RomanceRe: Ladies, How Much Love Do You Have by SenatorJames(m): 8:02pm On Oct 11, 2014
MORNDEW:
In life love is a two way thing. But, sometimes, one person makes the relationship sweeter with his or her character or actions. Many times women complain of being cheated, or not finding ”Mr right”.

Mr right deserves Miss right. But sadly enough, many women (especially young girls of nowadays) does not have what it takes to make a man want to take them to the alter. As a woman how much love do u have to show a man, can you cook, can you stand in for him if he is nt there, how good are u on bed, what suports ar u willing to give to a man in hard times and to get to the top.
These days the only thing most women pride themselves with is boobs nd butt, they feel they are doing a guy favour by dating him, they see sex as a commodity offered to men. some even glue to their TV to watch Kim Kardashian and other programmes that will further advance their fakeness in life.

While in school i met a lady who was exceptional but not perfect.
Twice she bought textbooks for me with her money, kept my room always clean nd even did my laudry was so concerned in things that concern me and so many other things. She believed tomorrow will be better. Up till this moment no woman has been able to measure up to her in my life.

Some women see any guy that comes around them as a potential maga who will fund them but forget they can also get to the top or look for something to do. I’ ve always said it if Mirian can decide to plait her coursemates hair or open a boukar or ”mama put” or learn to type and make money with it, sell recharge cards, fruits or clothes and or women undies to survive, why is Caro jumping from one man to another and calling herself a big girl because she carries the latest phone which another man recharges for her and she pings all day. Well, to me i don’t regard any of these type of women as big girls i only see them as people who have nothing to offer. I regard and respect the likes of Mirian of this write up more.

What are you bringing to the table in a relationship? Or you think you are doing a man a favour. Have a rethink.

April, 2008
Pastor said all the single ladies come out to the altar for prayers...
Battalion of pretty and non pretty ones flooded like ants.
Then he said all the single men come out.... They also did..

All of them stood there gazing and "eyeing" one sister or the other and expecting a session of hot prayers to start, when the pastor looked.. and looked... and looked.... and out of anger said "infact, ushers ensure that no man here leaves without a woman!!!! angry angry also make sure every woman should select one man here and befriend!!! angry
How will we have fine women in this church and these men will still marry outside." angry

Commotion ensured and Two sisters in the choir ran and grabbed brother taiwo who previously gave a testimony of acquiring a brand new duplex in an estate in lekki... undecided
If you ask that sister, she will say its the Holy Spirit that revealed the brother to her. Though I'm a Christian, but i Hate people lieing against the Spirit of God.

Jokes EtcRe: The Cunning Human Resources Manager. What Can You Say To This? by SenatorJames(m): 6:30pm On Oct 11, 2014
bunmioguns:
After two years of selfless service, a man
realized that he has not been promoted, no
transfer, no salary increase, no
commendation and that the company is not
doing anything about it. So he decided to
walk up to his HR Manager one morning and
after exchanging greetings, he told the HR
Manager his observation.

The boss looked at him, laughed and asked
him to sit down saying; "My friend, you have
not worked here for even one day."
The man was surprised but the manager
went on to explain:

MANAGER: How many days are there in a
year?

MAN: 365 days and some times 366.

MANAGER: How many hours make up a day?

MAN: 24 hours.

MANAGER: How long do you work in a day?

MAN: 8am to 4pm i.e. 8 hours a day.

MANAGER: So, what fraction of the day do
you work in hours?

MAN: (he did some arithmetic and said 8/24
hours i.e. 1/3) One-third.

MANAGER: That is nice, what is one- third of
366 days?

MAN: 122 (1/3 * 366).

MANAGER: Do you come to works on
weekends?

MAN: No sir.

MANAGER: How many days are there in a
year that are weekends?

MAN: 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays equals
to 104 days.

MANAGER: Thanks for that. If you remove
104 days from 122 days, how many do you
have now?

MAN: 18 days.

MANAGER: OK! I do give you two weeks sick
leave every year. Now remove that 14 days
from the 18 days left, how many days do you
have remaining?

MAN: 4 days.

