mrakin: Thank you Mr Drizzy for your candid opinion. I appreciate it. I got the Dark Knight. I will watch it and give feedback later.I am 100 per cent sure that you would like The Dark Knight. It's a bit violent but very artistic and full of suspense. I expect your feedback on Heath Ledger's (The Joker) performance in that film. |
Damn!!! Melvin fans would never learn!!! ![]() Ninnyanny...stop those jejune moves. We all thank God for Melvin and even Beverly and all wish them the best in life endeavours but you shoving their latest success in our faces and trying to make the big brother prize look pale in comparison is very infantile. He won ONE campaign. ..glory to Jesus. ..he wud be given a car...oh that's really cool..hez not going empty-handed. But don't bring down anyone's achievements just to feel better. That's why Melvin fans are annoying. I thought you guys should have learnt your lesson by now. When Munya lost to Uti, the President of Zimbabwe gave him the same amount of the big brother cash prize as a gift. But did that change the fact that he LOST to Uti? No. Everyone may not pass at a time, everyone may not fail at a time but handle whatever side you are honourably. That's what I matured into on this thread. Even when Dillish won, languy and I didn't go on spewing invectives just to shame haterz (even tho I had similarly done dat pages ago when Dillish wasn't even seen as a strong contender). I only responded to ppl that questioned why she won, why she deserved it and those that insinuated rigging. Maturity also involves how to handle success and failure as the case may be. It is nauseating to see Melvin fans still saying 'Mel and Bev would even make 300, 000 within 3 months'....and bla bla. That's below you. No one has updated us about Dillish's success stories that have followed to...abi you no sabi say she be the WINNER? Endorsement deals will roll in...Namibia would even celebrate her 'cos shez d first BBA winner from the country unlike us here. Justlike RMD commended Mel and Bev, Namibian President may even do more for Dillish. The most successful housemate post-BBA may even be Elikem ('cos I see him to be more goal-oriented) but Destiny would always prevail.Let's not go back to our vomit and stop this "pull-down syndrome". Thank God for Melvin...Thank God for Beverly. ..Thank God for Dillish who won the BBA game that made us to know more and develop emotional connections to these people. But let's leave it at that...and celebrate their successes with maturity and wisdom. No one knows the future...we have to be very cautious. ...because...*in biggie's voice*...you never know. This is my last post here. Bye to everyone. Peace out! ![]() |
Every day of the week. She's way prettier, and looks like a modern girl.
You mean? abegii! I can only say make up looks good on Boity than Dillish. Even it looks slightly better on Maria most tyms than Dillish. Dillish has natural beauty. Am sorry...I can't confidently say the same for Boity. We all saw Dillish for 91 days...she even looks gud while sleeping. ![]() |

Dillish really deserves it. Decent and good-hearted. |
StateOfMind: Any why are people screaming for closure of thread? Mods don't just close thread anyhow, there are no quarrels and the thread starter has not requested for it. Go back to other bba thread and check if they were closed. The fact that melvin did not win does not mean the thread should be closed automatically. If you want to unfollow the thread, then do so peacefully.Nice post. ![]() |

