Politics5 Prayer Point For Jonathan. by sammyzacks(op): 9:54am On Jan 16, 2010
The refusal of the Yaradua Govt to hand over power is simply because it it Jonathan that is going to be the 'beneficiary'. As a result there has been a lot of evil plans going on against him to put him out of the way.The kitchen cabinet, have been working round the clock but to no avail. But if we don't uphold Jonathan in prayers, they might succeed. I therefore ask all good Nigerian to pray for Jonathan as follows:

1. God should protect him and his family against all physical harm fashioned against them.

2. God should expose all his enemies and the enemies of Nigeria and bring them to subjection.

3. God should ensure that the destiny he has designed for Jonathan be established. Human plans should not stop it from actualizing.

4. God should surround him with the right advisers that will lead him aright.

5.God should instill in him the boldness to face the task ahead of him.

May God bless you as you pray for your leader.
PoliticsYar'adua: Pdp Hawks Floor Obasanjo At Bot Meeting by sammyzacks(op): 9:37am On Jan 16, 2010
CHIEF Olusegun Obasanjo, Chairman of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of Trustees (BoT), left the nation's capital, Abuja, yesterday a very sad old man.

Reason: His logical argument over the constitutional crisis that has left the seat of power divided was literally thrown out by the 'hawks' on the PDP Board of Trustees at their meeting, with only two "dove" members from the north supporting him on the need to fill the vacuum created by the two-month absence of President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua.

In fact, none of the eight BoT members from even Obasanjo's Southwest geo-political zone supported him on the matter at the highly charged meeting.

Meanwhile, an impeccable source close to President Yar'Adua has disclosed that the latter failed to hand over the reins of power to Vice President Goodluck Jonathan before leaving for his current health-related trip to Saudi Arabia for fear that former President Obasanjo might gain a foothold in the Presidency through Jonathan.

We are a 'Nehemiah Generation' . Christianity is not what you do in church, it is what you do outside church. Jesus said we should preach the gospel to all the worlds. The world includes politics, banking, family, oil and gas, education, entertainment, etc. We are the salt of the earth, to give meaning to this world. Nehemiah though a holy man of God, led the revolution towards the rebuilding of he broken walls of Jerusalem.

Ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters, there is no better time than now for Christians to pick up active roles towards rebuilding the broken structures of our country. The reason why with all the churches we have in Nigeria, evil is still prevailing is because we have refused to take Christianity outside the four corners of the church.

On 6/18/2003 at 1316hrs., Rev. Hansen received this prophecy:
"Haiti: a land drenched in the blood of goats, and sheep, and chickens, and pigs. Yes, the blood offered to please the gods of hell will not save you for what is coming upon your land. Only my precious blood from my Son Jesus can protect you from the wrath coming in the future.

Yes, blood is coming and only my blood can spare your soul from the justice that is coming against the gods of hell. You worship other gods and spirits, but 'I AM that I AM Jesus Christ' is returning to judge the nations and returning to judge Haiti.

Yes, your leadership, whose bodies have been baptized in the blood of animals (pigs and goats etc.), will not help you now. The gods and spirits from other lands far away across the oceans will not help you now, for I am coming back to judge all. Thus saith the Word and the Spirit of the only God that lives, Jesus Christ."

PoliticsPlot, Intrigues Against Vp Thicken by sammyzacks(op): 12:15pm On Jan 15, 2010
VICE-President Goodluck Jonathan has been subjected to great discomfort in the last four weeks, as events are attesting to this, Nigerian Tribune investigations have revealed.

One of such attempts against the number two citizen was through food poisoning, which sources said the vice-president himself had taken note of and therefore refrained himself from taking food and drinks served in the State House.

Nigerian Tribune also gathered that events in the last four weeks in the Villa suggest that there is more to the threat to the life of Vice-President Jonathan. The latest remote or near incident, according to sources, indicated that a top company which manages Aso Rock, is this time orchestrating the plan.

