I tried answering this before but bot banned me and deleted the reply.

1. First you'll need to create a Payoneer account and verify it with your driver's licence or international passport.
2. Create a Citibank Euro account on Payoneer. You'll need to do a verification before Payoneer add a Citibank Euro account to your Payoneer account
3. When this is done, copy the Citibank account details, head over to dan, in payout setting, select Europe/SEPA option (not wire or international transfer) and fill in the details.
4. Whenever you make sales, the money will be converted to Euro and sent to your Payoneer account. There's an option in Payoneer that allows you to convert it back to USD. From my experience, you get the dollar equivalent when you convert immediately. Delay could reselt to a higher or lower usd equivalent (just thesame way usd/naira or usd/btc rate is fluctuate) and you'll be charged 0.5% for the conversion.
5. Get a trusted exchanger to sell the Payoneer funds to and get your naira.
6. Happy spending/investing

Ignore the above poster. It isn't a disease. I know people who are far worse. The answer is to own it. Become comfortable in your own skin to the point where you dont give a damn about what others say or think. That includes your parents. It's worse if they are extroverts, they can never understand. I'm also one but you won't know when I turn up at clubs & gatherings.

What you need to work on is the fear of talking to & meeting people. The rest would fall into place. Find bars,restaurants, cool spots, new places etc around you to go and chill. Make sure you talk to one or more person each day. Then find an understanding extrovert to be your wing man. A month is enough to make changes. You'll be alright. Work on your procastination though (sometimes you dont think & analyze, Just do it)

I applied for mine since 4th of November 2020 at Ibadan passport office. and till date I am yet to receive it.

This passport issue has increased my hatred for this unfortunate country, I can't wait to leave for good.

I also applied around that time, I had links in ogun,oyo & osun immigration to get the passports. This thread opened my eyes. Folks taught I was mad when I travelled all the way to Ikoyi to get it. Twice.

Still warning my friends in those states ,apply there at your own peril if you don't want to pay extra. I guess the same apply to lagos to now.

My willingness to relocate? About 50%.
Will I renew after 5years? I'll probably go for the 10yrs passport.

But please, would you suggest someone that applied for passport in february but need it around June or July is not serious enough or did not apply earlier enough? Please, we need to be conscious with our statement so we don't add more to the problem, personally I am getting more depressed because of this.

I see you didn't grasp what I implied & taking things personal. Most nigerians only apply for a passport when the need arises. Most of those I interact with have a passport & they are not even thinking of travelling out yet, even some of their siblings in sec school. If job/scholarship opportunities comes, They've reduced the risk of things going south by having it ready. Look at the case of nigerians abroad being unable to renew their expired passports at embassies last year? How many 10years passport holders do you think would be among them? Very few. Anything nigeria needs you to think & prepare long term.

By the way, Don't get depressed on naija matter, I have family members that were made to miss their paid flight because of related issues like this. They certainly won't make such mistakes next time.

Please, do we have to blame those paying more to actually get what they want at the right time, many have captured since december without passport, I captured on the 8th of February and no passport yet, all the admission window are closing under my own very eyes because I don't have passport.

The situation of the country is in the state of despondent and despicable, I am not supporting bribe but, probably you can't understand what those in my situation are facing and will do anything possible to get the passport if they have the opportunity in terms of the financial strength or the connection.

I understand such desperate situations, the only problem now is you're likely to get scammed twice, first on the price & then you'll have to wait the same duration as those who did DIY to get the passport. Examples abound in this thread.

And I may seem harsh but anyone who has plans or even thinks of travelling abroad & didn't get a passport earlier is not really serious or simply ignorant. This is nigeria. Dire minutes plans are more likely to cost you.
