It's not "cheating" if you are not married, unless the guy has explicitly promised not to see other girls and you have stopped seeing other guys. However, isn't that is what marriage is all about in the first place? So I see no need for such promises, because they will almost always be broken. If you want exclusivity, get married!

My own Multilinks line gets frequently stops working when I'm browsing. Like once every 5 minutes or less.
