The comments am seeing here shows that most Nigerian ladies marry for the wrong reason. Gold diggers. Now I see the reason for the high rates of divorce.
Yes you're right. When fear of God is fast disappearing from the earth, what do you expect? Most men and women now have cravings for materialism over morals, hence the problems we see rampant today.

As in eh, our youths are just so crazy, anytime they hear abroad, they just lose their sense of reasoning, I know so many girls that have left their home based boyfriends just to marry guys abroad, and they are now baby making machine in Nigeria, a particular lady left her fiancé when she met one man that base in UK at a wedding, unknown to her, the man is married with kids there, guess what, she slept with him and fell pregnant, now she is in Nigeria cause the man can't marry two times, while the boys are all planning to leave Nigeria, thinking their life will get better out there.
Very crazy youths; those Libyan route journey and horror stories are good proofs of their craziness. People just wanna leave without good plans, thinking anything goes cheesy As for those girls, they should roll with their misfortunes. They can't eat their cake and have it. They are the kind of people that will get to overseas and turn against the men who brought them their by taking advantage of the system negatively; eventually they may still end up in divorce since they were even wild right from time.

I couldn't help but exclaim @the bolded.
Just like that? You will return the bride-price? A man you claimed you loved enough to marry, you will just return the bride-price in less than a week after the wedding? Iffa hear! Let's keep lying anonymously sha on the Internet!! It's allowed only here because noone could be that rash in real life.

Besides, are you the one that will return your bride-price? What if your family doesn't't support your decision?
See you... don't underestimate the kind of people in the world today.... She fit abscond and damn bride price o... The main problem here's the abroad syndrome... That's all. Since our leaders are arseholes, abroad is also heaven. Many will do anything to go there. That delusion of utopian life over there is real and very strong. It is a prayer point of many on mountains of prayers. Many of them fit go and not be able to return in twenty years coz they live from hand to mouth. But it's just life thing. Some also go and become fruitful. It's 50/50 but people only look at the seemingly positive side. The problem here's that when some youths hear abroad, London, US, their sense of reasoning is gone. Their dream is now based in beautiful fairy land that you'll live there happily ever after. grin

Marriage is about sacrifice and compromise most times. Keep white wedding aside, by the laws of the land, she is legally married.

Now, she is married to her husband, not her ex. If the husband doesn't want her to go and she goes, it may bring up issues later on. Moreover, if the Poland is sure, why not be patient with her husband for them to go there later. A marriage of one week old is a very young one, does she want to just end it without giving it proper thought?

If she feels taking the scholarship is best for her, let her sit with her husband and see if they can work up a plan that will benefit the marriage.

Whatever decision she takes, she should put her marriage into consideration. She is very married, put aside white wedding talks. Traditional marriage is not engagement party.
You're very sensible jare..... Chop knuckle

Chai... Broda Lefulefu go give the man heart attack if he's reading this o.... She will eventually be dependent on the guy at least for some time. If she'll work it may be seasonal, and if not, it's definite she won't get job immediately. Also, that $400 per month is below chicken change..... Earning $1000 per month in Yankee sef na from hand to mouth wages.... Such $400 only makes sense if it's spent in a place like Nigeria. $400 there won't take her far, it may not even cover a month's rent even though you sharing apartment with another person. I pray God help them with decision.....

Falz was only stating the obvious. But truth is bitter. By the way, baba Fela spent several years behind bars, just for speaking the truth. He shouldn't be afraid of the consequences of his action. Thankfully his father is a renowned SAN, he's also a lawyer. Even if he got arrested, vindication won't be far in sight.

4 years tenure, three years holiday, oga Bu-harry should comman rebuff this claim with valid evidences, else he should humbly relish the bitter taste of the truth.

Doesn't just show that some Nigerians are sick, it shows that some Nigerians are truly brain dead. How Buhari can be a choice amongst 180 million Nigerians really baffles me. I really wish Nigerians open their eyes and heart to reality and closes it against ethnicity and religion. Ethnicity isn't going to put food on the table, neither would religion. Only a competent hand can take this country forward and to be truthful, that's not a characteristic of the current president.
It doesn't just show that some Nigerians are sick, it shows that they are under a powerful spell and mind programmed hypnosis... The country itself is under a very powerful bondage both physically and spiritually. I don't know whether deliverance is available or not.

