When all failed, I said even worst then that. And he called me too superficial. He also said, is better for a woman to born young, so she can later work on her body and still look better, instead of leaving it when you are a bit older.
This seem to be a lose case for me, I really need more defense on my side. No matter what I say, he have an answer to it. LOL
But you're superficial aren't you?

I wish she was pregnant but the story is not true. . . .
Khloe Kardashian is not pregnant despite a rumor that spread like wildfire thanks to Lamar Odom's dad, Joe. The reality star took to her Twitter account to react to the rumors, and it seems like she is taking the latest batch in stride.
"Can't say I'm surprised. At least I can laugh about it," Khloe tweeted on Tuesday afternoon. Obviously she knows how Lamar's dad is, and for her, it's just another rumor for another day. Khloe and Lamar have been wanting to start a family together for quite some time, so when Lamar's dad came forward with the "big news," it was pretty easy for some people to believe. However, Joe isn't exactly the kind of guy who people should believe. If you've seen him on Khloe and Lamar, you probably know that Joe has some issues. While he's a nice guy and all, he probably isn't the best source for "breaking celebrity news" even if it has to do with his son.
At least Khloe Kardashian isn't upset by the rumors... she's totally used to them by now.
teeluv: @ topic... ghost protocol.. not too bad.. nice stunts though..
immortals pure rubbish.. who ever wrote the script..
I wonder what your definition of a good movie is if Imortals was rubbish and all you can say about Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol is ''not too bad''
Five things we learnt from Nigeria v Egypt by Colin Udoh: 2012-04-13 06:35
Five things learnt after from the Super Eagles' 2-3 loss against Egypt in an international friendly in Dubai on Thursday.
1. Wingers! At last! It has been nearly 20 years since 1994. Yes, 20 years since Finidi George and Emmanuel Amunike were tearing down our wings and causing half a dozen different kinda of problems for the opposition.
In the time since then, every armchair critic and who wanted to look knowledgeable would point to our lack of 'wing play' and the return to it as the solution to the Super Eagles problems. It is not, but is only one.
However, they failed to account for the little snafu that we did not really have natural wingers.
Players who have played there have been converted strikers like John Utaka, Osaze Odemwingie, Chinedu Obasi etc who are happier playing centrally.
But in Ejike Uzoenyi, Nigeria seem finally to have found the left winger to complement Ahmed Musa on the right. Ejike accelerates like a V8-powered engine, has the beating of his man, hugs the byline and delivers a useful ball. Okay, occasionally, but that can be polished.
With Musa on the opposite flank, the Super Eagles now truly have natural wingers.
As long as they can get the crossing right.
2. Search for fullbacks continues Two of the three goals scored by Egypt originated from the fullback positions. Our left side in particular was the source of much joy for the North Africans.
Juwon Oshaniwa was constantly tormented by the raiding Paharaohs and needed to be bailed out constantly by Godfrey Oboabona.
In fairness to the fullbacks, especially Oshaniwa, they received little cover from the wide players ahead of them. For all his attacking verve, Uzoenyi still needed to track back and help out his fullback.
3. A free kick routine that worked It is near the end of the first half. Enyimba's Kalu Uche is pulled back as he bears down on goal. Referee awards the freekick, right on top of the Egypt box.
We will ignore his reluctance to send off the defender for denying a clear, goal scoring opportunity.
Three Eagles players stand over the ball, slightly left of the goalkeeper, with the wall in front of them. One touches it. The wall pours forward expecting the customary shot. Instead, it is back heeled to Uzoenyi streaking to the right of the wall.
But for a slightly heavy touch, he would have had the goal at his mercy.
Irrespective, he still found a yard of space to unleash a venomous effort that was tipped over the bar. It was a delicious piece of invention and if it came from the training ground, which I think it did, then Keshi is on to a real stellar thing.
4. We settled for second That surprised me. Keshi is not a man I know to settle for second best. But in the last few minutes of the game, it appeared he or his players were satisfied with coming back home with a draw.
The high tempo pressing game was gone, Egypt were allowed the run of the green, and the Nigerians retreated to their own half. Scratch that, to their own deep third.
That allowed the Egyptians plenty of time to execute that 30-pass buildup that led to the goal.
Bunkering down has never helped. If we had seen the same tit for tat that characterized the game early on, perhaps that draw would have happened.
In the event, handing the initiative to Egypt served the unwanted purpose of handing them the game.
5. Nigerian fans still believe in the Eagles For all the posturing about not caring about the Super Eagles anymore, it is becoming increasingly clear to me that the fans still care. A lot.
