@twingirls..., May God comfort you and replenish what you have lost. Like some1 said, the calabash is still intact and will certainly hold water again.. People have shared sad stories b4 on this forum but today their tears have been turned to joy/praise - Your own testimony is just round the corner in IJN... God bless the soulcare woman also, from people's description she is just an angel in human form.
@kkbaby Your story is touching too, Go ahead and apply for the extension like every1 has said. I'm sure it will be approved as you are the primary caregiver of the baby. My prayer for you is that you'll not need the extension as God would have performed His wonders on your daughter before your initial stay expires IJN.. Keep the faith, don't despair. God just wants to show his wondrous works |

allen0000: I have no maintenance fee charged, the bank officer told me that I'll not be charged the monthly fee of 12$ if i meet one of the requirements stated in their website such as **Have at least one qualifying direct deposit of $250 or more***Maintain an average daily balance of $1,500 or more OR When you are a Bank of America Preferred Rewards client (waiver applies to first 4 checking and savings accounts) Mine is Personal Core Checking account and been using it without any charges. I even have my BoA internet banking which I can transfer anytime without visiting the bank.
Windy City is fine and the weather is friendly You should ask the bank officer to define what a qualifying direct deposit is, cos I don't think a cash deposit is part of it. I always get charged the $12/month whenever my ave daily bal is less than 1500 even when I deposit more than $250 in that month. |

Open an account with Amazon and choose Naira as ur currency or when you enter your card detail First bank used to do this for me till last week when they denied my card repeatedly. I called them and they said they are no longer honoring Naira payments on foreign sites, that I should use the 'pay in dollar' option... Able15: house,
Please I need your input/advice on this issue. I have been in an argument with my host and the friends over Nigerian visa for LO. They insist LO's does not need it, that with the blue Pali Lo is good to go. That requesting for naija visa is spending money unnecessarily. But I told them is not true and is impossible . But on a 2nd thought I decisied to bring it up here, especially now dollar is not simileing.
Has anyone tried this before?can this be true? For me, they checked mini-shawlar's travel docs twice; when we were checking in & @ the boarding gate. I had to show them his ETC when they checked his blue pali and saw no visa there... It was d immigration officer in 9ja that omitted asking for it. You have to get either a 9ja visa, 9ja passport or Emergency travel Cert. in order to travel to 9ja Congrats to all the new mothers in the house.. May your LO's continually fill ur homes with Joy..., & for those with successful POE stories..., we'll soon celebrate more good news from u soonest. |

jacksparow: House O! Something pass my power and need advice. My in law that gave birth at oakbend richmomd just called now. She was in excruciating and terrible pain on Monday and went to the hospital thinking it was labour but it was false. They did a scan to see the baby's neck was tired with the cord....in the pain, they brought a bunch of papers saying she needed to sign b4 the cs will be done. The story now is, they brought her baby back after a few hours today congratulating her that the baby passed his hearing test which unknown to her was part of what was given to her to sign. Eventhough she has called for everything she signed before they will perform every test on the baby. What options does she have? Call a lawyer and sue? I think she was misled by oakbend How much is the hearing test, and how much do you think the lawyer will charge to take on this case....? The truth of the matter is she signed the docs and I'm sure the nurse explained what she was signing b4 she gave her the docs to sign. Her best bet should be diplomacy, explain to the hospital management that she was beclouded by the pain and didn't intend to sign for hearing test and negotiate a discount |

You can stay for the duration the CBP officer stamps you in for regardless of the expiry date on the visa. The visa must not have expired when presenting it for entry though. Please I have few questions to ask: 1) I told the vo when I was interviewed that I will be traveling to Kansas cause I had a host there, but I have now decided to go to Chicago because of the cheaper hospital rates I got and flights to Chicago is cheaper than Kansas. Would changing my destination be a problem at the POE or in the future? Although I have correspondence with a hospital in Chicago not a letter of acceptance, they sent their prices and what it covers that's all...Would that be ok at the POE if asked? I take it that your visa interview was successful.... You are supposed to share your experience here so others can learn from it.... .... make it as detailed as possible. congrats... |

When I pushed my sister that it should be cheaper, she queried them and they told her that the 10% is calculated only on the equivalent fare and doesn't cover taxes and surcharges. Meaning they take 10% of the normal equivalent fare plus full taxes and charges. @beryl15 is on point with the baggage allowance.