Mariarocks: Melvin and Maria have been kissing endlesslyI pray it's true so @Mariarocks can be happy tonight. I already said it...Melvin for Maria...Dillish for the money. ![]() |
Na wa for una wey dey analyse Melvin's win for one campaign. Abeg d tin don do. He didn't win the USD 300, 000, period!! But Melvin is a nice guy and a good heart. I must acknowledge that here and he would surely sail thru the storms of life. I wish him the best and I pray he excels in the movie industry .. . . . . . Just like I pray to. ![]() |
miguella20: I have bin an observer al diz while and I mst confess, diz nyt haz bin d best xo far.Peepz r xo xo xo funny on diz thread die.Shout outz 2 Kslib,Itmodella,Spade,Mariarocks,Sholay2011 n many odas dat I cant write out nw.One luv,One Naija,One Africa.Alll izzzz well.Tnx dear. One Luv, One Naija, One Africa. ![]() |
nikky341: No he would not have won , this yr was not about X factor cos dilish did not have it either, I saw a lot of people that liked Melvin but felt Nigeria should give other country a chance,Keep jonezing. I still insist Elikem may have won...or gotten evicted early. Those are the two ways. He was real and haters upped his game. Dillish had the X factor IMO...but it wasn't obvious and since shez a lady and not 'a Karen', her X factor slightly varied from what Spade outlined. She had dignity, beautiful face (if that counts), subtle intelligence (never shoved her intelligence in our faces that many even thought she was dumb especially in her decisions), good heart, ability to endure, self-control, not vain (like some pretty ladies whine about their beauty and act all bitchy), and also showed failure is NOT 'the ability of losing' (she never won HOH and won...now dats a record) but failure is when you give up on your chances of winning. That's a true african woman. She had it...at least...some of us saw it. And she wasn't a runner-up in Miss University Africa for nothing. Thanks to Anabel for supporting her. God bless. So, na USD 301k she win be dat oh. Destiny sha. Abeg make una pray say make we fulfil our destinies in lyf oh. |
click2cbn: His girl? Was he d one dat hugged n gave her a crown on d stage?*In Biggie's voice*...You never know ![]() |
abuze: elikem did all u typed did he win? NO. This year's. BBA was not about X factor or entertainment. It was regional. We all have to accept it.I can say it confidently that if Elikem was a Nigerian. ..he wud av won!!! He had that 'it' factor Spade outlined. He may have broken the barriers of regional voting just like Beverly did by snatching Ethiopia from Dillish! |
Hmm...dis one wey @Spade dey spew out motivational lines and thoughtful epistles...na wa oo. And some said on NL that BBA is a rubbish game? *In Kslib's voice* All izz well. ![]() |
I am so happy!!!!!! I have already lost appetite sef. Dillish. ..abeg come share the money wiv me ooo. ![]() Even if her beauty gave her quick attention at the beginning, was that what captured the hearts of hundreds of thousands over 27 other housemates to clinch the grandprize? I don't think so. These are the reasons she won IMO: 1. Good heart and character- Hakeem's perceived 'hatred' towards her upped her game if you guys don't know. Then, how she handled the Bev issue of nominating her. She didn't nominate her friend in return just to 'return the favour'. 2. Regional voting- I am sure East Africa was solidly by her side and that was why she also won. So, you guys think Ethiopia and Tanzania wud vote Melvin over her?? Really?? ![]() 3. Subtle strategy- her recent explanation of her childhood and why she acts in a child like manner may have helped her wiv sympathy votes too. And she didn't act like a strong contender in the beginning. ..thus, housemates belittled her chances of reaching the final. ..let alone winning! ! 4. Beauty- her beauty drew africa's attention to her but her character maintained their interest. 5. Entertainment- I know many think shez boring but entertainment is subjective. She really upped her game in this aspect towards the end of the show. Her drunk sessions also made our nights. Maria rocks, Spade...e pele. Se e ti gbo? ![]() |

Agbgift: BBA compensated her over Lady-mays lost of last year. Remember she was also for namiba.Pls...I don't want to insult but shut the fork up!!! |
Krasid: Nigeria overhyped dillish.Do we need this now? Pls, forget it. She has won. Damn!! ![]() |
Call me delusional but I was right!!!! ![]() But I won't insult anybody. We had smth dt drew us to our favourite housemates. ..so...everyone can't be for Dillish. But I've learnt from this thread to always stand against all odds ...and follow my heart ![]() Tnx to everyone that made this thread interesting. Even anti-dillish fans...una well done oh. God bless us all. |
Call me delusional but I was right!!!! ![]() |
Yeah!!!!!! ![]() |
spade: Sholay, you don start, shebi? I go scatter this bottle for your head oooo!Lolz. |
spade: Shows how gullible Africans are.Guy abeg sharapp!!! Stop blaming Dillish's strong position to win on Mellish fans. She has her own fans!!! Damn!! ![]() |
Hmmm...and I predicted it...Dillish and Cleo. |
But all in all...they are all winners...the top 5. So, guys cheer up. Dillish may not even win sef. Am still shocked that Melvin got evicted now even tho I suggested cleo and dillish may be the final two. All izz well. ![]() |
