Ada243:I wish you were in Lagos. Would have loved to get this. |
CotenantNIG:Listings in Nigeria are grossly inaccurate and doesn't really tell the air around a particular area as most agents tend to exploit the internet factor while scammers would use the same medium to water down the supposed cost of rent in certain areas. |
CotenantNIG:Apologies and I don't intend soiling the image of your brand. However, if your cues are from propety listing sites then you are doing yourself a whole lot of ill. I am resident in Enugu and I, like others who are here, know the truth. I believe it is as a result of shabby research you ended up referring to the likes of Awgu, Igbo-Eze and other remote areas as cities. That alone is an indication that whoever conjured the piece doesn't really understand the subject matter. It doesn't concern me o but if I were you, I'd tackle this from an LGA viewpoint. List out the expensive parts of the state and so on. Anyways, I am interested in your review/piece about Ibadan. Please do a good work on that one ![]() |
dejonathan:I think you should counter what the OP wrote. After reading that if Enugu yesterday, I personally don't trust the blog one bit. Too many misinformation. |
drmikeadams:That part dulled my reasoning a while! Sometimes, I even wake up in the middle of the night to bathe again despite doing so before going to bed. There are people in this world! |
Why's the APC doing this for crying out loud? ![]() |
Abaje195:The fact that you think she's mad when all she aired was the truth. That tells a whole lot about your person. |
Joromi12:Short sighted? Yes. But a sadist? I'd say no. Mourinho is a cancer to football. |
To a reasonable extent, everyone is greedy and somewhat self centered in Nigeria. Omotola's voice is so loud today because 'money is not in circulation' like it used to. In other words, she is affected and has definitely taken upon herself the mantle of the lone voice in the wilderness. The presidency, on the other hand, has ready made answers and invisible projects cum achievements to show for its many works. Terrorism has leaked and is no longer restricted to the North but to other parts of the country. We seem to be getting more reports of police/uniformed men casualties more than ever and the number one man is mostly concerned about blocking his leaking scrotal sac in the UK. The PDP, on the other hand, are only interested at taking over and sharing the commonwealth of the people. At this point, all the country needs at this point is an aggressive revolution; one that would see these old men uprooted, irrespective of their political ideologies and religion. But then, this is pipe dream. We are too docile as a people. |
Abaje195:Sadly she is right but you can't see it because you are with a problem. |
NigeriaRadioOnl:I get it now. You'll get paid, no doubt. I was of the opinion that the finalised earning for the previous month was $90, which isn't the point. Know that payment threshold doesn't really sync with the earnings 'this month'. However, everything gets finalized and the threshold is updated accordingly. The present difference in mine is staggering so you shouldn't worry in any way. |
NigeriaRadioOnl:By 'receive', you mean you've seen it in your finalised earning tab, right? The money isn't up to a hundred Dollars and there's no way Google would pay such since the threshold is 100 The present month will be rolled and added to the existing $90+ and then you'll get paid in the coming month. But as this month stands, you won't be paid. |
Henri8:Because you are what again? |
I don't feel for them at all. Serves them right. |
hammerFC:You guys should shove this nonsense. You call yourself partner in one breath and refer to the same Lagos as 'No man's land' in another. This is the gradual effect of the senseless rants from most of you. The things others can do in your land should be the same you shouldn't do on other's. It is senseless and reeks of poor upbringing. |
Henri8:Is this supposed to be a question? So you would, in your church mind, refer to outskirts such as Igbo Eze, Udi, and Awgu as cities ![]() |
NigeriaRadioOnl:No you won't. Your finalised earning for last month shows 90+, which isn't up to a hundred. |
fuckerholic:Rubber bullets can kill at a close range. The NPF should opt for the use of tasers. They are more effective at restraining suspects and would greatly assist curb deaths at the hands of happy trigger policemen. Mental evaluation of uniformed men should also be carried out nationwide. The F-SARS should be given utmost importance in this regard. Plus trainings on how to restrain individuals/suspects. |
Mexyz:Enugu is fairly cheap, compared to Lagos and Port Harcourt. The problem is most of the so-called agents are either not educated or enlightened. They don't know what the 10% agreement is. It is possible you get a flat for 300k and the agent would ask you to pay 180k as commission. For corps members, it is not really a idea serving in the Northern part of the state, which is the most expensive. The Southern part is fairly okay, just as the Eastern part. Other places are ancestoral villages. |
This is one incorrect piece. The major cities in this state are Enugu, Awgu, Agbani, Udi, Oji-River and Nsukka.I can't believe someone would list the emboldened as cities. Like have you been to Enugu, particularly these parts? Do you even know what a city is? ![]() Independence Layout and New Haven are just about the only places with a touch of modern feel. Plus, one can't get a flat for 200k in these parts. The other places are either lesser than average or people's villages. |
naijapips04:Not in defense of whoever but it is known to every Tom, Dvck, and Harry that the Nigerian constitution is riddled with ambiguity. It is 10 different lawyers could give diverse interpretations to a section of the constitution. The vague and ambiguous nature of the constitution is clearly exploited at every turn in the country, so long you hire brilliant lawyers who can convince the court that their interpretation is true. |
godofuck231:Just like Messi and Ronaldo, shey? |
Kanu's 'attack' on Atiku has really soiled things for the latter. All of a sudden, Nigerians are more concerned about how one qualifies to be the president of Nigeria. La wa! |
lomprico: ![]() To be fair, animal arrests aren't new. They happen very often in 'saner climes'. |
Athena4: ![]() |
If this had happened in Nigeria, so many would have said 'in saner climes'. Well, this is happening in saner climes. Funny! The whole world is sick as it is. Officialgarri:What A ten year old in cuffs and you're concerned about the respect? That alone defies humanity. As crazy as the Nigerian Police Force is, they won't cuff a ten-year old. At best, he'd be taken to the station. But in cuffs, hell no! |
Efewestern:Lol! The dude is a clown, heaven knows. I wasn't feeling too well last night coupled with boredom. I needed the break to get myself entertained. |
Warship:It is impossible for any human to be as confused as you are. It is greatly 'unpossible'. ![]() |
So it took the ICIR to uncover the truth just by visiting FARA's portal when we have the likes of Punch, SR and PT? I honestly don't know why Atiku would think a sovereign state as Nigeria would be 'forced' by the US to determine who would lead her. No doubt, both parties rigged and the best rigger won the election. I would still very much prefer neither Atiku nor Buhari at the helm of Nigeria's affairs but as it stands, Atiku should shove his desperation and live with the truth - that he lost even in his PU and that online noise don't translate to voting strength. Atiku should go to court and stop pitch sovereign states against one another. Dude should take his L in peace and focus on his businesses. The elections have come and gone already. |
ChristianNorth:Jesus NEVER DID! He washed the feet of his disciples but never kissed anyone's feet. Your Vicars are going solo on this one, sorry. |
