See the reason many guys don't want to get married be that, that i should ask a lady for permission before sending money to the man and woman who made me who i am.

and Communications Technology, (ICT).
• Revise to strengthen current remote learning programs initially launched for
stronger curriculum backing towards improving relevance and quality on a
grade level to level basis.
• Provide learners access to online resources materials online learning
platforms, radio or television programs.
• Children and young people should at home and wash their hands regularly,
maintain personal hygiene and adhere to the Nigerian Centre for Disease
Control, (NCDC), and World Health Organisation, (WHO), Covid-19
guidelines.
2. BEFORE SCHOOLS AND LEARNING FACILITIES REOPEN
Federal and State Ministries of Education (SMoE) should decide when to reopen
schools after due consultations with the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19
(PTF) and other critical stakeholders taking into consideration key requirements
listed in the guidelines. In each state, a functional School Health programme
chaired by a state school health focus officer should be put in place while a school
focal officer should be assigned in every school.
Schools must also put in place systems that meet the following:
• Safe distancing procedures
• Alternative learning models for safe distancing. The guideline proffers
diverse alternative learning models tailored to the specific learning context that
assures equity in learning
• Review existing policies, practices, and risk mitigation strategies in the use
of schools for other purposes, such as distance learning centers, temporary shelters,
isolation, quarantine and treatment centers, markets, voting centers, and others.
• Develop and display at school’s simple context-specific reference protocols
on day to day actions to be operated in each school.
• Conduct risk assessment with a view to understanding the gaps in the system
that can increase the risk of transmission and make recommendations for
addressing the gaps
• Safety and hygiene in all stages and phases of the school reopening process
which promote behaviors that reduce spread, such as school commutes (to and
from school travelling), safe distancing, frequent hand washing, and the use of
facemasks.
Other guiding framework includes sensitization, financing, learning, and
monitoring procedures.
3. THE REOPENING PROCESS
Adjusting to the new school process requires much planning. A phased and gradual
reopening of schools is advocated to minimize the risk of infections in schools and
the resurgence of COVID-19 infections in the community. This involves measures
including:
• Training of teachers and other personnel on safety and hygiene measures.
• Establishing a COVID-19 referral system.
• Ensure availability of an ambulance and access to a
testing/isolation/treatment centre including NCDC helpline and state government
facilities.
• Ensure adequate Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) facilities across
the school premises.
• De-congesting classrooms, hostels, worship centres and other spaces.
• Encouraging use of open spaces for gathering and promoting outdoor
activities.
• Establish a staff/students committee for regular surveillance, monitoring and
enforcement of COVID-

Oga according to the minister, schools should put in place measures to reopen atleast on 29th oj July, while a date will be announced on 30th, and according to a source in the ministry, FG and relevant stakeholders (VCs,Rectors, private school owners, state commissioners of education, ASUU, NLC etc) will be consulted to find a date around sept.

I am 23 years old guy I ave been staying with my brother in Abuja for the past 8 years , I help him with his shop and his house , everything was fine till he got married his wife carry his two sisters to the house 24 and 19 years old , he said I should leave my room for them I didn’t argue I let them have the room while I am sleeping in the parlour , during lockdown this girl will wake and come to the parlour to watch tv to disturb my sleep , I complained to my brother he said I should keep calm he will speak to his wife which he never does and these girls kept disturbing me meanwhile the older girl stopped but the younger one carry on and I told her to stop disturbing me she has a phone she can press her phone in their room , she insulted me and told me to go and marry I got angry and ask her to leave she said I should do my worst and I landed a thunder slap in her face she held me by my neck screaming when my bro and wife came his wife started hitting me on my back I had to leave the house and went outside to cool down , my brother followed me and said I didn’t do well by hitting his wife sister he said I should go and apologise to his wife and sister , I refuse and asked him why he didn’t stop them when I was complaining bitterly about them but he waited for me to take matter to my own hand now he blamed me he said I should apologise which I did to his wife but not to the girl but that small girl was expecting me to knelt down and beg her , I told her she will wait for eternity.

It is obvious your lovely brother is now being controlled by his evil wife, i don't need to hear the other side of the story because i know exactly what a spoit Igbo wife and her family could do.

Ask your parent to talk to him to atleast get you a single room outside, make them call him back to the village for discussion on this.

It seems you are serving him in order to become your own boss, so leaving him and his shop is not possible but make sure you leae that house else your life will never become thesame, forget people that will tell you to continue your stay in his house.

I didn't even know my wife was that active on nairaland and she felt bad and apologized. She said she didn't know the salary issue bothered me this much and was a little bit angry I didn't tell her it bother me that much before taking it to the forum.

I didn't want the topic to hit front page but am glad it did cause it saved my marriage and she showed me every thing, her pay slips, her investment and her two bank account details and for the first time it seems as if I now know her. And we will soon be opening a joint account for family welfare. It just feels so right and is as if our marriage just began last night. At least now I have seen a future with her.


But o boy she rich oh and yet she is loyal at least that love or I think.

My main concern is about tertiary institutions and NYSC camps. Govt should allow those graduating tertiary students to graduate and suspend NYSC camps for now.