MANAGER: Do you work on New Year day?

MAN: No sir!

MANAGER: Do you come to work on workers
day?

MAN: No sir!

MANAGER: So, how many days are left?

MAN: Two days sir!

MANAGER: Do you work on Independence
day?

MAN: No sir!

MANAGER: Do you work on Christmas day?

MAN: No sir!

MANAGER: So, how many days left?

MAN: None sir!

MANAGER: So what do you need a promotion
for? We should even be sacking you!
I don't know you are funny like this.

God bless you sir.
SirHouloo:
1 cor 8 vs 4
4 Therefore concerning the eating of things offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one. 5 For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as there are many gods and many lords), 6 yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live. 7 However, there is not in everyone that knowledge; for some, with consciousness of the idol, until now eat it as a thing offered to an idol; and their conscience, being weak, is defiled. 8 But food does not commend us to God; for neither if we eat are we the better, nor if we do not eat are we the worse. 9 But beware lest somehow this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to those who are weak. 10 For if anyone sees you who have knowledge eating in an idol’s temple, will not the conscience of him who is weak be emboldened to eat those things offered to idols? 11 And because of your knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?

CareerRe: What Is The Average Salary Of A Nigerian Soldier? by SenatorJames(m): 9:41pm On Oct 10, 2014
Good!
BlackTechnology:
80k is good enough for a recruit who is not a graduate.

If he invests a part of those salaries every month for 10yrs, he would be able to establish a good business for himself that can take care of him after retirement.

Remember

It is not how much you earn that matters but how much you are able to set aside to invest for businesses

So when picking a job, you look at how much you can set aside to invest for businesses

For me a SSCE holder earning 80k can invest 30k every month which will amount to over 3.6million in 10yrs sufficient enough to start up a good part time business during his remaining military years.

For a graduate earning 180k, if he invests at least 80k every month, it will amount to 9.6million after 10 yrs. Sufficient enough to start up a good part time business during his remaining military years.

But first we must verify their real incomes
But its not always easy like that.

Haaaaaa! Very true.
cnnamoko:
Being in a long queue, hoping to use an ATM service can be very frustrating at times. Thanks to these characters who make it annoying.

1. The guy that counts money before leaving the ATM for others. As if if the money short, ATM go complete am for am?

2. The dude that knows he does not have a kobo in his account, but hopes for a miracle. After wasting everyone's' time,' insufficient balance' will chase him away!

3. The guy that multiplies the cue just to check his balance. You will be left wondering whether he does not receive alerts.

4. The guy that acts as if the world will end today. He goes to the Atm and you think he wants to withdraw his whole life savings. At a point people will start begging him to remain some cash in the ATM.

5. The dude that quarrels with the ATM. Even though the machine is prompting him that his pin is incorrect or card has expired. U will still him complaining or screaming at the ATM. 'Jeez! I used this card just this morning! Which kyn bank be this?

6. that man/woman that just goes there an stand for almost 20minutes... When you go closer you discover the machine asked 'do you wish to proceed? Yes or No? And the olodo just did not press anything.

7. The instructor. Leaves the cue to go and instruct another only to be the next person. Too annoying.

The moment when I was looking at him, I felt the time pause, my legs shaking and my stomach doing some funny movement. Through out my time in the bank I kept glancing at the banker. PhonesRe: Why Buying An Andriod Tablet Or An Ipad Is Just A Waste Of Money! by SenatorJames(m): 8:35pm On Oct 07, 2014
Blackbeauty:
I was actually thinking that when I get one I would be happy for it..I got the cubetalk tablet..truth be told..I miss having a mobile phone..The truth hit me hard after I got a tablet that I actually don't need one..Well,asides using it to read ,its virtually useless.

Firstly, its not sth I can carry about with ease.Asides the large screen size, it offers the same functions as a phone.Just my opinion tho..I think anyone is far better off with a normal 5 inch phone. In the end,u have to buy a smaller phone to use as a second device asides the tab which amounts to another waste of money.in the end..the tablet just sits there gathering dust once the initial buyer's high wears off.

