D's head is still above the ground level, so its at a higher risk. Since the weight of the top object is not up to the one on the beam, it will only roll to it, leaving C harm-free. The rest will be safe.

God bless you and your generation abundantly for this response. I want to consider part time, because I'm working outside Abeokuta where i will have to travel 1hour, 20 minutes. Also, i wont be chance for lecture, anytime of the week than Friday and weekend. It will be so challenging for me if their part-time is not weekends, or else if they are not taking lecture attendance so serious, I will meet up through group study and concentrated reading. Thanks once again.

You are the one that understand empty-hen (MTN) that they don't have any free gift, before they give out 100 naira, they had already taken 10,000 naira from other customers.

Consider WWTBM where thousands of people would have sent text at 100 naira each, just to give out token money as gift, or the project fame where contestants spent huge amount of money in texting, to remain in the competition.

The reason why I don't comment mostly on controversial issues like this, is because nairalanders always find it easy to turn every topics into abuse, so bad. Anyway, from what I read on front page, I think some people don't know the meaning of being "submissive". Then it is possible they make mistake in their marriage. please every man and woman should understand the true meaning of being submissive.

I'm here(and my colleagues) to answer your questions regarding FUNAAB Admissions for 2014/2015... Direct Entry and UTME Candidates can check in.

1. Minimum Jamb Cutoff for UTME aspirants is 200

2. Minimum Grade for Direct Entry is Upper Credit or its equivalent.

For UTME Candidates, you'll need combination of good O'level Result, Jamb score and Post-UTME score before you can be offered admission.

And for Direct Entry Candidates, you also need Good O'level result and nice CGPA. Direct Entry candidates are not required to undergo post-utme screening.
Good morning, please I want to ask some questions about FUNNAB Post graduate programme.
1. The closing date is 12/12/14, must transcript get to the school before that day, or the closing date is only for obtaining and submission of application form?
2. I read on the website that successful candidates will be contacted through e-mail and phone number. Does that means there will not be any entrance examination? If yes, what criteria will they use in screening applicant?
3. Does FUNNAB consider second class lower for Masters? I had 3.09 CGPA and I want to apply for Agric Economics, part time.
4. Can the tuition be paid in instalments (i.e 2 semesters) or it must be once?
5. How is their part time lecture schedule like (i.e is it strictly on weekends), and for how many months?
6. Please i need your contact for better discussion. Thanks, as I await your response.

Now that we have Christian and Muslim as President and VP, what effect has it had on the country?

Forget Religion and vote for COMPETENCE!
I understand you brother, but the problem is our politicians had brain washed Nigerians, to believe that religion and ethnics is the major requirements to decide who to vote for. If not, northerners will not be clamouring for Muslim president in 2015, and Ijaw people singing second term support for GEJ.
PoliticsRe: Former President Olusegun Obasanjo Cautions APC About Muslim-muslim Ticket by SenatorJames(m): 8:47pm On Nov 01, 2014
Theultimate:
Former Nigerian president Olusegun Obasanjo has warned political parties not to toy with the idea of selecting a Muslim-Muslim or Christian-Christian ticket in the upcoming election.

The former Nigerian leader was tacitly referring to an interview granted by the likely presidential candidate of the All Progressives congress where he stated that he was not opposed to a Muslim-Muslim ticket.

In a brief press statement, Obasanjo said it will be absurd for any party to make the costly mistake of choosing both top candidates of their party from the same religious background.

FamilyRe: Facebook And Apple To Freeze Eggs For Their Female Employees by SenatorJames(m): 3:35pm On Oct 25, 2014
justirich:
http://www.bbc.com/news/business-29626291

My Opinion:
This world is really turning into something else. I hope women advocacy groups will stand up and fight this insult to womanhood and motherhood. It started in Facebook and Apple. Who knows maybe in the next decade, Nigerian corporations will be promoting same stupid idea.

I guess such women who agree to this obnoxious policy are big-time fools that they will enslave themselves only to work for a "cool" brand. Who says women have to choose between parenting and having a job? How about investing in better (cheaper) childcare support instead?

Do you really want to work for a company that wants 70 hours work a week from you and then also interferes with your private life??

So in other words these companies recognise that young, healthy, energetic women in the prime of their lives will be much more productive for them without the distraction of babies. Once they are over the hill and have already sacrificed their best years to the company then it's fine to get pregnant as they are not worth as much by then.

Just because the eggs are frozen does not reduce the risks involved having a baby later in life. Instead why not offer better benefits to their workers who have children rather than asking them to put having a family on hold. Flexible hours or even help towards childcare would be a better option and would probably be more attractive than this egg freezing idea.

Being a parent is the hardest and most important job we will ever have, you have got to really really want it. If you feel your job for a multinational is more important job that's definitely not a good sign.

Maybe I'm cynical or is this some Orwellian concept aimed at getting higher profits for bloated capitalists? What a sad place we live in now where profits take precedence over procreation and bringing up the future generation.

Modern days of Noah and Lot!!!
This will only encourage women that are not interested in giving birth before. Cant they just employ active men if they want maximum productivity, instead of putting unnecessary family burden on women, all in the name of lucrative job.

Bunch of selfish employers.
