judge that granted a permanent injunction restraining the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) from arresting, questioning or interrogating former governor Peter Odili of Rivers State as well as Mr. Justice Marcel Awokulehin, the judge who cleared former governor James Ibori of all fraud charges in 2009.

Rubbish in all ramifications considering:

1) The current popularity of the league.

2) The Nigerian stock exchange is largely illiquid in many sectors.

3) The clubs don't even have a reliable income stream to attract any sane investor.

This postulation is only good as a dream for the future.

The NPL had loads of chances for many years but left a huge gap (due to typical Naija incompetence) that the EPL and co have adequately filled.

rhymz: You know there's something borderline dubious in the notion that there stand to be a reward for one's belief in something in the afterlife. You probably would have cared less if the idea of heaven and hell was not in the equation, I guess. This shows how selfish the "religious mindset" is, it is all about what one gets in the end and nothing more. This fact is even evident in many christian songs and way of doing things.

Well, I have got a few questions for religious people with such mindset; Christians and Muslims alike.
1. When you get to this heaven that has been promised, what exactly will you all be doing?
I once heard a christian say: worship God.
For eternity? Is he that bored? Is that not another form of slavery in itself? Won't you rather go to hell or stay put on earth?

2. In what form will you exist in heaven?
A baby, the age in which you died, a youngstar or is there like an average age for every heaven entrant? And then what happens to one's memory?
Do you lose all of it the moment you die or you go on with it to heaven? Do you remember relatives and friends or you become total strangers in heaven? Who wants to live that kind of torture?

3. The question of consciousness and self-will seem all too strange in the equation of heaven. Do people have free-will like they do on earth? Can I for instance, take my own decision and say; "today, I don't want to worship God, I want to stay home and 4ck my wife?" I ask this because if there's realy free-will and consciousness, at some point, the issue of sin will come up again even in heaven and then we would have to grapple with the fact that it aint afterall, a perfect place as described.
Unless of course heaven is another case of thou shall not do this and that, which also raises the question again; why create laws if everyone is perfect and do not have the ability to sin.
4. By the way, how long realy is eternity?

If you can answer these questions logically without resorting to incongruous and illogical explanation then may be, I mean, "MAY BE" I will give this your heaven a thought.
