To make claim of forgery is claiming a criminal offence. CSU never said that but obi.diots need something to hang onto their delusion. PG should be careful though. Forgery is a strong term that is their own interpretation...if true will be a criminal offence.

The sad reality here is that Atiku and co are destroying the image of Nigeria out of bitterness for election loss. Long after Atiku is gone Nigerans seeking to study abroad will be scrutinised for certificate forgery.

Many are myopic and can't see far....Tinubu graduated from CSU. That is fact. He was awarded a diploma with honours. He requested a replacement certificate which is done by a third party. CSU was clear that it is not incharge of replacement certificates. CSU said only a student's transcript can authenticate the student and released Tinubu’s transcripts. On issue of male or female CSU said Tinubu that was admitted to CSU is male....pointing to SSN as proof....what else do you want enemies of Nigeria? Genital examination? When hatred drives you to loose your sense of reason all you have left is bitterness.

how is atiku and co the ones destroying Nigeria's image and not tinubu who is being tried for forgery, CSU never claimed they are not in charge of replacement certificate, as a matter of fact CSU issued him a replacement certificate which he never picked up, in the US certificate might be ceremonial but in Nigeria it isn't, in the US certificate can be gotten from third party vendors because it is ceremonial, but in Nigeria third party vendors means forgery. Stop trying to twist things we have a supreme court that is in the habit of judging based on technicality, well based on this same technicality the diploma tinubu submitted to inec was not issued by the school, funny how you claim many are ignorant when the only one ignorant here is tinubu and it's supporters, if only he had not fight this in the beginning the whole media circus would have been avoided you can't blame a people for trying to get more clarity into the controversial life of a man who occupy the highest office in the land, would you marry someone or employ someone whose identity is a mistery or does not correspond, even now that you we are getting answers little by little there are still more unanswered questions his GCE came from a school that want even established when he claim he did, perhaps you all know the truth you just want Nigerians to just follow your lead by playing dumb and pretending not to be curious to these unanswered questions. We can't all be agbadorians, we can't all live in a bubble where common sense is being ignored and all our information sourced is being channeled through propaganda. My interest in this case is just out of curiosity, not even politics.

it's so ambiguous, I blame CSU for all this mess trying to be clever by half, you claimed he requested a replacement certificate but he never picked it up, if he never picked it up, where then did he get the one he is parading about, this isn't even about politics it's about common sense, if he only requested for a diploma replacement once and yet there are two different diploma out there the one with inec and the one with CSU, atiku's lawyer should put the CSU official on the spot, by asking is it possible to have a CSU diploma from CSU without the request being on official record?

Without conceeding to be true, let's agree they chose to cover for him under oath, that means he is protected & their position is what the Law will recognize.. So in your Opinion, what do u think is tha fate of Atiku now, did he get what will be useful for him at the Supreme Court?

he could have requested a replacement certificate of which the school confirmed he requested but he never picked it up, they can order for luxury watches, wines from overseas but can't order for a mere certificate, I don't have much faith it our judiciary but it would be ironic to see what the supreme court who has a habit of ruling based on technicality has to say about this because based on technicality tinubu's certificate is fake but he did graduate, how would they spin it? I just want to see the hypocrisy of our judiciary.

In the USA, Certificates are ceremonial document. Read point 6..

but in Nigeria it isn't. In this case the Nigerian law does not recognize certificate as ceremonial neither does it recognize third party vendors, when in Rome.

Since the university (Issuing Authority) says it is authentic, then there is nothing anyone or anybody can do about it.

the university never said the diploma he submitted is authentic, key note tinubu requested a diploma but he never collected it, that diploma is still with the school, so where did he get the one he submitted to inec, when he was asked he said he had never seen the diploma submitted by tinubu to inec, trying to cover for tinubu, but tinubu only requested for a replacement once and he never collected it.

