Then i hope you get paid for it, because it's gonna be a full time job, and nothing will change.
So good luck with that.
Until BH or ISWAP invade Abuja and carry Buhari wife and daughter commot, na this same palava una go dey grin grin

Because they forced themselves in? Or were allowed to operate on Nigerian soil? So if they were allowed, so? again, not saying they are not doing good, but over-killing the message is getting irritating, how many times we're gonna hear same sh!t over and over, people who wanna rant should take it to Abuja, nothing you repeat on here a million times will change what Abuja does.
SamuelAnyawu:
They are carrying out the onslaught in our fucking territory. grin.

How about you guys stop stroking the ding dong of the chadians? You've been at this for about 2 days already, jeez, give it a rest.
Chad carried out retaliatory attack on bh / ISWAP after losing over 90 soldiers. And I'm not saying they didn't do a great job here, they did, but how long are y'all gonna rinse and repeat same darn comments.
Most countries carry out such attacks when own troops are killed in large numbers.
Can the Chadians sustain this onslaught for longer than a month? Nope, they just do this for a while and everyone goes back to their default position.
Move on people, enough of the stroking.
If Nigerian troops are that bad, all over the Norther part of Nigeria, including Abuja would be in their hands by now.

All good.
Lack of leadership is the reason why these kind of rivalries of silliness persist, oh well

You don't know how true, yet you chose to post rumors.
How nice.

SamuelAnyawu:
Airforce Bombings remains the biggest scam in this war. ISWAP will attack several military base here in Borneo north knowing fully well there will be no Air support for the Nigerian Army.

Two days later, Jet fighters will Bomb several ISWAP logistics depot on Channel News grin.

I repeat why do jet fighters not arrive during attacks? Well like my security focal person once said. He told me of a story of an attack where the military called for Air support I think in "Arege" the Airforce commander said his boys should not respond let ISWAP teach the army a lesson grin. That Army too dey form gallant. I don't know how true.

If our Airforce platforms had shown up at every ISWAP attack 80% of them should have been under six feet as at now.

Abeg make I begin warm up for my scary Monguno to Maiduguri road trip. May the roads be free from ISWAP fighters. Amen
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay:
Calm down oga, i don't care what Nigeria put in her budget, funny how many Nigerians talk and talk, but how many Nigerians actually pay taxes?
Una want better military, but you think it's free? probably tens of thousands of small businesses in that country doesn't pay any tax, but you all sit down there dey look for a better Nigeria, i can assure you, that will never happen.
Even if Einstein is the President, development needs to be funded, entitlement benefits, social security, medicare, unemployment benefit, affordable housing for the poor, all that must be all funded, so without serious tax collection effort and database for all businesses, and i mean all, don't wait for any meaningful development.
Development ain't cheap.
Where i live , if you buy pencil you go pay tax, buy burger, fried chicken for restaurant, all that sh!t is taxed.
Now as to my questions, it was simply a generalized question
Answering question with a question lol, what's wrong with you grin grin
Soldiers have always died because some idiot politician sent them to war, how many US soldiers died in Iraq because Bush chose to invade the wrong country? Na today soldiers dey die for worthless cause?
I asked why leaders, not soldiers, aren't taking this matter serious enough, is it due to the location? Lack of economic importance of the region, the lack of wealth etc. That ain't a hard question, i never said soldiers should be dying in the North, lord have mercy.

Was expecting that comment to spark a conversation.
not sarcasm, because I'm still of a mind that, had this BH madness been happening in a place like lagos, they wouldn't be dealing with it with kid gloves, just a thought, i don't know for sure..... In other words, what does everyone think
BabaOwen:
What's the importance of villages been destroyed?
What's the importance of people been chased out of their ancestral homes?
What's the importance of Nigerian civilians being killed because of their faith or the organization they work for?
Nigerian soldiers can keep dying in borno, so far it does not have any economic importance to the country, right?

Monies that should be spent on more important things are been spent on the military.

Hope you no go vex when buhari announce say millions of dollars have been budgeted for rebuilding the north east, imagine if this millions of dollars is channeled to BOI sad

Why did the UK go to war because of Falkland island?
Was any harm been done to the UK economy for them to go to war because of the Falkland island?
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 9:50pm On Apr 06, 2020
What's the importance of that region to Nigeria's economy? That's a serious question.
Now imagine if BH/ ISWAP is doing this in Lagos State or Abuja, would the response have been different?
In other words, if there is little economic harm being done, could that be the reason why they show such lack of seriousness.
I don't know, just wondering out loud.
I mean, if this was happening in more economic vibrant regions of the country, they'd be in recession by now, or are they already? ha, have no clue

BabaOwen:
Are the French fighting terrorism in France?

Are the Americans fighting terrorism in the USA?

When will the Nigerian army liberate Borno North senatorial district from ISWAP?
The Nigerian military is doing it every day, yet we hardly see the kind of large cache the Chadians are showing us grin

Your own president, when last has he talked about terrorism in the north east?

Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 9:01pm On Apr 06, 2020
What on earth are you talking about?
Why are you guys straying from topic, i don't care about the politics of things or what dealing went on in the dark.
My comment was about whether the US military can wipe out the Taliban militarily if they wanted to. Nothing more.
And answer is Yes, if they wanted to, without consideration for the loss of civilian lives or infrastructure.
And unless you live under a rock, I'm sure there is infrastructure in Afghanistan, they don't sleep on sand over there. There are homes, businesses etc, telephone networks, Govt buildings. Schools etc. That's what i meant by infrastructure.

nemesis8u:
Lol where is the infrastructure in Afghanistan left standing after decades of war ?

And if American were to nuke the Taliban , all the nukes will land out outside Afghanistan and in the neighbouring country lol

If Taliban supply lines , camps etc across the border r bombed , Taliban will cease to exist within a year.

But that won't happen because of obvious reasons.

Let me share the story of a sweet little con job played by both sides.

Agency across the border feeds selective information to CI* inorder to keep them happy and importantly receive " blood money " . CI* carries out drone strikes claiming so and so terrorist topdog died , masters in Washington r happy . It's another matter most of the alleged topdogs killed r small fish. But files r closed since nobody wants to look like a fool. Agency across border recieves " blood money " some of which is clandestinely rerouted to bad guys to compensate for the loss and importantly keep them funded. Everybody happy.

Rinse and repeat

Till date around 2 + billion dollars have changed hands in so called blood money.

Added side effect body bags of ordinary grunts and those of Afghan civilians.

But who cares as long as checks r coming and the bosses in Washington r happy / deluded.

If war is anything less than war it is as good as lost
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 8:30pm On Apr 06, 2020
Where in my comment did i ever say nukes would be used? Learn to read people.
I said short of them using nukes, in other words, not needed.
And i was talking about the Taliban, Bidexx is talking about defeating terrorism, way to go changing the subject, wasn't talking about terrorism, i was talking about the Taliban specifically, to think the US can't wipe out the taliban if they come to bare all they have without taking civilian casualty into consideration? Then you have no clue what you are talking about. That whole damn place with turn to ashes in a matter of days.
Talking about Abrams tanks? lol, those wouldn't even feature, they will bomb the whole darn place to hell
And nigeria can easily do the same with BH, but again, taking into account civilians that might be affected, and lack of will to do just that, they wouldn't.
How many operations have been put on hold because civilians might become casualty? a few, I've read of this when it comes to Nigerian military operations.
I'm not talking about defeating an ideology, I'm talking about defeating them militarily
The first few hours of such barrage , even the taliban leadership will be asking: Oga, why are you so angry, take am easy on us.
Don't underestimate the brutality of US military power if fully unleashed, just don't.
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay:
Think he meant Chad, not Nigeria.
As for those saying the US can't defeat the Talis, boy, pray you don't see the full might of the US unleashed on your country.
Only reason groups like the taliban are still around, is to avoid civilian casualties and preserve infrastructure, in other words, the US is using proportional force, if they were to use all they've got, short of nukes, there will be no Afghan left, let alone talibans.
But since they claim to be doing this for the people and perhaps democracy, they can't exactly turn the whole country to ashes.
So their lack of victory isn't due to lack of ability to do so, we would be asking, what's left of Afghanistan as a country after it's been decimated from air. I mean, the US have some hell on earth kind of fire power you even wouldn't wish on your enemy.

You still are missing the point, there are ways he could have done it, not saying it's easy, no, it's not, when navigating dangerous waters, you watch how you maneuver, now that he's no longer with his troops, how does that benefit those soldiers now? Now that they need him the most. As you can see, it's their loss, because his replacement could care less and lead from behind instead of being at the front of battle.
Trained military men, especially high ranking ones need to put their emotion in check, that's highly important, he could have address this in a more proper way without making the military look bad and then losing his command, in which case those troops whose trust he has earned now no longer have him to look out for them.
Now imagine if we took the kind of casualty the US took in vietnam, i guess every soldier would be making videos and walking away from the job, but that's where leadership comes in, keep your troops calm, clear your head and figure out a way out of your predicament.

OF COURSE, I BE ARMCHAIR GENERAL.... let me say it before someone call me out on this grin grin.. But i truly feel their pain, same reason why i don't watch those videos, can't bare seeing our soldiers dead, it hurts..
Just rendering my own layman opinion.. Don't kill me

Why are you guys surprised he got removed? He was in a senior position, and in the military, there is code of conduct, especially from those in higher ranks, they'd expect him not to go public the way he did and use normal channels, regardless if his needs were met or not, instead he chose to make a video for the world, which in turn made the military look bad.
Who didn't see this outcome coming? I did.

Not saying it was okay to remove him, but i knew that was gonna happen.

Because ordinary soldier doesn't get to decide where the war goes. Orders from above, they do as they are told. I'm sure the people in lower rank aren't stupid, they know what we know, but it's not their call, it's whatever Oga orders. And if that oga at the top is useless, well, there goes the lives of our brave men and women.

Countries stealing and confiscating critical medical supplies meant for other countries in dire need.

Politicians busy selling stocks and delaying alarm

And so these countries are rotten places because of a few.

If they have a central command system, then no reason why Commanders shouldn't know where their soldiers are deployed at all times.
This could have been avoided, these areas should be marked by now and soldiers in the field should be able to call in their location or zone, that way friendly troops will know they are there.
Just a thought. If their comm isn't hijacked of course
