BarbieKogi: From what I have read, yes. Your office just needs to sign and/or stamp it and it should be enough |

Please for those who used IQAS and got nominated by OINP, was uploading your ECA report with your application enough? OINP requests that you authorize the body that issued your report to give them electronic access to the report, but I got my IQAS report some years back and only gave IRCC access to the report. OINP states that a physical copy should not be sent to them but IQAS doesn't have the option to give electronic access to anybody. They suggested that I request a physical copy be sent to OINP. Thank you in advance for your help. |

Hi guys. I have volunteer work experience that lasted for more than a year. If I place that in my personal history for OINP, would it be a problem? I have paid work experience that covers my years of work experience. Thanks |

Hi guys. Abeg, make una no pass this question by. I don't know if this question has been asked before and responded to, and I have tried looking for it without success, so please help me out. Can I use old, work reference letters used in a previous express entry application in a new application? I want to use it for both PNP and the Federal express entry but I am not so sure if they'll accept it. Would it be better to get new ones? Thanks |

Hi guys. Did anyone receive a notification of interest from Ontario yesterday? And can anyone point me to a thread where someone successfully went through the Ontario PNP? or if there's a group. Thanks Thank you |

blittech: You can go ahead and evaluate your LLM with WES. It's a Master's degree and they will assess it as such. You only use IQAS if you're assessing your LLB degree. 2 Likes |

Hi guys. I apologize if this question has been asked several times before. I tried searching for the answer but I didn't see it. Is there an expiry date for work reference letters? If you've left a job and got a reference from it like 2 or more years ago, will it be accepted if you submit it for your application now? Thanks |

BelovedQuerida: You're lucky. I was in the same boat as you. Unlike you, the VO refused to reopen my application after i appealed to him or her. I read about two applicants who's applications were reopened after they initiated judicial review and the Judge found in their favour. Wish I had done the same. Congratulations. May Canada be great to you and your family |

Hi everyone. I hope you are all well? Apart from colleges in Canada that offer diplomas in Web applications, does anyone know of a Canadian University that offers a Masters in software engineering conversion course for people with a non-computer science background? Thanks |

[quote author=GraciousWords post=114403587] If this is about ECA for Bachelors of Law rejection.......... There are 2 judicial cases where 2 different judges lambasted VOs for not awarding the points for professional degree and instead rejected the applications by reducing CRS when they awarded points for Bachelors. If this is the case no issues at all IMO. LOE should be included and print these judgements for the new application." Thanks for your response. I actually got rejected on this basis. People here told me to do IQAS (which I eventually did after I got rejected) but I did strong head and went ahead with my WES report. I remember I messaged IRCC on Facebook to ask if it was okay and they said yes. I attached the message they sent me and took screen shots of the page talking about a Law degree being a First Professinal degree and wrote an LOE explaining why I picked FPD even though my WES report stated otherwise. The wicked VO still rejected my application. COVID now happened and time has now gone. I wish I had applied for judicial review *shakes head* |

If your application was rejected and you're invited to create a new one, will the VO check and compare your previous application with the new one? Thanks |

Thanks Dinma and braine. Age is not on my side again. I wish they could stretch the maximum points given for age from 20-30 to at least 35. Locking it at 30 disadvantages so many people |

Hi guys. I hope everyone is okay? I apologise in advance if this question has been asked and answered. Can a student who studies for a Diploma in Canada apply for the graduate student stream for provincial nomination in any of the provinces? I checked Ontario but their graduate student stream is meant for Masters and PhD students. Can one still apply for that or are diploma students disqualified? Plus are there any provinces that accept Diplomas for their graduate student stream? Thanks |

Hi guys. I'm sorry if this question has been answered but I need to ask. Still going through all the pages of this section. I heard its very difficult to get student visa appointment dates. Is it possible to get one between now and the end of July? What's the best strategy to get an appointment? Thanks for answering |

Hi guys. Long time no see. Glad to see PR is still dropping for most people and their Canadian dreams are being fulfilled. I need advise. Would it be better for a person who's over 31 to still pursue PR via express entry or just go through the school route? I know FSW is going to resume in July but age is against me and I'd probably need to write the TEF exam or get a job to boost my score. I read online the points that'll be needed from July maybe 500 and above for a while. Any advise would help. Thanks 1 Like |
