you can receive as much funds as you like from abroad as long as it is legal and you can show the proof of funding and what the money is meant for , the limit of moneygram and western union limit applies to over the counter cash .
higher amounts are usually sent via swift or other processes directly into your account and may sometimes takes days to clear , this is to enable security checks on the transaction to be done .
Thanks... what's the proof of funding like? And hope someone won't have issues with CBN since the transaction will be reported to them first due to the high amount ?

How much is the money you're expecting to receive... And from which country
The country is random... can be from anywhere. Right now I'm not expecting any money. I asked because of future projection. That is, what if? The figures up there might help.
Business › Questions About International Transfer by sharpwriter(op): 9:03pm On Oct 04, 2018
People in the house; please is it possible to receive $50,000, $100, 000 or more into your account in Nigeria? If yes, how (what is the process)?
I am aware that the limit for Western union or Moneygram that can be received per day is $5000 to $10,000
I am also aware that one may not receive more than $10,000 in his or her domiciliary account or else the account will be charged and taxed by CBN (is that true?)
If one wants to receive high amounts in US dollars like $200,000 from international contract and transfer, what is the way around it?
If CBN policy holds, how then do all these G-Boys get money to land big cars and spend endlessly? Do they receive their money bit by bit through Western Union? Or they used another means.
I asked because it looks ridiculous to receive money that could have been received at once bit by bit. Please, what is the way around this?
I would like experienced and knowledgeable people to attend to these questions one after the other with good explanation please.
Thank you.

Please, to those who are well versed in export, I want to confirm some things.

Is it true that the products below are not allowed to be exported from Nigeria? I saw some blogs concerning them.

-Maize
-Cassava
-Beans
-Rice
-Yam tuber

I would like to know if they are allowed for export or prohibited, especially Maize. Thank you.

sureheaven:
The picture is real .......

MKO was the president while OBJ was his vice of the school editorial board.
They were both great from different aspect of life.

OBJ is evil while MKO is a religious fanatic. He believes too much in Islam, though he built churches but it was all propaganda.

We voted for Muslim/Muslim ticket then all because we don’t want military rule again but God knows it would be disastrous for the Christians if we have president and his vice to be Muslims hence the election didn’t see the light of the day.
God even used another Muslim who is a friend to MKO to destroy the mission. shocked
True... Abeg dash me one bundle of the dollar bills in your dp wink

Wow. Didn't even know they attended the same school or were contemporaries.

Anytime I see old pictures like this one I normally wonder where the other people in the pictures are right now.

Looking at this picture I can't help but wonder if MKO had any inkling what the future held in store for him and Obasanjo too.
That's life my brother... pictures like this bring nostalgic feelings of sweetness and sorrow to me. So many experiences and hurdles to cross in life. I do wonder even at my dad's pictures how those days must have been for them.

They were this close yet hated each other that much?

I love my Sec School mates to pieces even after decades
Hmmm... that's what the quest for power, goodies and pride of the world can do. You think they love you ba? They are the people who will sell your secrets for money if you are vying for a political post in future. It's then love can be tested. And you say you love them, if you are a bad person too blinded by power and money you will also sell them and become their greatest enemies. Good places to test the love of men are in the arena of power and money. It's a place of betrayal. There, childhood pals become enemies. It's only those who have righteousness or goodness in them that pass the test.

"The church is marching on, the gates of hell shall never prevail" as a Redeem member i refuse to comment on this, heaven is my goal.
Yes, the church is marching on, but not on the doctrine of any church, but the true teachings of Christ. If you want your reward intact and works not to be burned during reward time (see the whole of 1 Corinthians chapter 3), you will respect truth of God's word as against any church's man made doctrine. I myself go to RCCG praise tabernacle parish till now, but I know the truth of God's word and no man born of woman can make me do otherwise than what was written. Jesus was crucified for all not for redeemed denomination only.
