4. Delete the last bit of the address bit “documentstosubmit.do”

Please, I need advise on the issue below;

Is it possible to adopt a child and add her as a non accompanying family member to express entry application that was submitted in March 2020 ?

Note: the said child is my kid sister who is below 18 years.

According to gcms my application is in OVO and eligibility, criminality and security are passed. The last update was a request for a dependents passport as it has less than 6months validity.

She's in Nigeria atm and my immediate family that was included in the application are based in another country. However, she was only mentioned as my sister in the application.

Any suggestion will be appreciated. TIA

Good morning guys, please i have a question for the house and would appreciate inputs.
Scenario: Let's assume wife is pregnant as at the time PR application was submitted and it got approved. Passport was sent and received stamped, just few days after passport was received, wife puts to bed. What happens to the child?

Will one of the parents have to wait to take care of the child and then other travels to Canada and then sponsor the child?

Or is there anything IRCC can do to include the baby even after Passport has been stamped and COPR issued?

Good evening guys. Please I am trying to use my NYSC as work experience to gain foreign work experience points.

Now the work reference letter I got did not state that I was a “permanent full time employee”. Instead it states that I served as a “Youth Corper under the Nigeria’s National Youth Service Corp Program”

The letter contains other details such as the duration of my experience (years and dates), Job Title, Job function matching the NOC, annual salary, signature and date, and it was written on a letter headed paper (though this is in black and white)

Now would the absence of the phrase “permanent full time employee” cause any problem. Cause a friend off mine is insisting that the letter must state that I worked as a permanent full time employee.


Please I really need help on this.

The PA should learn French. With 7-9 months intensive(If no prior knowledge of French) the PA should be ready for exams. Don’t forget, eyes on the goal! Do everything possible.
All the best with your IELTS results too. If your occupation is in demand in certain provinces too , look into those provinces.
I think lawyers are the most unfortunate for PNP because it’s a regulated profession and law is a degree that doesn’t cross boundaries.
