where can i get information on companies like their number of shares and all, the one i use is IBTC stock select and it doesnt cover all stocks, plus the fsdh update isnt always accurate .
and which magazines do u advise to read concerning news of companies listed on the NSE.

@ wanajo, i remember u saying earlier that nigerian german is not a liquid stock which means it only responds to fundamentals,does that mean there wont be any significant price change till january?? and how do u know liquid and non liquid stocks i feel that is good knowledge so one knows when to jump into stocks instead of tieing money down.

@ iwerebor, hold on to ur first bank, its a good BUY. the rumors of merger with ETI coupled with very impresive result should push it to the mid fifties early next year.

i hear the best way to value a companys share price(projected that is) is to use the price earnings model(the one commonly used on this forum), as well as the price to book model and find the average of both.
please do u know how to calculate using the price to book model.
i hear its a more accurate way of forecastng the price of a stock.

and yes!, flour mills is still strong, they will still hit that forecast eps of 6 and is still a 95-100 naira stock, the lowest pe presently anywhere.

temmie10, the eps i got for gtb was 1.3(approximately) considering a PAT of 17 billion divided by the now 13 billion shares it has.