They may just be trying to save their hearts from further heartbreak. Prior to kickoff, I got tons of requests asking for kickoff time and what stations were showing the game.
During my Twitter commentary when I finally found a reliable live streaming link, I had most of my nearly 16000 followers hooked on my text updates.
After the game, many more asking for the result.
So yes, I understand that right now you all feel like the innocent girl whose heart has been toyed with over and over by her cheating, player boyfriend.
But if we keep the faith, we can see what Keshi is trying to do, and these Eagles will be great again.
Brave Eagles go down to Egypt - A summary of the match by Colin Udoh
In a fast-paced game with little let up, Sunday Mba fired Nigeria into a 15th minute lead only to see Egypt rally to draw level through Ahmed Temsah, then edge in front with a Mohamed Aboutreika penalty before Mekki applied the final finish.
Both countries, looking to bounce back from a humiliating 2011 where they failed to qualify for the African Nations Cup, are neck deep in a rebuilding process under new coaches.
Nigeria's Stephen Keshi is following the Egyptian template of building from the home front and his squad was composed entirely of domestic league players.
Punishing pace, quick passing and relentless pressing marked the first half, and it was all those qualities that led to the first goal. Egypt were pressed into a turnover in the Nigeria half, and a break found Uche down the right.
He held off his man long enough to cut back for the arriving Mba, who slammed into the net despite being off balance.
Ten minutes was all it took for Egypt to haul themselves back in it.
Nigeria were made to pay for their high pressing. With the defence so high up, the north Africans played a long ball over the top. Papa Idris fatally misjudged the bounce, Agbim raced off his line too early and Temsah kept his composure to lob in.
Egyptian football has spiraled into turmoil over recent months, with the league suspended, and Bradley has been forced to recall Aboutreika and Essam El Hadary from international retirement.
The veteran forward showed he had lost none of his clinical touch when he stepped up to put away a penalty after Oboabona clipped an opponent just inside the box.
Ejike Uzoenyi was a constant danger for Nigeria. Darting quickly in and between fullbacks and centre halves, and it was one of those raids that led to Nigeria's second.
A dropped shoulder from the Rangers winger had his fullback going one way, while he skipped down the other to lay an inviting low cross for Uche.
The Enyimba man, on his way down from a shove, still found the presence of mind to back heel the ball into the roof of the net for what was the goal of the game.
Until Mekki's strike.
A 30-move build-up, starting from defence had Nigeria rocking, and when Ahmed Elmohamady played in Hassan, there was only one result.
A goal of absolute finesse and a testament to cohesive team play.
But Keshi will take plenty of positives from the display, especially from Uzoenyi and Uche, both of whom should definitely be in the June qualifying squads.
For Uzoenyi in particular, his star continues to rise.
ifyalways: Oh well! It sounds nice on paper but who's gonna bell the cat?
. . . And I hope the single ladies are ready to endure and marry the broke arse "stallions"?btw, would it be ok if we use same measure for the teen girls hanging on the arms of white(Indians, Lebanese, chinko included, lol)old wrinkled men for same purpose; money and green card?
Live and let live.the end justifies the means, no?lolz
Saw so much that pleased me in that short clip i.e direct forward play & taking on defenders (from our two goals), speed and increased pace of play, fighting & ready to die spirit (see how our defenders were scrambling to cover the Egyptian strikers and block the pass that led to the 3rd goal) etc etc
Can't say I'm impressed with our captain and goalie, Chigozie Agbim though. His positioning in the box for those two goals no be am at all, at all. The guy too dey beh & rush out quickly. . . .
All in all, the team will get better with more friendly matches. . .Good result IMO.
Kano State marries off divorcees and widows Thursday, 12 April 2012 09:42 NAN
The Kano State Government has earmarked N2 million for the payment of dowry for the first batch of 100 divorcees and widows to be given out in a planned group marriage.
The government plans to marry off 1, 000 widows and divorcees through the state Hisbah Board.
The group marriage is part of efforts by the government to curtail prostitution and other immoral acts among divorcees and widows in the state. Alhaji Ali Baba, special adviser to the government on religious matters, disclosed this in Kano on Wednesday.
``The government is to pay not less than N20, 000 as dowry for each of the 100 widows and divorcees who have been selected and screened for the marriage.'' Baba said.
Baba added that government also earmarked substantial amount of money for other expenses like buying of beds, beddings and furniture to be distributed free to the prospective brides.
He attributed the delay in the planned marriage to non-release of the funds earmarked for the project.
``The governor has given approval for the release of the money and as soon as it is done, the marriages will be solemnised. All the 100 widows and divorcees as well as their prospective grooms have been screened in accordance with the set conditions.Any moment from now the marriage ceremony will be conducted.'' Baba added.
