My God! So on the same topic/post where CS scam has been exposed people are still supporting other fraudulent ways to get a visa? Even if Ojdollar doesnt want to collect money from these people. . . . . is opening a company to pretend the right way to get a visa? Is that legal? Na wa oh. People will never learn! Once they get banned from applying to Canada, the will come here and "swear" for Ojdollar Justwise, please carry on! |
justwise:God bless you Justwise. Nigerians like to beat the system and cry when it doesnt work out! Then they start calling God and praying. |
There is no way a scam of this proportion did not have "support" from someone influential. . . . . The guts and boldness of these guys go beyond the average joe who is smart and savvy. |
For those of you who play poker, this is like being "pot committed". These guys have spent and invested too much that they have to see the CS scam to the end, hence they still want to believe and hope it is true. Mr Fred, no Mr Fred, it doesn't matter. What matters is that Nigerians should stop looking for an easy way out and work hard, follow rules to make things happen. The wicked scammers played on peoples hopes and dreams. They too take some responsibility. I don't think this is a case of education or lack of it. This is a case of lack of common sense. Where is the Mariofemi guy that was defending the programme? Justwise has been consistent on these threads. The scammers havent. Coming up with new ID every week. LOL! |
. . . .as a matter of fact. I have come across a special US visa just released (not available to the public or on the US immigration website). This visa is because of the new Obama Jobs Act/Bill he is going to pass through US senate to make sure the US is on the road to recovery. They need workers to help build the US and get her out of the recession. All i need from you is your name, age and date of birth. Oh . . . and a small processing fee of =N=1,000. Also, we are only processing 5000 applicants with guaranteed spots. So first come first served. Flights to the US will be on April 1st 2012. I will publish my bank account details for transfer of funds. Please do not miss this once in a lifetime opportunity. Book now to avoid disappointment!!! |
WOW! I cannot believe I am reading posts for people to pray for the programme to work! Hahahahaha! So God listens and accepts prayers for lies and fraud? The Canadian embassy has only 2 hospitals that you can have your medical check up with in Nigeria. How many of the "faithful 7000" went to this hospital? Right . . . . God will really help. So in a recession, Canada will accept 7000 Nigerians as part of their immigration policy? Right. What of the rest of the world? What a shame. I guess it is like the white man that gets the fraudulent email and out of greed gives everything he has in his bank account. These guys that fell for this scam from CS are greedy people who are drawn into a false easy way out and do not want to do their due diligence. There is NO WAY this is genuine. NO WAY ON EARTH. No matter what some people want to believe. Someone who spent time on his CV, applied for a job in Canada, applied for a visa, went for interview and gone through the medical test would have received his visa and arrived in Canada. So these "faithful 7000" are getting a visa to Canada? Under what category? a hidden one? You can only come to Canada on one of the following: 1. Work permit 2. Skilled worker (Federal and Provincial) 3. Student 4. Spouse/Family Sponsorship 5. Visiting 6. Refugee (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp) Which of these categories 6 is Crystal Services applying for the "faithful 7000" under? 1. Work permit? Do you know what an LMO is? You gotta prove to the Canadian govt that there is no Canadian that cannot do the job. 7000 people? From one company? Haha! 2. Federal Skilled Worker? There is a 36-48 month backlog. That means people that applied 3 years ago still havent had their application processed. Also you need to be skilled i.e have a degree and work experience. 3. Student? Err. . . I wont even bother with this option for 7000 people 4. Spouse/Family member? Maybe Steven Harper (Canadian Prime minister) is related personally to these 7000 people and he is going to personally adopt them as his children. 5. Visiting? Then for a first time visa, you need an interview, proof of flight, accommodation, funds and ties to your home country. I am sure common sense will tell you this never happened with CS based on their own explanations on the forum. Even tickets haven't been gotten. 6. Refugee/Asylum? Maybe CS is looking to dump all of them via a boat from Nigeria all the way to Canada. That is the only way you can move 7000 people to a country without fulfilling the requirements the country has clearly requested. Saying that, they need a BIG boat and will be passing international waters to get to the shores of Manitoba. In summary, this whole farce is a fraud. Stop calling God or pretending to be objective. I cannot reap where I haven't sowed. I cannot sit for an exam, not write a single word on my exam paper and expect to pass with an A or expect God to do a miracle!!!! Pheew. . . . .rant over. |
