If you love the RX350, I will advise you save the little extra and get foreign used.

Does he have temperamental issues?

Is he a violent person?

How far is the pastor's house from the mortuary where the body was found?

Did the pastor have any substantial thing to lose if his secret was discovered? His name, his congregation, a promotion?

When they checked his house was it arranged or disorganized?

Question his neighbours also..

Appealing to the Supreme Court is not just academic exercise.
Some cases were lost at the high court and appeal and the Supreme Court disagree with the lower courts rulings.

The case of 2016 is statute barred.The tenure of the 2016 elections where the affidavit was used is over.The affidavit has no bearing on the 2020 election

Counsel to the plaintiffs Akin Olujimi had raised an objection to the primary school certificate and original copy of his certificate from the University of Ibadan.

He said the documents were on front loaded and all arguments in respect to the objections raised will be taken to the final written address.

The court is trying not to waste the little time given to the defendant. All issues will be raised when both parties write their final address and the court will rule on everything same day the judgement will be delivered. It’s to save time.

The best person to tender that affidavit is the registrar of the federal high court Abuja where the document was purportedly issued. I think that was done. Dan Orbih is not a lawyer by the way. Maybe you're referring to Ferdinand Orbih.