Seems the home-based lads really played well cos everyone seems to be impressed. Can't remember the last time I read such positive comments about the Super Eagles and the name on everyone's lips is Ejike Uzoenyi lol

Olu: 2012-04-12 18:59 2-2 good game, impressive homebase players...
sonny: 2012-04-12 19:00 This home based boys can play football. they have been impressive so far in the first half.
regeaman: 2012-04-12 19:01 SE are playing good football
oge: 2012-04-12 19:04 GOOD LAWD,Ejike Uzoenyi is da bomb, that guy is goooood, anyone here know who that no 9 player is pls?what a cheeky goal from him after that brilliant dribble run and ferocious cross from the dimunitive uzoenyi.if this team draw or even lose by less than 2-0 margin,i,ll still congratulate them, they are doing very well.
MalenkoMijito: 2012-04-12 19:04 2-2 2nd Nigerian goal from Uche Kalu of Enyimba. Been quite impressed with the Home based Eagles, but they just need to change the high line of defence they're playing
Banky1985: 2012-04-12 19:06 This home boys play good. 2-2
Pls who is feeling the fighting spirit in the Nigerian midfield especially from that No.12 guy. He, no.5 and no.7 are super impressive. Good job boys
MalenkoMijito: 2012-04-12 19:07 Ejike Uzoenyi is a very intriguing prospect on that left-wing (No. 7). He is probably the first natural left sided winger I have seen for Nigeria since the great Emmanuel Amuneke
sonny: 2012-04-12 19:07 ... these boys still need to work on their defending, though, both Egyptian goals could have been avoided. I believe the defending will get better with time.
Birikiti: 2012-04-12 19:07 I must confess I have been so impressed with these guys! Watched the last 8 minutes of this 1st half and these home-based SE can play o! Well let's wait to see the 2nd half before concluding on the suitability or otherwise of this bunch.
But I must confess, I am impressed with their confidence on the ball (especially Ejike), their control, movement on & off the ball! This is how Nigeria played in the Golden era.
Kudos Keshi & co but finish the job well in the 2nd half o. No come fall my hand!
Game147: 2012-04-12 19:09 These Guys are good. Playing against Abouterika led team and still playing well ?. They're very impressive , it wouldn't be a bad idea if they're retained for the match against Rwanda.
A team of 'primary school' students from Nigeria can give any team in the world a run for their money , especially when they play with extreme zeal and patriotism .
Keshi dey try sha.
Abeg , can anyone interpret what the commentators are saying
regeaman: 2012-04-12 19:11 SE are playing good football
Banky1985: 2012-04-12 19:16 @ Malenko Mojito: Good observation. That's where an experienced Joseph Yobo comes in. With Yobo he would help them keep good offside traps. The only saving grace is that number 5 guy. the guy dey throw leg for everything. Chaiii!!! The guy has helped them a lot. But on a positive note I like the fighting spirit of the whole team and they have blistering speed. Damn!
Game147: 2012-04-12 19:19 Guys , give these guys credit. The defenders are doing well. The defender misjudged the bounce of the ball probably due to the pitch condition and the second goal was a penalty . Even world class defenders make silly mistakes. Joseph Yobo played in 2010 and Egypt trashed Nigeria 3-1.
Jboc: 2012-04-12 19:22 Guys r u sure dese r home based?
Game147: 2012-04-12 19:22 The number 9 looks like Uche Kalu from Enyimba
Game147: 2012-04-12 19:42 These guys are good in fact.
Game147: 2012-04-12 19:49 It seems Nigeria have found Emmanuel Amuneke's replacement......EJIKE UZOENYI
MalenkoMijito: 2012-04-12 20:05 I have been impressed also with the Home-based boys commitment overall in the game today against Egypt. The Foreign-based Eagles could well learn from this correcting their lackadaisical approach to games
MalenkoMijito: 2012-04-12 20:06 Darn 3-2 to Egypt, but still good try from the Naija boys tonight!
oge: 2012-04-12 20:07 GOSH..how cld they after playing and defending so well...whatever they,ve done well...
Banky1985: 2012-04-12 20:09 This is the best I have seen from any Nigerian side (both under age and over age) play so impressively.
MalenkoMijito: 2012-04-12 20:17 Today just showed that there are good and committed players around in Nigeria. I say any of the European-based boys play wayo & think they are too big for the team then to hell with them!
SUYA: 2012-04-12 20:18 Not bad, not bad at all! I saw an exciting game today with a solid defense that refused to be drawn out by Egypt.I am sure that with a little more coaching and exposure, this team will go places. The pace that has been lacking and lagging in earlier matches with our so-called oversea players, has started to come back. Mr Coach, please play these guys so they will grow in confidence. We lost, but it is nothing to be ashamed of. Good job guys.