Haha! I like the way this ended. A bitter lesson for people who wont research. If it is too good to be true, it probably is. The painful thing is that in 6 months time, we will have a new thread with a new scam which people will fall for. When you refer them to this thread and the experiences there, they will say "this one is different" or "I am not a scammer". If you were the Canadian Immigration minister, will you let 8000 people from a single country into your own country? Na wa oh. I blame the Nigerian govt that has put people in a state of desperation where they cant think straight, but running round with the mantra "I must travel abroad at all costs"! |
BABE, the honeymoon isnt about s(!)e(!)x. The wedding and the period leading up to it is very stressful and the honeymoon is the best way to relax with your new spouse after all that stress. It is also a good way to start bonding as husband and wife. While i agree some action between the sheets is part of the honeymoon, it isnt the whole aim of the honeymoon. As long as the destination is affordable, then this is fine. Taking loans to go somewhere exotic is just silly and most likely the typical "show off" attitude we have come to know with some Nigerians. |
Canada right? In a few years time, they will go the way of the UK because everyone will want to go there when they know this is the next option now the UK is closed. Tut tut. . . . . . |
190, I have been mounted by my black sister that has turned my head so far round that no white girl interests me. We explored everything possible under the sun in bed. People bring diff personalities out of women. I have never dated a black girl that was a gold digger or a left me when things were tough. I dont have any bad experiences with dating black girls. If a guy keeps getting bad experiences with black women, then that guy needs to check himself. |
Personally, I do not find white women attractive (no disrespect to them). I dont find white skin appealing. I LOVE my black women (personality and physically) . . . . . . I love black skin that ages well. Also, If we are going to stereotype black women, let me give you a taste of stereotypes for white women. They don't believe in working on a marriage, they loose focus in a relationship once they are bored, they wont give you a second chance if they aren't feeling you anymore. They have to scruples with regards to who they sleep with (i.e they will f**k your best friend or brother while or after dating you etc), they feel their emotions must rule them and will do what they want to achieve their own emotional satisfaction (in comparison to our loving and accommodating black women) Apologies to the white women on this forum who are no where near the stereotype above. I just wanted the original poster to get over his excitement of his first white girlfriend and wake up and smell the coffee that every woman's personality is individual. |
I don't see why you cannot share your "exceptional findings" about how to help UK students settle in the UK. While i think this is impossible, the fact you dont want to share the info and choose to have people contact you shows you have something to hide. If I had news that could help Nigerians on this forum, I would share it openly on the forum. You obviously want to fleece gullible Nigerians of their money. He who has ears, let him hear. . . . . . . it is an intelligent scam as it is intertwined with UK law and the need for a lawyer. |
China is the world super power. Not the US. Just like the Roman or British empire, America's time is up. . . . . The countdown has started. Stop all this insults. It isn't necessary. It is a shame to see our black brothers (US, Nigeria, anywhere in the world) fighting each other. What a shame. |
What a joke. It is crazy that some people will believe this lie. 7000 Nigerians? How many immigrants are granted visas into Canada per year (i.e Federal Skilled Workers, Provincial Nominees, CSQ (Certificat de sélection du Québec ), International experience visas and work permits per year ? And then you get 7000 "special" visas for Nigerians alone which do not fit into this category? The closest thing to this is the international experience visa which allows whoever is given the visa 1 year to work/holiday in Canada (18-35 years only). Saying that, this scam isn't it as this doesn't guarantee numbers from any country and no job or accommodation is guaranteed. All you need to do is go onto the Canadian immigration website and read up. People have time to update their status on facebook, but not the time to research situations before the get scammed. As they say, a fool and his money are soon parted. |
