The actual results submitted manually ( thesame paper snapped) was what INEC used to compute results manually, NOT the irev results, this is where most obideints are not getting it. Don't mix this together.

That was the position of the Court, INEC staffs or agents only uploaded on the irev, out of 176,000 + guys who uploaded for INEC throughout the polling units across Nigeria, 18,000 people who made mistakes does not supposed to mar the outcome of the whole Election so far they submitted the original copy..


Just like if I should snap my certificate and send to someone, if the picture I sent is not that clear due to the environment I snap the picture, that does not affect the HARD copy with me. Just a simple logic

my take is neither could tinubu and inec prove how tinubu got over 8m votes, forget the idea of weather you are obidient or batified for a moment, this is statistics and the numbers need to tally and the process in which you get the numbers also matters that's why in mathematics when there is an equation to be solved you don't just bring out any number as the answer, what makes an answer correct is the process you used to arrive at your answer, if inec is saying tinubu got 8m votes right now there are thousands of blurred polling unit results which inec obviously added to the tally of the winner does this not damage the entire integrity of the election, in Rivers state for example Irev results and even independent observers like the BBC did a recounting and discovered obi actually won rivers state yet inec called it in for Tinubu, how did inec come about their numbers? What process did inec use? For the tribunal to downplay this issues a trivial just shows you the bias, I am not saying just hand over the mandate to obi because he needs to prove he won, but neither has tinubu or inec proved how tinubu won or how he got 8m votes.

Nice speech has never developed a nation, show me the speech of the leaders that made Dubai, china, Singapore and others to rise from the bottom to become what they are today, does our reality as a nation give any sign of a nations that wants to improve, you can't go out there and be demanding for dignity for Africa and Nigeria, when Nigerians can't have that dignity in their own country. not true if the copy the school release as the only certificate they issued to tinubu does not correspond with what he submitted to inec then it means automatic fraud on tinubu's part, it will then be his job to defend the one he submitted to inec by getting CSU to specifically state in court that the one he issued to inec is also genuine as you know that would be impossible.

I can't speak to whether Mr Tinubu attended primary or secondary school.

But you might wish to know that there are established pathways to college admissions in the UK and the US that doesn't require any previous (primary or secondary qualification or even attendance).

So, I really don't see how Mr Tinubu's case should be different.

What is important is that he claimed to attend a college and a University in the US. If ongoing investigations confirm he did, that should be the end of the line of enquiry about his educational qualification.

If someone graduates with first class, or even third class, why o why should I be interested in the primary school he attended.

Infact in the UK, when applying for a job as a graduate, you mostly don't put details of your primary or secondary school in your CV unless there is a particular attribute relating to those early years that you want to bring out in your CV.

Once you graduate, most employers are simply not interested in the primary school you attended.

The fixation of many Nigerians on irrelevant issues is baffling.

this case is dicey, by my knowledge I stand to be corrected though, the law clearly states that to contest for the office of the presidency an individual must have a minimum of O level certificate, if tinubu does not have this shouldn't it be illegal irrespective of wheather he attended the university or not, it's just like jamb before you can sit for jamb you need Five O level credit either in waec or neco, if you have a Microsoft certificate or have won a Nobel prize, I don't think you can even sit for Jamb let alone getting admission into a Nigerian university.

I graduated from a University in the UK years ago and was issued a certificate which I scanned to keep a softcopy (I do with all documents). I misplaced the original and requested a new one from the same university, paid the fees and was issues a new one by the same university in the same year and signed by different people.

I think that the question should be and remain "Did he attend and graduated from the university?"

Note that I have no political affiliation to anybody but want to share my knowledge and experience.