Don't mind them. U see, one thing I sense about this CSU is that they are codedly playing wayo to save Tinubu. U see that redacted certificates are likely going to be a problem for Atiku. CSU only need to tell Atiku that the certificate Tinubu is parading and submitted to INEC is a fake one. The reason is because CSU had been claiming they don't keep copies of certificates they issued. They said they can't locate Tinubu's original certificate. So, how do they now get redacted copies they tendered as sample for comparison? How do they know that those copies where issued by them? How come they can't tell that the one Tinubu is parading is original or fake? because some people are saying the certificate Tinubu used for INEC matched one of the redacted copies. This is subtly saying Tinubu's certificate is authentic. Yet CSU has maintained that they can't authenticate Tinubu's own. Can you see the loophole? However, there are other discrepancy revealed from the other records on Tinubu that exposed his deceits. Atiku and Lawyers will need to be smarter to utilize them against Tinubu at the supreme court

Those who took Tinubu to Court know what they wanted. I guess they were out to get information on oath from a recognized organization where he made false claims or forged a document. And they have it. They want to prove that he enrolled into CSU with false claims, thus nullifying the certificate.

Case dismissed every other thing is irrelevant, what he ate at CSU, did he graduate with honours or not, all irrelevant.

Tinubu lost his original CSU certificate issued in 1979, so when he needed it for political reasons, he ought to have formally applied to CSU for a reissue of certificate, but because he was in a hurry probably to beat a deadline or something, he felt he could replicate the certificate and use since to him it doesn't matter because he knew he actually graduated from CSU, and the Oluwole guys that did the forged certificate for him did a very poor job.

The CSU President they put her signature on the forged certificate Tinubu has been parading hasn't been elected/appointed President as at 1997 that they put her signature as the signee of Tinubu's forged reissued certificate of 1997.

CSU produced Bates labeled as CSU 0011 and CSU 0012 diplomas prepared for other CSU students (with their names redacted for privacy) which match the format of the Tinubu replacement diploma dated June 27, 1997.

Growing up I use to be more freak about movies, I still love and watch movies, just that it can take me two or three months to see a series movie I can watch an episode this week and after two or three weeks that's when I move to episode two. 2 I use to be more freak about traveling out of Nigeria I still have the plans though but it's all just from a logical point of view rather than the aesthetic.

let's try to be objective for once, tinubu might have graduated from CSU of which the university has confirmed, but the issue has always been the certificate he submitted to inec wasn't issued by CSU, the image you posted are certificate issued in 98/99 which is a 20 year period from when Tinubu's certificate was issued, one would have expected you to provide certificate issued in 78 to match the one tinubu issued to inec, tinubu's certificate resembles the one issued in 98 but he didn't graduate in 98 and CSU never came out to say they issued him another certificate other than the one issued in 78, people like us though obidient just want the truth and not propaganda.

I think the issue on ground has always been the certificate tinubu submitted to inec, is it the same as the one issued by CSU this has always been the issue, yet no information provided or news has been able to provide the answer to this question.

This judgement of the supreme Court was so vague n controversial,I mean what were the scores of each candidate in the 388 polling units,what was the final tally for each candidate,what was the spread of winning to declare uzodimma a winner?,so many questions left unanswered by the supreme Court ruling.

They then moved to telling us how he will not be sworn in. Their pastors gave multiple prophecies and their youths opened another 1000 threads on Nairaland to regale us with how he will be arrested and Peter Obi sworn in. On May 29th, he was sworn in and he’s still ruling the country till today.

They moved to the PEPT case and gave us a lot of scintillating analysis on how Peter provided so much evidence that he will be sworn in straight from the court by their lordships. Penguin2 and sky360 were the lead comic analysts. We all saw how it ended.

Tinubu’s Chicago state university academic records is now their latest baby. They have polluted everywhere with senseless threads without just one of them knowing exactly what they are talking about and how they will remove Tinubu through the case and install Atiku or Obi?

Once this is over, they will move to attacking the CJN because he’s Yoruba and the Supreme Court because they refuse to declare their Gbajue candidate the winner.

I just weak, tinubu and his e-rats told us the reason for the subsidy removal is to stop borrowing and that it saved over 1 trillion naira in it's first month of removal, this statement was made in June, now for several months since inauguration several trillions should have been saved, now you are going borrow more without giving account for the previous loan of about 2billion from the world bank, and of the over 3 0r 4 trillion naira allegedly saved from subsidy.