For instance, sources said the entire Presidential Villa was thrown into darkness on Tuesday night, when the vice-president was billed to host members of the Diplomatic Corps in Aguda House.
The incident was so dramatic that even the envoys were quite stunned. Sources said that as soon as the diplomats began to trickle in, the Villa was, without warning, plunged into darkness for close to one hour.
The confused ambassadors, it was gathered, were seen huddling together, wondering if the Presidential Villa had no standby generator, or if there was something sinister about it.
Nigerian Tribune learnt that, when power was finally restored, the central public address system failed to work, causing the vice-president’s aides to run helter-skelter for remedy.
The Nigerian Tribune gathered that it was not the first time such an incident had happened. Sources said that in December 2009, during the Christmas Carol night hosted by the vice-president, the Villa was similarly thrown into darkness, causing a similar scare.
“And when power was eventually restored, the air conditioners were deliberately shut down. Over 100 guests had to endure the suffocating heat of the banquet hall during the event, but dramatically, the air conditioners began to work again as soon as the event ended,” the source said.
It was learnt that mobile phones are programmed not to work in the Presidential Villa, leaving the principals and staff with no choice but to use the telephone lines run by the company.
Nigerian Tribune learnt that situation had become so bad that the company is being fingered in an effort to sabotage the vice-president’s activities in the Villa. During the week, Jonathan was said to have issued a query to the company over recent happenings.
The role of the top company said to be managing the Villa was also said to be another “instrument” being used to sabotage the efforts of Vice-President Jonathan or cause him discomfort.
The Nigerian Tribune learnt that given its vantage position, the company holds sway over virtually all activities in the Villa. It was gathered that its access to every part of the villa is unrestricted.
Sources said: “The company has unfettered access to the vice-president’s offices and the innermost recesses of his living quarters. They control the telephones, so they can have access to the vice-president’s conversation, and they run the internet services, so they have access to private e-mails through the web portal.”
It was gathered that this company is being used to monitor the vice president’s activities, while sources said that “they do this by shutting down facilities like electricity and water at such hours in sections of Aguda House and when they are inevitably invited to check what has gone wrong, they are able to pinpoint where the vice-president is and when.”

PoliticsBuhari, Atiku Offer Way Out For Nigeria by sammyzacks(op): 7:49am On Jan 14, 2010
Two former national leaders have offered the Senate a solution to what they described as “this seemingly contrived political and constitutional crisis” in Nigeria.

Mohammadu Buhari, a past military head of state, and Atiku Abubakar, a former vice president, and President Yar’Adua’s opponent in the last presidential election, visited the office of the Senate President, David Mark, on Wednesday with the sole aim of delivering their considered solution to the Senate.

Although, they did not say much while the visit lasted, they said they offered an elaborate solution to the current constitutional and political quagmire in a six-page proposal signed by both of them and presented to the Senate president.

The proposal includes the constitution of a team of 15 credible Nigerians as goodwill ambassadors to travel to Saudi Arabia to verify the exact location of President Yar’Adua.

The team, according to Messrs Buhari and Atiku, should comprise a retired Justice of the Supreme Court as the team leader. Other members, they suggested, should include: one member of the Federal Executive Council, the President’s personal physician, backed by another highly respected and independent medical practitioner nominated by the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA); the Majority and Minority leaders of both chambers of the National Assembly and one representative each from the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) and a women group.

Apart from verifying the exact location of the president, they stated that the team would commiserate with the president and his family, and then advise him to comply with the provisions of Section 144 of the 1999 Constitution.

The team, according to the proposal, will also meet with the president’s doctors to obtain clear and detailed information on the exact nature of his illness and the prospects of recovery as is ethically possible and as will be politically necessary to satisfy Nigerians.

Report for executive decision

Thereafter, the team is expected to compile and submit a report, with recommendation(s) on the implication of the president’s condition for the administration and political stability of the nation, to the vice president who will table the report and recommendations as a memorandum for consideration at the meeting of the Federal Executive Council.

Then, the vice president will address the nation on the decision of the council, which should include a way forward.

Senate spokesman, Ayogu Eze, in a press conference shortly after the Senate session said: "I want to let all Nigerians know that this morning we were billed to be beamed, the debate and all other things that happened live in the chamber, and we had informed NTA accordingly and the NTA management refused to bring their live cameras and l believe it was an attempt to frustrate the efforts of the Senate to brief the people of Nigerians live so that they can see what we are talking about. I also think it was an attempt to frustrate the independent arm of government, because this is a legislature and not part of the executive.

PoliticsPresident’s Speech On The Bbc Was “a Hoax.”-abuja Rally by sammyzacks(op): 4:58am On Jan 13, 2010
Falana, while addressing the rally, said the President’s speech on the BBC was “a hoax.”

He said the voice was a computerised and synchronised voice of the President and was far from the voice he was familiar with.

