ppogba: So, it is the presidency that pays players bonuses and allowances?
Is this pure stupidity, mere hypocrisy or absolute ignorance of what a secondary school student should know?
Atimes, one.feels like seeing some faces to see if stupidity is clearly written on them. it is not the presidency's job everyone knows that, and I never told you it is the president's job but the presidency can influence the sports ministry and the NFF, if they so much love the sport and value the girls, but if they should bring home the trophy u guys would be the first to want to attach their victory to the govt. |

tiger28: To listen to Reno, one must be objective BEYOND sentiments (religious, ethnic or Political).
Reno is far from my tribe or my Party BUT what he says of recent are very FACTUAL !
If you see the comments of his Haters here, you will notice that they don't have ANY FACTUAL retort to his statements.
All you see are comments like " Political jobber', "UK refugee", "He is only trying to get a job in Nigeria "....bla bla bla.
He recently made FACTUAL comparisons between Atiku , Tinubu and Obi.......No one could dispute his claims.
I am not really fond of Reno but this guy is an educated guy with FACTS! where is the fact on this, Nigeria is an oil producing nation and an opec member, does Ghana produce oil? 2. Ghana is going through and economic mess right now with hyper inflation and all the govt and the masses know and agree all is not well, but in Nigeria we are going through the same but Reno and this govt want us to believe all is well, comparing our situation with Ghana when Ghana see theirs as a problem you guys want Nigerians to see ours as normal. Does that makes sense to you? |

garfield1: And after that what next? Can he win elections outside govt? I think you are getting it all wrong here when you say the most popular, are you talking about popularity as a public political capital or just popularity, because there are some popularity that hinders your political growth, popularity as a political capital I"ll say udom, and maybe Donald duke, but just popularity maybe wike, but wike can never win a free and fair election over either Donald duke or Emmanuel udom. |
Politics › Re: The Most Popular and influential Politicians From South South by Shattuck(m): 8:25pm On Jul 25, 2023 |
Penguin2: One thing I found out about you is that you like to lie to yourself a lot.
This was how you were assigning funny figures to Atiku and Tinubu in the Southeast and Southsouth before the elections; I told you it won’t happen but you argued you a are a professor of ‘real politick’.
What later happened? Tinubu and Atiku both struggled to get up to 5% of votes cast in the entire southeast. Southsouth wasn’t any different either but for INEC’s rigging.
Now you are back with another round of self deception.
I can take what you said about other people because they appear realistic but how did you arrive at your conclusion about Wike?
Let me tell you the reality on ground, like I told you before the elections, Wike is the most hated politician in Rivers State in particular, and the entire Southsouth in general, as of today. If he contests in a free and fair House of Assembly election today, he would fail even if his opponent is a stone.
What you are mistaking for popularity is just his network of criminal structure within the PDP across some Southsouth states. But for the fact that these guys are associating with him alone, they have lost popularity just like Wike.
Things were even better for Wike before the election. But after doing what he did during the election, he buried himself by himself. That’s why he’s struggling to get a post in Tinubu’s govt so he can stay relevant.
As you didn’t before the election, I don’t expect you to believe what I’ve said here, not like I care, I just wanted to state the facts as they are; like I always do. true words. |

mercy87: My first degree is in Political Science and Public Administration. I'm thinking of Master's in social work or MBA ...which is better? in my opinion, I think if you intend to stay in Nigeria I think an MBA my be best, but if you intend to work outside Nigeria I think a social work postgraduate degree might be best especially if you have a specific sector you would like to work, like healthcare you can specialize in social work in public health care or something, but if you of course, have other career path like you want to work in a financial institution or something then an MBA is best overall it depends on your skill set and what your dreams are, what career path do you think you would love most and find fulfillment in? |
Career › Re: Which One Is Better? Social Work Or Political Science? by Shattuck(m): 6:52pm On Jul 25, 2023 |
mercy87: Can one do a Master's in social work or an MBA..which one is better? I wish to japa it depends on your future plans or career prospect, after having a first degree in social works, you can do an MBA program, I prefer you do an MBA after social works or you can have a degree also in project management whichever you choose a first degree in social works can set you up for diverse career path, especially outside Nigeria. |

Meritjoshua: I applied for political science in unilorin during 2022 Utme but i was transferred to social work early this month.(it was due to their slow calendar and the strike) i felt bad because social work sound lesser than political science. so my question is which one is better between the two? go for social work you can work in diverse sector like healthcare, education, philanthropy, community service, sports, you can even join the police force in Nigeria or anywhere in the world, even if you intend to further your studies like having a master's degree you can also branch out to other field like project management, business manager especially when you have an MBA etc a degree in social work can set you up for a career in other fields. |

It is beyond their comprehension. actually I think you are the one whose brain power cannot process what is going on, the naira is falling against the dollar, Nigerians in the diaspora are the major source of FDI into the Nigerian economy most of these folks in the diapora who have naira account are just using the fall of the local currency to cash out by converting their foreign currency. |