Funny that a country with such a massive imbalance of trade is one of the strongest countries in the world. https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/rankorder/2187rank.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sovereign_states_by_current_account_balance How can a country living on a deficit be one of the superpowers of the world? Funny that Nigeria has a surplus and is ranked number 14 (CAB of 27 billion) and the US is 191 (with a CAB of -561 Billion) I guess the intelligent economist on the forum can explain this to me as it doesn't make sense to me. |
MandingoII:MandingoII, dont you think this is a little ignorant? While you share a difference in opinion, you seem to be making an assumption that whoever has an opinion about America's future is either stuck in Nigeria in a third world country (a term i abhor) or is an immigrant who should feel lucky. You might be a US born citizen, you might be in some cybercafe in lagos Nigeria. It makes no difference to the opinions and knowledge of each person. Empires have always risen and fallen. History teaches us that (Roman, British etc), so nothing stops the US from falling as a superpower. This is not beyond the US. Give us arguments as to why you think it will not. Share your views with us. |
Cap28 no need to get worked up with opinions that are different. There is nothing you say that one cannot research on. Information is out there. My question to you is that I dont think the IMF can impose anything on the US that will be detrimental to their economy/lifestyle. Remember the US has a majority voting right (about 17%??) and as such have the power to influence etc. I dont think the IMF can implement any policies that will be detrimental to the US. The IMF is a tool for the US controlled by them. This is not like the effects the IMF loans IBB took on Nigeria's behalf (remember the good old days of SAP?) which was the downfall of the country? I think the US is on its way down, but due to newer super powers emerging (China, Japan) and these 2 countries have almost 47% of us treasuries (debt). So figuratively, they have the US by the balls. While economically these countries are linked (import and export that China and Japan relies on), it isnt a safe position for the US to be in. |
NYgirl, please see the positive in the situation. Be thankful that you are not with a man who can do such. Do you want to spend the rest of your life with a man who can pull of a stunt like that? Count yourself lucky. Something better is waiting for you. This time, be wiser and go into relationships with both eyes open. |
Ok, so picture the scene. . . .friday evening, nice meal in a restaurant, back at home, sitting on the couch. . . 9pm. . .guy and girl starts getting freaky and GBAM! He shoots and scores after 1 minute. You look over to the clock. . . .9.01pm. You cuddle and relax, get out some Haagen Daz or Ben and Jerry's and chat while stroking each other. 11pm. . . . you guys get into the groove again. . . .it heats up. . . . 1 minute and GBAM! 11.01pm. . . . .you call it a night. 6am on saturday morning, wake up to kisses from him. . . things heat up again. . . .GBAM! 6.01am and it is all over. You spend the day together on saturday and in the evening the same thing happens all over again? Then this guy needs to seek medical/professional help with you assistance. There is a difference between "first round excitement" and a constant "1 minute man". The scenario above is surely a 1 minute man. This is different from the odd "I havent been laid in 1 week and you look so hot i am excited 1 minute first round". Most guys are real sensitive with the first shot at goal and usually make up for it during the second. I guess these 2 situations are to be addressed differently. |
Lets see if the UN steps in due to "humanitarian reasons" as they did with Libya. . . . . Or is it only when the president "bombs" his people that they step in? |
Nice points. . . . . Now 2 things will happen. People will either call you a conspiracy theorist or ignore your post as it contains truths they dont want to accept. |
In my personal opinion, they are giving a dog a bad name so they can hang it. All of a sudden Ghadaffi is a mad man who is bombing his own people. Right. . . . . What next Fidel Castro? Hugo Chavez? In my opinion, he was attacking rebel forces that wanted to overthrow his government. I am sure this is allowed in any sovereign country. He is a dictator? Then they need to start invading a lot of African countries with dictators in power for years. Humanitarian grounds? Then we should focus on China or Ivory Coast for example where there seems to be more need for humanitarian responses for oppressed people. Forget the conspiracy theory guys. . . . don't let it distract us. Still, we should be wise enough to see beyond the political facade being painted for us. |