Nigeria arrived in the UAE confident and certainly looking different than the team that could not make the ANC earlier on this year.
After being unable to beat Nigeria for 47 straight years Egypt pummeled her 3-1 on her way to claim her 7th ANC crown the last time the two met. While it is something Nigeria has not forgotten the million Naira question remains – “What now will she do about it in Doha ?”
Under Siasia the Eagles looked like a high maintenance sports car sputtering with bad fuel. Under Keshi with the infusion of at least a score of local players from the NPL they have grown back some of their initial swagger and have yet to be beaten.
Though they will face a slightly depleted Egyptian team who will be missing Shikabala for disciplinary reasons as well as Zaki who is now out with an ear infection Nigeria would be daft to take Coach Bradley’s current experiment lightly particularly with the return from retirement of veteran midfielder, Mohammed Aboutreika and goalie, Essam El Hadary.
It’s a mistake few doubt they will make as both Keshi and Amokachi seem to have their team playing humble, spry and with full confidence. Coach Keshi, mirrored the look of his new team telling SuperSport “We will not blink and give it our best ”.
So too say’s Wolves minder and new Nigeria Captain, Chigozie Agbim who bristles with confidence in regards to the domestic Eagles he has been picked to lead. He added “ We are quite capable of pulling off the upset and we will”.
Either way it looks like we have the making of a real thriller on hand and at the speed at which tickets are being sold it seems nobody wants to miss it.
Match will kick off @ 8pm UAE time which is 5pm Nigerian time and will be played at the El Nasry Club Stadium in the centre of Dubai and will attract fans from Nigeria, Egypt and the host nation, UAE.
I keep wondering what happened to the "Literature " section of Nairaland. . . Anyone?

Me too cos as it is, the Romance section gets more than enough traffic. This story and the previous one should have been posted in the Literature section.

Ogaga4Luv: **-----------SPOILER HEAVY------------** This movie has logic problems up the yin-yang. Lets get to basics here. how do you kill a werewolf, silver weapons, or somehow rip them to pieces. How do you kill a vampire, UV light, stake in heart, remove the head. 1. So you are a group of super commandos going after the father of all vampires who is trying to free the father of all werewolves. Don't you think it might be a good idea to take ammo that can kill werewolves AND vampires? They can figure out how to make silver bullets and UV bullets but somehow SILVER UV bullets is beyond them?
2. The immortal Alexander Corvenus dies from being stabbed in the stomach? but before that he cuts his wrist has Selene feed on him there, never mind the HUGE GAPING HOLE in his chest and the 3 gallons of blood on the floor. How does he even bleed from the wrist? Then he goes and blows up the single best equipped base for fighting vampires and werewolves on the planet just so the film makers could use some pyrotechnics.
3. Marc(K)us corvenus pulls a helicopter down to earth with a rope?!? How is this even possible? By all the laws of physics he should have pulled himself up no matter how strong he was. But here again a senseless plot device to have a dramatic fight in front of the deadly spinning rotors. Honestly, who didn't see the ending coming a mile away after the helicopter crashed? It really took all the excitement out of the final fight. 3.5 Somehow Marcus is able to hover while flying BACKWARDS with bat wings in front of the moving truck. Obviously the film makers are not a big fan of physics.
4. The legend (according to the film) goes, if you kill the Corvinus brothers then all the werewolves and vampires turn normal again. But then we have someone who says that is a lie. Yet when Marcus is killed Selene still has fangs like a vampire, heals like a vampire but is not hurt by UV light. Come on, pick a story and stick to it. Somehow killing Marcus turns vampires into daywalkers yet leaves all their other powers.
5. The nudity in this film was gratuitous, poorly done and totally unnecessary. We just escaped from the king of all vampires, lets get it on in this nasty, rusty cargo container. Oh and don't forget to turn on the super bright flare because we all know neither vampires nor werewolves can see in the dark. And I usually don't comment on sex scenes but if you are going to put one in, at least make it look right. Either he had an attachment on his knees or he finds her belly button more stimulating than the conventional spot because there is no anatomical way that would work.
6. Why do vampires and werewolves require so much light to see. For creatures of the night they sure do scramble around when not is well lit areas. They make it a big point in the store room to show that Selene stuffs a handful of flares into her gear.
Ogaga4Luv: I love Vampire movies and one of the best Vampire movies out there is Underworld series. Underworld awakening is a good movie and absolutely worth watching at the movies, u wont do it Justice watching it at home in the sofa.