My point is to ignore the hype and don’t buy one just “because everyone else is.” (This goes for any purchase.) Instead, make sure that it will really serve a function for you that your smartphone and laptop don’t. Otherwise, as magical as it may be, it’s just an expensive toy. To sum this whole thing up, I think tablets are a waste.

They fit right in between a full computer and a phone, and I do not see why we need another expensive piece of technology to bridge that gap. For some people, who do not need all the features that a laptop offers, I suppose it makes sense to buy a tablet. However, if you cannot live without your laptop, and you own a smartphone, I just do not see the reason to waste money buying an iPad or some other tablet.

How do you feel about the tablet revolution? can u honestly say you are fully utilizing your tablet? Do you think they are a waste of money?
what pains me most in this android of a thing, is my inability to access 3G network in my area, whereas my Asha 200 is doing great in all aspect as a browsing phone.

I have often been in hot conversations with other peeps, and most of them sound like it's a taboo to get married to a lady who has a child (maybe out of wedlock). It's usually cool when they as guys having one or two kids wants a lady to get married to them but when its the reverse, na war.

Wat's behind this mentality? And are single unmarried ladies who already have a child actually "bad" like the society paint the picture? Am not a traditionalist so i really dont discriminate but my peeps sometimes see me as someone who have "lost it" cos i dont see anything wrong with single ladies (with a kid). Your views pls....
No! If I'm not satisfied with the Story behind the child.

Truth be told, it takes a strong decision to marry one, because you will have many families to deal with (your family, in-law and the baby's father people).

You marry a single lady, there are many issues to trash, talkmore of adding to your burden as a young man newly going into marriage.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: How To Spot A Bad Boss During A Job Interview by SenatorJames(m): 10:20am On Oct 07, 2014
Vanellope:
Horrible bosses are too common in the workplace. In fact, one out of five workers have had a bad boss.

When searching for a new job, it’s important to find one you’ll enjoy and a boss who is a pleasure to work for. While it’s not always easy to have the best of both worlds, there are a few warning signs of a bad boss you can spot during a job interview:

1. They arrive late to the job interview without notice.

When a manager shows up late to an interview without informing you, you’re probably safe to assume he doesn’t value your time. Additionally, this behavior might be a sign the manager doesn’t enjoy his job.

2. They display poor body language.

Is the manager constantly watching the clock? Did they avoid making eye contact with you during the interview? This type of negative body language is a strong sign that the manager isn’t interested in performing the job interview.

3. They ask illegal interview questions.

If a manager asks questions about your religion, credit history, or marital status, it’s a good sign the manager isn’t trained on ethical interview practices.

4. They ask simple interview questions.

A good manager asks interview questions that challenge candidates to showcase their expertise. However, if the manager asks questions they could find answers to in your resume or cover letter, it’s a sign they’re not putting effort into learning about your experience.

5. They lack a clear vision for the company.

Does the manager have a difficult time explaining the company’s mission or culture? It could be a sign they don’t know what’s going on within their own company.

6. Their office is extremely disorganized.

Do you walk into the office and there are messy piles of papers left and right? Does everything just seem cluttered? If a manager can’t gain control of his office, it might be a sign he doesn’t have control of his team.

7. They won’t tell you why the last employee left.

During the job interview, it’s OK to ask about employee turnover. However, if the manager refuses to answer your question or makes a rude remark, it might be a sign that the company isn’t a good place to work for.

8. They can’t answer your questions about the position.

If you constantly stump the manager with questions about the position or company, it’s a good sign he's not very engaged with his work.

9. They display red flags of previous bosses you’ve had.

Although it’s important to go into each job interview with an open mind, you want to be aware of familiar characteristics of a bad boss.

For example, does the manager seem scatter-brained during the job interview? This characteristic might remind you of a previous boss you had who was disorganized and failed to lead your old team.

10. They can’t tell you how you’d fit into the organization.

If you ask the manager what goals they’d have for you once hired and they can’t provide a response, it’s a good sign that the position you applied for isn’t a priority for them.

What are some ways you’ve spotted a bad boss during a job interview?
After noticing these things, what should a potential employee do next? Or its just for knowing sake?