Interesting that people are painting Ghadaffi as a leader who didnt care for his people. While this can be argued in different directions, let me ask a question. In all your travels (as i know Nigerians are well traveled), how many Libyans do you see looking for visas to other countries to migrate permanently, living illegally in another country or claiming asylum for fear of persecution? Go check the figures if you arent sure and educate yourself. While i cannot defend or attack Ghadaffi for being a dictator (as I dont know enough on that issue), I do know that the people in his country had a decent quality of life (better than my beloved country Nigeria). Now due to certain reasons being argued on this forum, Ghadaffi is now being painted as a leader who raped and pillaged his own people. Talk about power of the press. |
ogugua88:At the end of the day, it is still my choice who i choose to show kindness to. I decide who is more deserving. . . . . ![]() I think we are being judgmental on this issue. If the lady wrote her own side of the story on NL, I am sure responses would be more sympathetic to the situation and call the guy a wicked person. No one would mention that she choose to have unprotected intercourse. Anyway. . . .each to his own. . . . |
190 are you still on this matter? If your woman not being able to cook naija meals and not wanting to learn how to do so to please you is a deal breaker for you, then you have to move on. If it is something you can live with, then go ahead and do so. At least you know her stance before you committed long term. |
@OP In 2011, you are still looking for a woman to cook your food for you; chei, you are a typical, quintessential, misogynistic, and chauvinistic African bush man who thinks his wife is his house help instead of his partner. Maybe if you learned how to make Jamaican dishes that might be serve as a good incentive for her to do likewise, but you are here bitching about your selfishness and uselessness. Tufiakwa, animanu!
What is wrong with a woman cooking for her man? I dont think 190 said it is a "must" that his woman would cook for him and she had no choice. That is what is wrong. A woman who wants to take care of her man by cooking for him should do so. The guy is asking that she cooks a meals he likes. When 2 people of different cultures come together it is all about compromise. By the way, feminism and equality of sexes was all about choice for the women. . . . .women now have the choice to say yes or no. Feminism doesn't mean women should say no all the time. While 190's lady has the choice to say no, because she cares for her man and wants to make their relationship work, she will consider cooking naija meals he likes to make him happy. What is misogynistic about a man who wants his woman to cook a meal he enjoys? |
People are so judgmental. No one can prove they are better than the situation they are condemning on a forum just because they can type what sounds right. Let us take it easy on all the judgments. Say your piece and move on before a situation degenerates to insults. I am yet to see a post that doesn't end up in insults. Ego's everywhere. . . . people use this forum as a place to create a persona they don't have the courage to show in the real world. Pornodude, I hope you trust your ex and she hasn't given you anything nasty? That is the only worry i have for you. I guess you know her better than any of us here. |
190, seems she is willing to compromise. My brother, a good man doesn't let a good woman go for things he can live with. If she cooks naija food once in a while, then let it go. . . . .manage. I am sure she too will sacrifice other things for you. |
190, if this topic is really serious then this is what i think. . . . . Love is about compromise. You should try to learn to eat Jamaican food, but also she should meet you half way by trying to learn to cook naija food also. 50-50. That way it feels like you both are making an effort. If she loves you, then she will want to cook something you will enjoy and naturally she will want to learn to cook naija food. Just the same way if you love her you will do things you don't normally do to please her. This doesn't mean she will have to do this 100% of the time though. Hence the 50-50. Making the effort for a reasonable request isn't a bad thing and in this case. I don't think learning to cook naija food is an unreasonable request for the sake of the one you love in my own personal opinion. Maybe she isn't that into you and doesn't want to invest her time/effort. ![]() |
? And then you get 7000 "special" visas for Nigerians alone which do not fit into this category?
