It wasn't a response specific for Rivers, it was a response for the petition itself.
A summary of it; she said the petitioner(referring to LP) claimed to have 138k+ agents at different PU and collation level with the agents having copy of the result given at the various level, and they also have the privilege of moving with the PO or collation officers from one level to the other, but they could not present a copy of any of the result given to any of those 138k+ agents neither do they presented any of such agent as a witness, that irrespective of the fact that Inec didn't give some necessary documents as alleged, the agents are in position to tender the copy given to them.
So of all the witness called by LP, no agent was called.

this is were the tribunal is wrong and why we say it is bias, it is not the duty of the tribunal to decide which evidence labour party should tender in court, provided whatever evidence they tender is legal and justify their case. It's just like a rape crime scene, imagine me taking a rapist to court that a rape occur and I present a CCTV footage of the event, and the judge dismissing my claims saying I should have presented a DNA as evidence,. Does this makes sense, when a CCTV footage can also serve as evidence, this is why I believe they were bias.

does the law also regonizes inec not to be able to do simple arithmetic, because by my account, inec clearly gave tinubu the victory in Rivers state on collation day, but when the true copies of votes presented by inec it clearly showed obi won, when obi's team and the BBC and other independent observers also did the collation it clearly showed obi also won, I guess this was not evidence enough against inec, and tinubu.

Take a time to watch the response of that female judge, you will get why the Rivers case couldn't have been looked into.
If you present your sch certificate in court, the court won't honor it, your sch must present a CTC to affirm that you are the owner of such certificate, or you request for a subpoena from the court to your sch to come present the cert. Also note that you can't request for a subpoena to a staff of your sch, you have to request it to the sch, it's the school that will send someone to represent it

maybe I'll try and see the clip of the rivers case.

In election petition, burden of proof is on petitioner, and it is beyond reasonable doubt, not a test of probability.
The petitioner is the one alleging irregularity, what he needs to do is to present the irregularity in specifics, inec nor the declared winner won't help him do that.
Eg, PU 3, ward 5, MIT LGA, Got state, the result as announced at the PU and signed by agents with a copy given to our agent TP 40, GP 35, BP 80, in the announced result, Inec declared TP 75, GP 40, BP 40.
that is a proof of irregularity, Inec will need to explain the difference if that result presented by the petitioner is truly gotten from the PU.
The scenario above is different from saying Inec changed all or most of our results, the declared results isn't correct. The question would be, is it possible for Inec to change result from more than a thousand PU.
If you go through the petitions, you will noticed that no where was any figure stated as deduction or addition to any of the parties by the petitioner, court won't manufacture figures for you, you present it and they consider the argument you have in advocating for the figures.
Another option is PU cancelling, you have to show that a cancelled PU possible votes is more than the margin of victory, that way, a rerun would be ordered in such PU or ward or area as the case may be.
SC has mentioned it times without number, but lawyers are still going to tribunal to present case without due diligence

I get your point but I still think the judges were biased though, like in the rivers case for example it was more than just a polling unit it was the summation of the entire state today which today it was proven obi won, it that case I don't think obi's lawyers needed to break it down to the polling units because it wasn't even the polling unit that were contested it was the state and the evidence were even justified by the certified true copies issued by inec, which is a legal evidence in court, I still repeat obi may not have proven he won but he definitely was able to prove irregularities, which the tribunal never even addressed, another of its bias I noticed was when they refused to accept EU's report because it want presented by an EU official, by their logic if I should precent my school certificate in court it would can be declared ineligible because it wasnt presented personally by the vice chancellor of my institution, how does this even makes sense.

Oga lawyer, all facts are true, what you are holding on to is belief, not fact. For a statement to be fact, it must be true, so if you can't establish for statement to be true, then it's just a belief.
The only way you can say Obi won the election is by giving figures of where you noticed manipulations, you can't just go about shouting that your client won, you are learned not unlearned, act like one.

