BIOTIN-i was adviced to use biotin when i tried to grow out my hair two yrs ago.Did it grow my hair? yes,but not just on my head   hair started sprouting out of strange places.Be warned the product works but you will have a whole new problem of hair removal.

Mac Liquid foundation. I hate it, I liked it at first, but after a few months, my skin was beginning to react to it.
It gets oily and real shiny, and it hard to remove blocking my pores, causing pimples.
And it feels like I'm wearing a mask
Worst even, after a few hours [like 3hrs] it begins to fade. I wouldnt wear it to an event that will last hours

I use clinique perfectly real makeup and it's wonderful, lasts all day (I use a primer though), it doesn't provide the fullest coverage out there, but if you don't have much to conceal, then this works great.

I love Linda's blog, was on my way there after NL.

Very funny thread - lol @ is Akunyili there. I think people have a choice, if they want to find humor in the situation, then they're free to do so. That's what our Naija comedians do for a living. Nigeria isn't perfect, quite far from it and the fact that people can find some hilarity in their situation is amazing - we don't commit suicide, we laff it off, hope I'm making a bit of sense.

I like the beats in the song, the video is also quite creative. But I feel like she tried too hard, all the dancing and shaking, etc. She can't sing to save her life - quite obvious to anyone with ears.

I'll rate it a 3/10, which spells crap. It's a 3 cos of the video, which isn't bad going by Naija standards and the beats of the song sounded good, everything else basically sucked.

Denise isn't really pretty, she has a nice body for a thick girl, an has a pretty face, but her legs always look quite weird, and out of proportion. Lucy Verasamy on the other hand looks really good.

I guess it depends on how loud the woman's makeup looks. Nude colours look very natural, I wonder why a guy would have a problem with that.

I'm not a fan of SA, and yep they've also got their own issues like every other country. BUT, this thread like the name implies talks about SA's natural beauty, so let's keep our comments focused on that please, I'm sure there are other threads on NL that focuses on SA as a whole and we can go discuss how bad SA sucks on those threads - just my opinion.

Haven't read previous posts, but has anyone suggested hidden cameras yet? That should work, nothing beats evidence like that.

Seriously, I was mad at first 'cause the reporter was really nice during the interview. And I'd expect a reporter to know that Nigeria's official language is English.
I think she commented on how good my English was considering how long I've been here. . .and then she went and wrote that.

But after I thought about it, I had to laugh. She just had to give America credit - reason why she specifically called my cell phone a day AFTER the interview asking about my village.  I know the name of my village but not familiar with its population and such as I never lived there. She put village of 300 or some funny crap. lol so basically, this girl came from an uncivilized village in Nigeria and with America's help teaching her the English language, she became the Valedictorian! Yay! That was the whole point

Oh my gosh, when I first got here, although I hadn't lived in Nigeria since forever, I am still Nigerian and people would be going, wow, you're English is sooooo good. My algebra professor was shocked that I could speak english and that I knew the pi (3.142) symbol, "Do you have a symbol like that in Africa? Feel free to translate math into your native language to make it easier for you." In my mind, I'm going - woman, I don't even speak my native language

Well, I'm guessing mama-gee (and I) came to that conclusion based on what we read in the media, go check on youtube or something. By the way, a person doesn't need to have tapes out to prove that they're slutty.
