trendysturvs: Alhaji Akinsanya Ayinde, popularly known as MC Oluomo has declared undying support to the National Leader, All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
Following the controversies that trailed the self-acclaimed Jagaban of Lagos, on having hands in the shooting of #EndSARS protesters during the Lekki massacre, led to the destruction of Tinubu’s alleged properties.
The chairman, National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW, Lagos branch, MC Oluomo however insists on standing by the ex-governor regardless of the accusations.
In a post via his Instagram page, he wrote, “I STAND LOYAL TO JAGABAN.”
“True talk. Just according to the Yoruba adage “oni nkan o ni je ki nkan baje” Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu the man with a good heart and great love for Lagos. Asiwaju omo olodode ma se bi ose nse lo, bo pe titi oti yi o leke.

MANDIPUTIN: PORTHARCOURT — Former governor of Rivers State, Chibuike Amaechi, has faulted the order issued by Governor Nyesom Wike against members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in Rivers State.
Wike had on Monday charged the 23 council chairmen, and youths in the state to fish members of IPOB, over the violence that erupted nationwide following the #EndSARS protest.
Amaechi the Nigeriaʼs Minister of Transportation, who faulted Wike’s action in Abuja on Tuesday, asked the governor to focus on the real problem in Rivers State and leave IPOB.
He stated that Fulani herdsmen are one of the major problem the people of Rivers State are facing.
The minister said; “It is very funny that Wike has decided to leave his administrative works to arrest and kill innocent people of obigbo in Rivers State
“What have Wike done for Obigbo people since he took over as the governor of Rivers State.
“Instead of him to attack innocent obigbo people, let him go after those Herdsmen killing People in Rivers State or better still go after those with oil well who are not indigenous people of his state”.

Politics › Re: Lekki Shooting: Army Lied Against Sanwo-olu – Nnamdi Kanu Blows Hot by samunaka: 2:42pm On Oct 28, 2020 |
princevee: The Nigerian Army has been accused of lying against the governor of Lagos state, Sanwo-Olu over the shooting of protesters.
The Nigerian army has been tackled over a recent statement it released saying it was invited to Lagos by the Governor of the state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu to confront #EndSARS protesters. Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu on Wednesday accused the army of lying over the incident. Kanu claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari and not Sanwo-Olu ordered the soldiers to kill the protesters. Recall that gunmen in military uniform had last week Tuesday stormed the Lekki toll gate and shot at peaceful protesters. The gunmen had killed some of the protesters during the crisis. But, following the backlash, the 81 Division of the Nigerian Army had admitted that it’s soldiers were present at the scene of the protest but did not kill anybody. The division also disclosed that they stormed Lekki toll gate on the order of Sanwo-Olu. However, the IPOB leader described the Army’s claim as false. In a tweet, Kanu insisted that the governor was not the head of Army. He tweeted: “Nobody should believe @HQNigerianArmy’s claim that it was @jidesanwoolu that ordered for soldiers to be brought to #Lekki. “It’s a brazen LIE. Since when did Governors become Army Commanders. #LekkiMassacre was ordered by the Fulanized @NGRPresident and executed by a Fulanized Army.”

odogwu9: DON'T APOLOGIZE If I see one more - "I want to apologise to the Minister of humanitarian services. She really said it that she shared palliatives to every state bla bla bla bla"
Jeez!!!! ♀️Stop it guys.
Stop apologising nonsense please.
These palliatives that were found stored in warehouses all carry a tag - CA Covid.
Please google that tag and read it up.
CA COVID is a PRIVATE SECTOR Covid 19 coallition initiative.
A coalition of companies and individuals in the private sector who came together to support the government in the heat of the pandemic with relief materials.
These are not palliatives from the federal government shared by the humanitarian minister. These are palliatives that were handed to the state governments by the coalition not your humanitarian minister, for free.
FREE!!!
Neither state nor federal government paid for these relief materials. IT CAME FREE TO THEM.
These palliatives are from private individuals and companies.
These private individuals came together and raised 27billion + and used it to provide relief materials for the masses and shared them through the state governments to be distributed to the masses.
All of these palliatives you are seeing were purchased/generated within a budget of 27billion + raised by the Coalition.
Do you know what the budget of the palliatives for which you have been erroneously apologising to your humanitarian minister was worth?
Is said to be marked at 650billion.
Yes!! you heard me right.
650 billion.
Compare that to the coalition's 27billion, of which we are now seeing the palliatives in multiple warehouses per state.
The palliatives by your humanitarian minister worth 650 billion is still no where to be found.
Stop wasting your apology.
If these were Federal government palliatives, they will not carry the tags, prints and stickers of CA Covid.
Federal government will not give credit to a private sector initiative for what it sponsored. You are a lier, she has been vindicated swallow your humble pie and apologize to the minister, you were all over the media the other time talking nonsense that she distributed the palliatives only in the North, and presently over 34 warehouses have been looted in imo, cross rivers, abia and osun alone, while Wike has dispatched soldiers to guide his covid 19 palliatives warehouses which he has earlier told the whole world that they never existed |

The elites are the uber rich jet setting Nigerians like Aisha Yesufu flying all over the world with children in expensive foreign schools.

Kanu suggested that the ongoing crisis in Lagos where properties worth billions of Naira have been destroyed was because of the Governor’s decision to impose a 24-hour curfew.
The IPOB leader also said that it was a huge mistake for Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to have ordered the shooting of innocent protesters.

Nemere2020: Western Metal Products Company (WEMPCO) Group, owners of Lagos Oriental Hotel, has denied insinuations in some quarters that it is owned by the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement by Taiwo Alli, Executive Director Corporate Affairs, Wempco Group the hotel’s management said:
“Western Metal Products Company (WEMPCO) Group, owners of Lagos Oriental Hotel, formally acknowledges that there was an attack on our property on October 20, 2020, when hoodlums armed with guns, knives and bottles, forcefully gained entrance to our facility, assaulted some of our security personnel and damaged properties.
“Unidentified individuals whose motives remain unknown to us have gone to town with a rather unfortunate narrative claiming that the Lagos Oriental Hotel is the investment of politicians, thereby exposing it to unwarranted attacks.
“Lagos Oriental Hotel is owned by the WEMPCO Group with 99percent shareholding. The WEMPCO Group of Companies was founded by businessman and entrepreneur Mr. K.F. Tung over fifty (50) years ago.
“The Lagos Oriental Hotel is a flagship in the Nigerian hospitality business but is not a flagship of the WEMPCO Group. It is an investment made by the Group in 2008, but not part of their core manufacturing business.
“At present, WEMPCO Group provides jobs for over 25,000 young Nigerians, affording them the opportunity to earn a living and gain useful experience. It is therefore unfortunate the attempt to disrupt our business and tarnish our image painstakingly built over the years.
“Speaking on the development, the Managing Director, Mr. Lawrence Tung noted that ‘like other responsible businesses operating in Nigeria, Lagos Oriental Hotel is hopeful that closure will be brought to cases of injustice identified in the country. It is however important to protect our businesses from unwarranted attacks by individuals who may not be aware of the facts around our existence.
‘We are fully cooperating with the authorities in their investigations into the remote and immediate causes of the incident that occurred on 20, October 2020 and assure our numerous clients and partners that we are working to ensure that normalcy returns to the hotel.” https://peoplesgazette.com/please-dont-burn-our-hotel-we-have-no-ties-to-tinubu-oriental/?utm_source=ReviveOldPost&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=ReviveOldPost Sadly though these envious IPOB urchants are not interested in the ownership or otherwise of the facility, all they are interested in is to deface Lagos, mission accomplished |
