LiteratureRe: Unfulfilled Promises By Audrey Timms by Shokoloko(f): 5:41pm On Aug 23, 2014
Audrey is a master story teller. These situations are absolutely real life.
A lot of people bring baggage into their marriages.
A lot of skeletons in people's cupboards.
Btw Right now my heart is breaking for mrs sokari. I pity Dave too. He cant keep that child bc that child will forever be a testament of his sterility in his face.
And that child might come out looking every bit like eric and the whole world will know

We(men) are in trouble, chaiiiii....we are so blind in this black market such that only God can save us.

Kenswag: Wow, nice development, this will somehow ease traffic, this governor always has people oriented projects at hearts, and wants a better rivers state, though some people hate him based on the fact he isn't supporting president GEJ,but he is working.
But there's hardly traffic between utc and station road.
And if there ever is u can just walk down. Max 15 mins
CultureRe: Any Regret Not Knowing How To Speak Your Dialect? by Shokoloko(f): 8:12am On Jul 22, 2014
I regret it. Language is very important where I work. My husband speaks our language passably but refuses to speak it to our kids. I plan to relocate closer to home someday soon. Wont let my kids end up 'languageless' like me.

Look and live, my brother live
Look to Jesus Christ and live
Its recorded in his word Halleluia
And its only that u look and live

Fkforyou: I quite agree with some points raised, has anyone noticed how babies stare at thier mother during breast feeding esp.wen the mother is depressed or sad or angry, some babies even go as far as rejecting thier mothers breast.
Exactly. The elderly women would even tell u never to breast feed while crying if u were hurt

PoliticsRe: Oshiomhole Apologises For His Heartless Comments To A Widow by Shokoloko(f): 5:35pm On Nov 29, 2013
it had to take a video going viral and a visit from a women's group to get that man to say an 'apology' he has no remorse. Oshiomole has forgotten that he is mere mortal and oneday his wife must be a widow or he a widower. death must still catch up with them. all his supporters maybe you dont have widows in your family but they exist and society doesnt care much for them. if that Godless man cant retun her goods and beg her forgiveness maybe we in nairaland can identify her and see what we can do for her

this is happening because all of us are allowing it. my sister confided in me that she discovered that one of their family friends was assaulting his son. neither parent denied it when she accused them but nothing was done about it. my sister and her husband decided to leave the matter to God. ive tried to get her to give me a name for arrest but she wants God to handle it.
