Every religion will have some form of this. Christianity is not unique in this sense. Even the devil worshipers will have something they will call the antithesis of their agenda. It may be God in this case.

Command from Allah, through His Messengers (AS); First; Ibrahim who experienced it. Second from Ismail, the son of Ibrahim who experienced it at the same time with his father. Third; Muhammad who is a descendant from both and the last mouth piece for your Creator. This is the command from Allah through him, that believers will always remember the hardship of the two prophets of father and son who encountered the Satan on their way to fulfill the test of Allah on them.