I like how you emphasized on facts, obi might not have proven, he won, neither did tinubu prove he got 8m votes, obi won rivers base on facts even from inec right now, how then was he still declared winner when he couldn't defend all his votes especially the one from rivers, when you analyze the fact objectively, if I were the judge, yes I wouldn't declare obi winner if he can't prove how he won, but neither will I acknowledge tinubu's victory because he also couldn't prove how he won and got 8m votes neither did inec prove how he got 8m votes, taking into consideration inec declared him winner in rivers initially, but further evidence proved inec manipulation for him as he didn't win Rivers among other states which evidence were presented. That's how you give justice, for me obi was not able to prove how he got more votes than tinubu but he was able to prove manipulation, tinubu was also not able to defend how he got 8m votes neither was inec able to defend the integrity and accuracy of the votes. So why then did the tribunal give it to tinubu? This is my issue with the verdict if you are unbiased you would see reasons too

I am not saying he won,he needs to prove he won,that's a fact, what I am saying is tinubu also wasn't able to defend how he won, or how he got 8m votes neither did inec, defend how tinubu won the election but yet a tribunal that claims to be unbiased declared him the winner, I made a reference to Rivers state also which inec claim tinubu won, but in reality Obi won Rivers state with verifiable evidence, why would an unbiased judiciary overlook this clear case of manipulation. My argument is not for obi to be declared winner, but about how tinubu came to be declared winner while overlooking all these errors by the judiciary.

obi may or may not have been able to prove he won the election but he was able to prove that the election was rigged, rivers and others were case study, with verifiable evidence, independent observers, EU even the BBC, obi needed to prove he won, tinubu also needed to prove his vote, which he didn't, inec also needed to defend the numbers which they didn't, how he got 8million votes considering the fact that part of those vote given to him was later adjudged to be won by obi, rivers state in particular, yet the tribunal ruled in their favour, for the fact you don't like obi, shouldn't make you emotional or blind to the truth.

They claim obi could not prove he won, with all the evidence of vote manipulation, even in rivers state where it was so evident, bur neither could tinubu prove he won with the cases of manipulation, even the BBC investigation also confirmed obi won in rivers, which were evidence provided by obi, how then did they come up with the stupidity that he couldn't prove anything.

your logic isnt very sound, as it relates to fairness, if I were the judge obi needs to prove he won no doubt about that, but I wouldn't uphold tinubu's victory there were evidence of manipulations everywhere, in rivers for example inec clearly gave it to tinubu, when the result were recalculated it clearly showed obi won, with such massive compromise which neither inec nor apc were able to give a justifiable reason how can you authenticate such process, elections are all about integrity.

firstly medical fees in Nigeria isn't 25k as you stated, in addition you claim medical tuition fees in the UK is about 9k pounds or thereabout, but what you fail to understand is that with my minimum wage and various loans applicable most citizens can afford to pay for tuitions, in Nigeria I doubt if any can afford education with Minimum wage, and then what is the job prospect after graduation compare for both countries, lot of Nigerians who migrated to this countries on study visa are paying their tuitions fees by themselves while working and studying over there, are many Nigerians can afford such in Nigeria, you can't even compare the standard of education you get over there with what you have here.

Recently I left my job which i was paid over 150k MONTHLY just to sit at home and study and practice a skill that i know eventually it will pay off my whole one year salary in 2-3 months.

It was never easy at the begining i must Tell you. My elder brother taught i was stupid, my collagues at work mocked me but honestly this few weeks i just feel so much satisfied cos i literally have the knowledge that can sustain me for the next 50yrs.

I FEEL SO FUFILLED THIS FEW WEEKS AFTER I RESIGNED FROM WORK OF 150K MONTHLY TO SETTLE DOWN AND STUDY FOR THE PASSION THAT BURNS INSIDE OF ME...

I could remember telling my closest family members and pastors about my plans and Everyone of them were all just advising me to keep it safe.. come and see how humans are , none were like
"wow this passion you have, that you want to rezign from your CURRENT job how much do you need fora start-up so that i can support you" .. this alone self will tell you that starting from the bottom is hard cos its rare to see people who will literally key into your passion, you just have to take your own balls by the hand and have faith in what you do

I GAVE MY SELF TIME, AT LEAST BEFORE DECEMBER THERE WILL BE A DIFFERENCE.

Following your passion becomes dangerous when you don't create a structured plan.

And if you are so scared to take those bold steps, at the later part of your years here on earth you will be left with regrets upon regrets.

Remember, we only die once , so make sure you live this life to the fullest, dare to take those bold decision's that you know will take you to that desire and dream life you wish to enjoy.

Follow your passion, start building and before u know it the results at the end outweigh all the labour and SACRICICES.
