Goke7:
hypocrisy, god fatherisim and thuggery is in every corner in Nigeria, GRV had a god father in Bode George, in fact that's why he fell out with Jandor in pdp. The issue is why the fixation on Lagos when thuggery and godfathers are all over the country. Or are the Yorubas alone involved in thuggery? I repeat again, this election both presidential and gubernatorial were tribal and all tribes in Nigeria played a part so let no one pin tribalism on the Yorubas and leave those who were even the worse culprit.
I know the election was largely influenced by tribal sentiment, I am not fixated on Lagos I know alot of folks aren't, I think the issue here tbh I stand to be corrected, I think you folks think everyone is fixated on you when in reality it is you folks who are fixated on the wrong things, you know why if I criticize apc or tinubu today, the usual line of attack is leave Lagos, chinedu ipob, biafria, you want to take over Lagos, tinubu will rule you and your generation, Yoruba is greater than you" now I am not even igbo I dont even leave in Lagos but the usual assumption is everyone who criticize anything apc or tinubu is jealous of Yoruba or wants to takeover Lagos, it is exhausting and shameful honestly. I am mainly about the presidential stuff and I am not blaming the Yoruba only for tribalism, Lagos is an epicenter that's why most issues tend to make it to national headline, if an artiste trends in Lagos it it likely to trend nationwide so the fixation on Lagos isn't just about politics, you enjoy the good part of the fixation you should also accept to not too good part of the fixation, if truly you want the best for Lagos you wouldn't mind the fixation on Lagos because for a fact the fixation on Lagos is to your advantage as all eyes are on you it helps you to keep your leaders in check, I am surprised you find it wrong that there is fixation on you.

Just adding to the bolded

What as your state Edo achieve with this
After stopping godfatherism in your state any meaningful development since then.

See nothing is bad in having a Godfather as far there's progress and LAGOS is enjoying that under TINUBU. So we're not ready to change that until he stop working.

James ibori of delta no be godfather, why una no kill am

Even USA support godfatherism
If you don't know maybe I should give you example
The Clinton family control the government of barrack Obama and now Biden.

Godfatherism is everywhere
UK is control by the royal family.

What is needed is development which I think LAGOS is not lacking as a developing state with GDP doing better than many countries.
look when I say godfatherism I am not talking about the usual godfatherism as in mentorship, what we have right here is a system where people believe they don't have to play by the rules all they need do is just to be in the good books of their benefactor and everything will work out even if the masses who actually hold the power is not in support, I don't have anything against Lagos I pray the best man win, Edo state may not be up there yes, but we know we have one less problem to worry about.

My polling unit.
Governorship.
APC - 79.

LP- 31.
PDP- 02.

HoA.
APC - 93
LP- 08
PDP- 06

During presidential election.

It was
LP- 87
APC-52.
Heaven bears me witness, my vote and my family's votes (6) were parts of the 87 Obi got in my polling unit.
The shinedus insulted us the gentle yorubas for voting Obi over Tinubu.
They took our considerations for granted.
They turned the party to an Igbo agenda.
I regret voting for Obi.
Never again.
look I'm from Edo state and I voted obi too there is no need to turn around because some people insulted your tribe, you are free to vote sanwolu or anybody else,if you look at what is happening you can't absolve your tribesmen too of tribalism, I have been called ipob and chinedu, even Biafra but I can't use this to insult or ridicule the entire Yoruba tribe, I only call them out, as apc or tinubu supporters not as Yorubas, even when almost all are likely to be Yoruba, if you believe in obi that's because you see things in him you admire why not stick to that, even if you are voting sanwolu that's because you see things in him you admire, I am not a Lagos resident but I think sanwolu is a gentleman, for most folks I know who support GVR, either they live in Lagos or not it's just about putting an end to godfatherism and political thuggery by sending a message there are a lot of non indigene who aren't Igbo who share same sentiment, my sister has a lot of resentment/ hate for the Yoruba tribe now she thinks you are the most tribalistic people in Nigeria for the usually threat against non indegenes in Lagos and the insult on others who live in Lagos, I had to tell her that most of these folks are just tinubu/apc supporters, but she thinks it is the tribe, my reason for saying this is if you say you want to hate on the Igbos all of a sudden because of what you were called, others look at you too and hate on you because you hate on others, you will be called a tribalist too at the end nothing seperate you from the people you think are tribalistic, the only thing in your mind you will think your tribalistic hate is justified, but then again so does others.

naijainstinct:
Guber elections are holding in 28 states across the federation but na only Lagos videos we dey see.

They have abandoned their region to UGM and IPOB grin and are bent on determining the fate of Yorubas in the South West.

Two months ago, I was never a tribalist. But these animals will bring out the beast in you. What you cannot take in Anambra or Enugu, don't bring it to South West. Three weeks ago, I saw a video of some elderly men in Enugu saying they cannot allow an Ebonyi man to come and contest in their state. Imo man will not allow Anambra man on his cabinet. They will disown their own for marrying an "outsider" yet you want to tell us how things should be run in our region.

You guys keep playing senseless politics that has never favoured you since the civil war. What will be the fate of Igbos in Lagos and South West after the elections?

This same behaviour is why the South Africans, Ghanaians, Libyans, Indonesians, Indians etc are hostile towards us. This same attitude by a section of the country in bringing disrepute to our nation by repaying their hosts with hostility and crime.

Just yesterday, I saw a video of an IPOB wannabe disarming a South African police officer of his pistol and his fellow tribesmen were there hailing him to shoot the officer. If the SAs decide to pounce on all of you, you will now expect solidarity from the rest of us against Xenophobia.

