this is the loophole in the system. ukba says the patient should pay but this is what the nhs say. . . .

If you think that you will be charged for medical treatment, but can’t afford to pay, then you should still talk to a hospital administrator as they may be able to help you. The NHS is supposed to treat its patients in confidence, so even if you’re not living in the UK legally, your details should not be passed on.

by the time you combine data protection with the human right act, you will now see why ukba must insist on every visitor coming to the uk should have a verifiable health insurance scheme. the ukba should refer applicants to their own trusted insurance companies in nigeria to avoid any fraudulent or malpractices of forgers.
Link to the bolded, please! I am sure that just like the Russian woman's (whose medical costs were PAID for by fellow Russians)case you wrongly brought up, we will find that if the above exists, it is directed at LEGAL RESIDENTS, and NOT VISITING SCROUNGERS!

One thing l do is this:

1.) I put "good cash" in a Savings account at the same bank l have my current account.
2.) My ATM card is attached to my Current account ONLY.
3.) The current account never contains more than 45K, maximum single withdrawal with ATM is 40K
4.) I regularly move money" from my savings (No COT account) to my current account, only as the need arises. Quick-in, Quick-Out! grin
5.) I do #4 "online" from my bedroom, ONLY from my "Home DeskTop", (Never from my phone or Laptop, incase they get nicked!)
I use a similar system too, as every Tom, Joystick and Harry Service provider asks for your Bank and Card details in the UK! At least, here, you are likely to get your money back.

Shame on the CBN for not doing anything serious about consumer protection before (working towards) forcing a cashless society on Nigerians! Shame on the Nigerian Govt too, for all its inactions to protect consumers and ensure that all infrastructure needed to ensure a working cashless society is in place!  angry

Kudos to OP!

Again someone claimed that Shariah forced yound girls to wear Hijab, that in itself is a crusader Lie, recently I was in Kano 2 weeks back, and I saw the way a particular lady dressed, defiantely it went contra to the shariah, yet she freely walked the streets without any harrasment, In this age of info tech one would expect this people to be atleast informed rather than serving as rumour peddlers. Read! and you wuld see beyound the shackles your leaders place on your ankles.
Go back and read my post! You will find the word 'Children', in relation to 'schools', not 'young girls' or 'lady'! It is not a rumour that the shariah that was said would only apply to muslims is being apllied to non-muslims in the shariah states!

In Nigeria, there is good reason to be wary of any propositions labelled islamic!

if twitter n facebook can remove the president of egypt, cameron will resign should something happen to bimbo's kids in nigeria. cameron must know it's the facilities in this country that kept those babies alive and that same facility does not exist in nigeria. heaven forbid it, sending those children to naija is akin to sending them to death. . . . .the whole world is watching. cameron cannot be as obdurate as claremont though to send em back(even though their names start with "c"wink!
Stop insulting Nigeria! Facilities to nurse prematurely-born babies exist (private hospitals, and limited in public hospitals)and they can be nursed to health at a fraction of what it costs in the UK!

move over then. . . . .let me deal with the anti-bimbo twits on these pages. . . .
i dunno why nigerians choose to be blind to bare facts staring at them in the faces?

is the system faulty or not? no one has answered that. . . .
what is the difference between students who don't pay taxes with no recourse to public funds and visitors with no recourse to public funds?
why can't the british embassy in nigeria ensure applicants on visitor's visa provide a sound health insurance scheme that can easily be verified?

if y'all cannot provide answers to these questions, then y'all must be having a pipe dream accusing bimbo of defrauding the system.
Students are 'resident' (note not 'ordinarily resident' as with ILR or LLR though), while Visitors are just visiting!

what has the bolded bit gotta do with the story?

the fact that they had to pay for the costs means they were on a visitor's visa from russia cos russia is not part of the eu(european union) and yet the hospital said the children will only fly when they are strong enough. they were not given extended stay because they were able to pay their medical bills. bimbo will only go to nigeria when her children are strong enough to fly and since her visa has already expired, the home office must grant her an extension.
. . . at its discretion! The bolded bits show the difference in both women's situations. One was not labelled a scrounger because HER MEDICAL COSTS WERE PAID FOR. Bimbo has not paid and is now trying to deceive the UKBA that she has no support back in Nigeria. The Nigerian Government can take over the care of Mother and Babies at this point! The UK has borne a great deal of this matter!

absolutely! which was why i initially said it's the system that is faulty not bimbo in the previous pages. a situation where holders of students visa, work permit visas, etc have no recourse to public funds and yet they get free medical health is a bit shady. . . .visitors have this clause on their visas too so where do you then draw the line. claremont feels because he pays taxes, he is better off than the visitors but what about students who don't work and have never contributed national insurance/taxes because they have rich parents in nigeria, are those entitled to free medics too?
The system is not faulty, it is fair. Both classes know beforehand what they are allowed to do or not do! If it is not a fair system why do the visitors not protest this condition when applying for or collecting their visas

Did you miss the bolded bits?

Doctors in Russia had urged this mother, whose name is not being disclosed, to have selective terminations.

She had had a drug-based fertility treatment which makes multiple births more likely, but the couple refused to have abortions on religious grounds.

The mother's relatives contacted Oxford doctor Lawrence Impey, who specialises in caring for mothers with high-risk pregnancies.

He said: "I'm very pleased to be able to help this delightful family and that they asked us to look after them.

Doctors said the prospects for the babies surviving was now good as the main danger had come immediately after birth.

The hospital said the babies will be cared for in this country until they are strong and well enough to return to Russia with their parents.

