n3xt: Update:
Why has mountmoriah not shown up here to tell us his own side of the story blah blah?
Attached is the screenshot of his nairaland profile. He was banned by a moderator for derailing a thread.
Imagine I didn’t step in to update this platform on the progress made so far...
Values are promoted by what we do, not what we talk about. I'm a novice with nairaland's modus operandi, but i guess the ban came off quite early. No longer February 20 ______ Truly, I was a novice. Clarification and enlightenment has been provided by N3xt below.

Celebrities › Sequel: Top 10 Most Followed Nigerian Celebrities (followers-following Ratio) by sinorte(op): 4:55pm On Jan 24, 2021 |
Some couple of days back, we had a nairalander share a list of "Top 10 Most Followed Nigerian Musicians On Instagram". This list surely generated some controversies regarding the authenticity of the followers of some of these celebrities. I have decided to come up with a related list. The top 10 most followed, but based on how many followers a celebrity gets for every instagram account the artist follows. You can also make your own deducement from the list. For example, you may be wondering how come an 'inactive' teknoofficial is having 8.6million followers with just 26 posts. I leave that and the rest to you for review.

n3xt: According to Kobocity Cement Concrete Calculator II, you will need 1 bag of cement to achieve M15 1:2:4 Grade of Concrete but I'd suggest you give 2 bags.
Also, 5 tons is tooooooooooo much for the job. 4 wheelbarrow load max should be fine. Merci monsieur |

Kindly help with the number of bags of granite (especially) and cement required to cast the foundation of a water tank (4 legs). The dimension given for each is 15in x 15in x 36in.
Please note that constraint is being exercised at this stage, so there's no much money to throw around.
I'm actually torn between buying 5tons of granite or the required number of bags same.
@N3xt, BrabusNG, Kindly help. I tried using the tool on KoboCity but I'm not sure its built for this my purpose. |

n3xt: Do you mean his estimate for 4 x 4 x 25 tank tower or the quality of his work? The estimate, the quality and the final product, of course. I meant I'll be interested to work with him provided the cost is within my budget. For the quality, I don't think I should have a reason to doubt that . |

Thanks for your understanding I quite understand your point here and other subsequent submissions you've made. Okay, let's take it from another angle. Will you be willing to take up this project, 4ft by 4ft by 25ft? Location is Ikorodu, Lagos. |

michlins: sure it can work but I personally hate it. I prefer to err on the side of caution because you never can tell what would happen. After spending multiple millions building a house, you will risk it all because you're trying to save a couple of hundreds of thousands. Galvanized pipes usually bend and break. Just two months ago,a colleague was called by a home owner to come back and fix the one he has. Luckily it didn't hit the building or kill anyone.
@spyder80 thanks for the mention Thank you. Could you please help review the quote below for the use of 'U-beam'.

n3xt: If he will get good galvanized pipe, I have a 24ft tank tower that's over 10 years old and it's a galvanized water tank stand. Thank you I may just insist on him getting very good galvanized pipes. I'm just so much concerned about getting an alternative stand made with some different materials. Below is the quote the technician gave me if he's gonna use 'U beam'. How good is the quote please?

Please how good are galvanized pipes for the construction of a water tank stand? The welder is saying that 4 inches diameter pipes will be deployed.
The pictures below depict what we hope to achieve.

I thank God for how far we've gone on the project. I however got a shocker today, regarding cost of wardrobes and kitchen cabinet. Almost same cost of 400 bags of cement. I invited one furniture man to take a look and make recommendations. He plans to use HDF. The quote he gave, I believe, is on the high side. Is there anyone here, or could you please recommend someone who could make good wardrobes and kitchen cabinets. Location is Ikorodu |