He said, “Enough of poverty in the midst of plenty, enough of poverty, enough of the tag of terrorism; enough of absentee Presidency, enough of election malpractices, enough of the collapse of infrastructure.

“Today, we are sounding a wake-up call to our people. We want to show them that we have not been conquered. We are a free people.

“Those who say that the President of Nigeria can govern from anywhere are talking rubbish. When Governor Rashidi Ladoja was impeached by the Lamidi Adedibu gang of thugs in a hotel in Ibadan, the Supreme Court of Nigeria held that it was illegal to convene and hold the sitting of a House of Assembly in any other place other than the House of Assembly.

“Therefore, to purport or claim that the President of Nigeria signed a law in an unknown hospital is illegal under our law.

“This morning, they claimed that the President spoke on the BBC in a very wobbling voice, but I am saying here that the voice of the President I am very familiar with is not the voice on the BBC. What happened this morning was a charade, computerised voice of our President.

“We are, therefore, challenging him and his spin doctors to address us on the television. We want a live telecast.

“We pray that he does not die, but we are saying that he has become incapacitated to govern Nigeria. The constitution does not provide for a President ruling us from a sick bed, in an undisclosed hospital; please enough of the insult.”

The speech was too fake to be true. Nigerians are smarter than that.
PoliticsWe Stand By Our Story- Yaradua Is Brain-damaged by sammyzacks(op): 2:10pm On Jan 12, 2010
In reaction to the BBC report, NEXT editors said, ‘'we stand by our story, to wit: we have it on good authority that the president has suffered brain damage and other impairments, and is no longer able to effectively discharge the office of president.

Anyone who claims we are wrong should please produce our president, so that he can speak to us directly as Nigerians, and not via an audio clip through a foreign news organization.''

NEXT also said it is willing to immediately dispatch journalists to meet the president in Saudi Arabia as soon as his kitchen cabinet permits access to him. ‘'We would like to see for ourselves and talk directly to our president.

This is one occasion where we would be happily wrong. So we call on those keeping the president hidden from the Nigerian people to produce him immediately for all to see,'' the media organisation said.

PoliticsNigeria Minister Calls Protesters ‘desperado’ Politicians by sammyzacks(op): 8:06am On Jan 12, 2010
Nigeria’s Minister of State for Information and Communication has called Tuesday’s planned demonstration against what organizers describe as a power vacuum “a desperate act.”
Aliyu Bilbis said the protest, which will reportedly be addressed by Nobel Laureate Wole Soyinka, is irrelevant.
“It is just a pity people like Soyinka will involve themselves with this kind of desperado politicians who do not have a base, who do not have any basis. If you remember, these are the people who are basing the reason or their excuse on a constitutional provision of section 142 and 125, when they tried (and) they could not penetrate,” he said.

They won’t make any meaningful insight… These are people who are not able to deliver their wards (win elections). You will be surprised to know that today there are a number of students who will also be in the streets praying, calling for Nigerians to pray for Mr. President for a quick recovery. You can see how irrelevant their so-called protest will make,” Bilbis said.

“One thing they should understand is that we will continue to tell the whole world, not only Nigerians that Mr. President is recovering. He is in the hospital. He is resting… I want to assure you very soon, Mr. President will come back to this country and continue the good work he started in this country. These are people seeking relevance at any given time. They always want to raise dust where there is no dust,” Bilbis said.

This is absolutely rubbish. Why has he not considered it fit ti speakk to us before now. And now that he "spoke" he does so

1. by telephone: which can be faked
2. to foreigners: a disrespect to his country
3. A day before the determination of his fate
4. He did not say anything new from the old lies we have been fed with all along.

My bet is that there is a serious conspiracy by the kitchen "devils" to bring Nigeria down. They are willing to go to any length to achieve their result. They fake telephone calls to Jonathan, Bankole , Mark and now the BBC.

Let me tell them that we are better than that, we want Jonathan to carry go, so we can make progress. The National assembly now have an opportunity to make history just like they did with the third term agenda.

I am going to pry to God to scatter all enemies of Nigeria TODAY!

With the present level of technology in information dissemination in the world; with the sophisticated means of gathering news by today's Journalists; with Nigerian's sophistication as far as knowledge is concerned;

Is it possible for a very few member of the Yaradua's kitchen cabinet to cover up his death?

I want to think that the Guy is still alive somewhere, because he can't be dead and they are still hiding him on this small electronic 'global village'.
