first of all ogun is not a civil service state, it has the highest number industries in Nigeria so income tax is not gotten from civil servants, infact it gets more from the workers of the numerous industries. it already surpassed lagos in nos of industries. secondly it's a major transit for goods coming in and out of lagos
thirdly the fact that ogun state generates more IGR than anambra and abia speaks volume. we don't need to go forth and back on this
