Speak2klein:If you offer this service then you should have plans that you could sell to me. Or do you plan to develop a plan based on my investment choice? |
I know this isn't funny but it's just a stark revelation of how foolishly many of us have been hiding behind that worn-out mantra of "only if I had enough capital I'd have made some meaning investments". The truth of the matter is that many of us don't have the slightest idea of what to do with a few thousands naira speak less of a couple of millions. The reason for this I wouldn't know. May be we've just become shallow-minded and idea-bereft by our routine 8am to 4pm commitments. I am now an advocate of having the investment ideas first even before the capital comes. Now , here it is. I have 2million naira, but no business or investment ideas. If you've got one, I'd gladly accept for free. But if the plan is solid enough that you feel it shouldn't go for a fee, I'd gladly pay after critical reviews. Thanks |
I think this woman has got her strategies. In order to continue to have her voice heard in the society, all she does now is to attack personalities or issues with high followership, but in the end na trash she go de yan or making comment people cannot really relate with. Talk of Adeboye, Olamide, Olajumoke, Linda etc. |
Is this not a fascinating a way to present yourself at a job fair? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHjQ0AVpURg |
Sincerely, a fair and God-fearing politician should be able to walk, free of stern-looking security operatives, anywhere...anytime. Unlike similar photos from one governor from the SW, I don't see this Amaechi's own to be for show. You could see that the entourage and press are not quite up in the picture. The pictures seem to be 'natural' enough. However, I wouldn't rule out Amaechi being a friend to the owner of the restaurant. ![]() |
Gkemz:How do you get this? |
olihilistic:You may have to look closely. The imperativeness of reading in between the lines. ![]() |

UnimkeAk:Location is Lagos. |
ogawisdom:It's more of convenience. |
doomsdayII:Thanks brother. Please what's your location cos that's a quote from Lagos. |
twinskenny:Yes, thank you. I'm in touch with him already. |
twinskenny:Great observation. Please do you know of anyone that could help with a proper design? |
Chekitaut:Location is Ikorodu. The reason for the ground beam is because it's gonna turn out to be a storey building. |
tempem:I understand it could be a poor design. That is why I'm seeking opinions. Basically what I want is a 2 bed apartment with kitchen, store, living room, guest toilet and laundry...all on 60*40. Do you know of anyone that could help with the design. The quotation is based on the sketch. |
I got this plot of 60×120 land last year and I need to start developing it in order to avoid omo onile wahala. I've decided to start by developing just a third, 60×40, of the land because of cash constraint. This decision I've taken against the idea of erecting perimeter fence on the land. I must admit I'm a novice when it comes to building/properties. So I'd welcome great ideas. I've contracted an engineer and he sent in this quote and a sketch of what I want to build on this portion of the land. I want the properties gurus to please take a critical look at this two and please offer me advice and directions. I'll also welcome ideas outside this propositions. Thank you so much and God bless.

olokeded:Congratulations to Olajumoke. I pray for greater favour. |
misspetit:I replied your message |
Freiden:I believe Iheanacho must have been an ardent disciple of the 'monkey post' street soccer that most soccer loving Nigerians must have participated in. You know in such games, you aim to score a goal even from the near impossible position. Kelechi is quick, sharp and highly intelligent on the ball. |
After a very fine performance against Norwich City in which he bagged a goal for himself, an English journo had this to say about Nigerian Kelechi Iheanacho. Iheanacho begins to shine at Manchester CityThough an Arsenal fan, I cannot agree less. Source: http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2016/jan/11/fa-cup-talking-points-third-round

I got a request from a friend from one of the northern african countries to find out if there is a market for Tilapia fish in Nigeria. He has promised to have the capabilities to supply 10 tonnes every month. My own end of the bargain now is to source for prospective buyers. Definitely I'd have to partner an existing company, or perhaps form a new one, to handle the importation procedures. House, please help me with information. I don't want to lose out on this. I need information relating to how big the tilapia fish market is in Nigeria, how much does a kilo of tilapia fish sell for, where are the prospective buyers that could do tonnes within 1month etc. Whatever useful information you have would be appreciated. Thank you so much. cc: seun, obinoscopy, lalasticlala |
yanabasee:But you wouldn't sure advise him to resign until he has an alternative, and the company refuses to increase his pay. But the guy could be right in his argument. The pay should in a way commensurate with the worth of the service. |
AdmiralDru:O boy you harsh o! |