All the medical costs have been met by a group of Russian philanthropists. The risks to mother and babies in such multiple pregnancies are high, with the majority miscarrying or giving birth too early for survival.
They contacted a Specialist Doctor and the costs were already paid for at the point of saying the babies would stay until strong enough to go back to Russia! This case is very different from Bimbo's

The UK is a very generous country but should not be taken for a ride!!

i can bet you £1000 bimbo would leave united kingdom once she is comfortable the kids are strong enough to fly. deported? bimbo has to be arrested first before she can be deported. and in this her case, she is as innocent as her new born quintuplets.
Bimbo will not arrested or deported until her application for extension of her Visa has been decided. The decision reached on her application will determine whether she will be arrested and deported or have her visit visa extended. I doubt that a visitor's visa will be extended on the basis that the vistor needs 'extend' their use the NHS for free having already used it when they had NO RIGHT to, and continue to have no right to use it. Her covering up the reason she came to the UK wll also borne in mind.  However, her visa can still be extended at the discretion of the Home Office!

the above are copies of the united kingdom students visa. . . . .clearly written there is "no recourse to public funds". this particular student just like you and other hundreds of thousands of foreign students in the united kingdom get free medical treatment even when it's stated on their visas they have no recourse to public funds. human right act supercedes recourse to public funds, you stark illiterate.
The OVERALL CONDITIONS  of Student Visas are different to those of Visitors. Ordinary Visitors are expected to pay for their health care costs! Private Medical Care Visitors are expected to show that they can afford to pay for the treatment they are going to take. Even Brits take out health insurance when visiting other countries!

How could it be my definition of freedom if I've never tried it? You just might discover how dumb you are if you attempt to answer that question. And what gives you the idea those two are innocent? What do you think I am, a serial killer?
I don't think you are a serial killer, and I did not say so. You have tried to harm the father of someone who you claim angered you. Your own father almost died; there's there are two 'innocent' people whom you did not say angered you in your OP. If you suceed in hurting or killing this time around, you will most likely do it again and again, and again . . .  and that is how to become a serial killer! Serial killers start from somewhere!

I think it was all well planned from the start.I think Bimbo knew she was having more than two babies and I think her family in the UK advised her to come 'cash in' on a multiple birth! Deceiving the immigration was just an end to getting paid 'top dosh' for her multiple birth story! She would have gotten much lesser, if anything, if she had the quins in Nigeria.  grin  grin

There are people in this country who do not qualify for free meds - despite having paid all their dues - cannot afford to pay for all their medication and have to buy only some of their vital medication!  angry Bimbo and her hubby can afford to pay for her delivery in a top private Nigerian hospital! Those who cheat the system deprive those who really deserve help from getting the help they need and it is not fair. Yes, Bimbo the undeserving scrounger has abused the NHS and perhaps a deserving resident has died somewhere because they couldn't access necessary treatment.

As for those in support of Bimbo's deception, A yoruba adage goes: A ni ka pa'nu po ka b'ole wi, e ni ibi ti oninkan fi nkan e si o da!  grin. Instead of reprimanding the thief, you say where the theft victim put his stuff wasn't good enough!  grin

bimbo has been getting ante-natal treatments before she delivered. did she pay? was she asked to pay? do you have any information about that for you to be absolute certain bimbo deliberately abused the system? she took a fertility drug out of ignorance - all she wanted was one child but she had five against her own wishes. was that her crime?
Coogar,

What makes you think that Bimbo had not been taking ante-natal treatment using her legally resident sisters/cousins ID?? How else do you think a VISITOR would get ante-natal treatment without paying for it? I doubt you would see anything wrong in that as well!

i looked into the archives of quintuplets in the united kingdom. there was a case in 2007. a russian woman had quintuplets and they could not pay. there was nowhere in the article the word criminal or abuse of system was used. eventually, a group of philanthropists in russia picked the bill and the matter ended there. the russian parents were given an extension to stay in england until the babies are strong enough to fly. so instead of attacking bimbo - appeal to the billionaires in nigeria(dream on, dreamer) and get them to do something about bimbo's bill.
Link to this story, please!

'What qualifies a prayer to be fervent or how long must a prayer be to be termed fervent' This is in relation to James 5.16

Similarly, what makes a prayer effective?

All your valuable responses will be highly appreciated. Thanks
1. As long as it takes, and very importantly WITH FAITH, to get confirmation in the spirit or physically see the desired result!
2.  Praying according to God's will, WITH FAITH! Being right with God is an important factor here.

Islamic banking will benefit many(mainly Muslims if discriminatorily applied) but the above quoted is a source of concern for many. There are already instances in Asia where Islam gives charity to people ONLY on the basis that they convert to Islam. I forsee the requirement (compulsion) to convert to Islam as a requirement to using Islamic banking service where such Islamic banks are the only ones available in certain localities. Aren't Banks already getting REGIONAL or National licences? Aren't children who are not muslims being forced to wear Hijabs to school in the Sharia states?

He's currently out of the country, but he advices me to keep doing Lesser and Greater Banishings of the Pentagram until he returns. On the first dark moon after he returns the entire coven and I would perform a ritual to end it all and make peace with the spirits. For now, I guess, banishings are all I can really count on, although I know each time I do it I only piss them off the more. I did them around my house and my cars in the early hours of this morning (including the Watchtower and the Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram). I'll do them every morning and evening till a more elaborate ritual is performed on my behalf by my HP's coven. Thanks for your reply, and I think I have things under control, FOR NOW!!!
I hope they don't get really really really pissed with you before your High Priest comes back from his travel.