I am patiently waiting for the animal that will quote me to say rubbish. I get plenty time today. Thank God, it's a weekend.
two months ago you were never a tribalist" so says an urchin from birth, and who told you everyone who doesn't support apc is Igbo, you see the foolishness of you people I am from Edo state and I share same sentiment like the rest of the reasonable Nigerians in Lagos how many percentage of non indigenes are Igbos you guys always talk about how Igbos what about the other folks from the south who doesn't believe in your drug lord and personal saviour, once an urchin always an urchin " two months ago I was never a tribalist" my ass

Will you say they should annul it if Obi was declared , because clearly he also rigged , almost 1.5m deficit as well. This just shows that all of them rigged , therefore no be INEC fault to declare better rigger as winner
if obi was declared I won't say they should annul it, but if others challenge the result on this ground I wouldn't object, at least an error of over 1.5 cannot be dismissed. In the court the best case scenario the court declared obi the winner if he can prove it, worst case the result be annulled and a new presidential election will be declared. It makes no sense for this to stand with such Hugh error.

it wasn't uploaded in real time but she had the snapshot of the total vote cast according to her only 3 persons or so voted the apc in her unit here in Benin but in the portal apc had like 44 or something out of close to 250 vote cast.

Yeah, you heard right, Edo and Delta state are in the process of becoming no man's land, all it requires is for LP to win majority of the state assembly seats in your region then watch them changing the rules of the states.

History time
keep quiet you urchin I'm from Edo state, the Igbos have been doing business here for years go to mission road nah Dem full there, we don't have any issues with them, because we aren't insecure and tribalisticallly foolish like you apc/tinubu urchins, we voted for obi no remorse, even if we vote for lp, we are still voting our sons and daughters.
Politics › Re: Final Result Of The Presidential Election Collated By Obidients by Shattuck(m): 7:40am On Mar 18, 2023
What has this got to do with the clear case of electoral fraud you talk about the total of what inec uploaded but the issue is this not just what is on inec portal, is if it corresponds to what was done at the polling units, I don't know why you guys can't just get it, there were polling units where elections were not held but ballot papers were cast there how come? Some had doctored figures even that of my sister's polling unit in benin does not match with what is on inec portal. Those are the critical issues, even according to your table tinubu got less that the 8million inec announced so how did inec come about that number, my major concern is if obi can prove he actually won, but even if he can't prove that the election still needs to be annulled because there is no justifiable evidence inec conducted a crebible election, and if you can announce 8million vote for tinubu and your portal is saying he got 5million plus you would agree even in statistics error of about 2million cannot be dismissed as mirginal error it clearly shows compromise.

The election was not perfect, but it was not as bad as you make it out to be.

Actually, APC lost. They won because the opposition vote was divided into three parties. Had the opposition vote been for one party, APC would have been out in the cold.

If it was rigged, we would have been talking of APC winning the majority of the vote. Not the minority they won.

Next time, Obi, Atiku, Wike and Kwakwaso should not split the party.
lol this line no dey work bro wetin concern obidient movement with kwankwaso or atiku, this is what you guys wanna use to justify the stolen mandate, I voted for obi nothing concern obidient movement with atiku and kwankwaso or even pdp. Keep lying to yourself.

maybe that's if fifa want it to be, otherwise it can still fit into the normal world cup duration outside the group stage there is only one layer of round added to the tournament that's the round of 32 before the usual round of 16, to win the world cup you have to play a7 games but now you"ll have to play 8

It's obvious FIFA is doing this to generate revenue.
But the time table will be rowdy, imagine playing like six or eight group matches in a day,and some will be playing simultaneously.
it would not be too rowdy, neither would matches be up to 6 or 8 in a day the 2022 edition had like 3 in a day during the group stage so this one would be like 4 in a day, before it gets to the knockout stage.

How would a principal in Agulu react to a student coming to school with posters of Bola Ahmed Tinubu?

Students who are generally under 18 and below the voting age should be shielded from partisan politics of hate and tribalism. They are our future and we should not plant tribal bigotry in them in the name of supporting a candidate.

We’ve seen videos of Peter Obi supporters using little children for political and ethno-religious campaign. We must stop this. Parents, especially those from south east really need to do better. Stop indoctrinating your kids with tribal bigotry.

The principal did well by suspending the student. However, it should be a brief suspension. The student should be corrected and properly counseled.
how is she campaigning, did she post the poster on the school premises? She wrapped her book with a campaign poster same way people use sports stars image or celeb image or any wallpaper to wrap things, then the principal didn't suspend her because she wrapped her book with obi's image, buy rather because has other candidate he support, his reason is clear he said the young lady refuse to respect her host, sounds like what an urchin would say, I bet if she had tinubu or apc poster she wouldn't have been described as not respecting her host.

I don’t know if you guys are under some hypnosis because it’s only chronic delusion that can make you believe Obi won the election and was rigged.

Few weeks ago I thought you guys are just trolling and irrational due to the pain of defeat. But it seems some of you truly believed Obi won that election, is this some sort of derangement syndrome?
all this attempt at making the people doubt what is evident before them won't hold, you claim obi lost how could he have won in the core north, how could tinubu have won also in the core south? You don't have any right to think decide how you think a section of Nigeria would vote you make it seem like they are a herd, another line that makes me pissed is when you guys always want to justify this electoral fraud, you say oh how many states does his party have, you make it seem like every Nigerian just go out intentionally to just go and vote a candidate just because of how many states the party has, if you believe peter obi lost you should be at the forefront of fighting for transparency, but here everytime others are being denied access to information about the election you always come out to support it, every move that promotes transparency you always criticize it.