Hello Webmasters.

I am someone who do paid writing jobs; this makes me to outsource some jobs to other writers to help me.

The person helping me on a very important work got her files erased from her phone, laptop, and dropbox/dropbox trashcan by a close vicious

friend.

She stored the files in the three places mentioned above (phone, laptop, dropbox)....Everything is gone from these places including the recycle

bins/trashcan.

She still cries because of the betrayal, but my own here is that, ''HOW CAN I RECOVER MY DOCUMENTS BACK?''

Is there a way that you webmasters have used and it worked?

Note: I have read about it online, and I have told her not to save any more documents or download anything unnecessarily so as not to

overwrite whatever will be restored. I am simply asking here for practical examples that worked for you.

Please Help Me .. Please. Thank you!!!

Family › Re: Is My Mom To Blame For The Irresponsibility Of A 26 Year Old lady? by sharpwriter(m): 7:27pm On Jan 08, 2019
Organs:
I disagree with you, "Ishilove".

"Thorpido" You are on Point. @Ardar, there are some details you left out. Now, why was she in a Computer school and not a conventional University, Polytechnic, etc? like, maybe you are in or attended? Also, you mentioned she ran errands for your mum and later goes to the computer school, i'd like to believe these are those low rated computer schools that people go to to get some computer education and not a realistic skill that can get you employed which goes to say she was just a househelp period. From Ishilove and Ardar's comment you will understand the average Nigerian mentality and the "help" they profess. Now, does this lady want to learn computer skills? most probably No, cos she never got to choose! Was Ardar's mum asking her questions about her progress, her concerns, relationships, dreams, ambitions etc, most probably, NO! Now does this lady have the privileges that Ardar enjoys? of course not, because she is from the village naa, and she is being helped and has to do as they say period. Now, does she feel different, ofcourse Yes, she is away from home remember, is she getting love and care from all the people around her? Now, if a man should come around professing Love, care and giving her attention, tell me why she will not be vulnerable. In most Nigerian middle class homes, the poor relation, househelp, driver, etc are just tolerated. In worst cases they are the witches and wizards, even eating the same food as oga and madam is a privilege to be grateful for. You guys should go and watch "Blind Side" and understand why we are just different from Oyinbos. A white family took in a black kid. One of the first questions the woman asked the kid was if he liked being called "Big Mike" because that was what they all called him, guess what, he does not like it at all. Now, tell me which Nigeria mother will even ask if you like the general Ekaete name? person wey we dey help......Also, watch "The Butler" and see how JFK, a President will sit down with a slave servant to understand his concerns and what is going on in his mind. @Ardar, i'll say, thank you for asking, I will say to you, this is majorly a failure from your mum, however, its not her fault. She truly does not know how. We need to change our attitude and mindset. I was lucky, (i considered it unlucky then, cos all my friends used to laugh at me and make fun of I and my siblings) in my mums house, everything was by seniority. Househelps, relations used to discipline us and order us around. It was best, however, it affected the relationship between my sister and my mum cos she accused my mum of disliking, even hating her and putting relations and househelps before her. Now, though, she knows better and it helped curb some of her excesses.
You really touched something deep here....may not be far from the truth of what happened when we look at it from your point of view. Africans are less empirical at connecting dots on issues.

Same thing Jesus Christ did when Satan opposed the word of God. Jesus defended it.

In the process of evangelizing, one often comes across scoffers who preach against the word of God. You have to be well equipped to counter them or else they will not only continue deceiving people but also deceive you too.
Please shut up....
There's no commandment of first fruit for saints in the new covenant. The days before old testament (oath days) isn't a commandment for new testament Christians. You're not in line with Jesus, but you're in order of the pharisee. You block your eyes from truth and twist the scripture to suit you. Ole... Barawo
