They are cheaper esp if you're retailing for profit, take the case of most micra cabs, bought RH,sometimes with no roofs, converted & sold for good profit. |
VersatileVee:MarriagemediationBoston is an inverse domain. BostonMarriageMediation is not. They do sell, but you need to understand SEO metrics etc. Not just pick & hope to sell. |
The writeup doesn't tally. Serious assasins would be thorough, Like those that finished the Romanovs. No guards were hurt? She wants to rule? asking FBI for help? Compromised judiciary? So many questions. A president doesn't just get assasinated without a synergy between local & international interests. Nothing will come out of this. |
VersatileVee:You just need to refine your mode of buying domains, avoid inverse domains, buy more and have patience, Some of us have domains renewed for years, yours are just, months? I'll suggest moving your landing pages to afternic though, they seem to convert well for me. Leads aren't sure at DAN. So many non paying buyers. And if you're really impatient, try out some of your names at sav, dynadot auction marketplaces at varying lower prices & see how many you will regret not keeping. I still look at my sav sales dashboard & smh. |
Solatium:Quarry, Panseke, Adigbe are mostly student populated areas & the commercial centers of the town. Mapoly is near by. Even at that I know the kind of house(+facilities) he would have gone for to warrant that rent. When we're not talking about laderin, sam ewang or ibara housing? Let me not even mention several more affordable options. I know 4 3bedroom apartments that have been vacant for almost up to 2 years now and their rent is not even up to what you posted. Is abk even an industrial town? Do you know how many properties have laid vacant for years? I can't post realtime data for you so I'll just stop. Seen this same scenario on another lagos rent thread already. |
Solatium:I anticipated this. I used to live in one right in the middle of abk. 3 spacious bedroom flat compared to the nonsense holes common in lagos. The sitting room alone enough will attract 450k per year as a studio room if it was lagos. You sound like someone who doesn't really interact below or above your immediate sphere of knowledge. |
Solatium:Depends on how good you know those areas. He's saying the truth. I'm sure even your estate valuer friend has a specific class of property he deals with. Doesn't mean rent below that doesn't exist. |
ChizzyBuna:Doubt if it would be used on a large scale though. We live in a digital world now and the worldwide deployment of such weapons can send us all back to the stone ages. It's just one of many nasty backups nations keep. Psychotronic weapons are the real deal. |
ChizzyBuna:You meant EMP weapons. Yes they exist. But i doubt if that was the case here unless the victims are of importance |
Polynek:Okay o, There are friends who don't care if you're broke though. |
Polynek:You be assassin? |
Lagos pipu, With everybody forming smart, it's not suprising this seems out of place. There will always be honest & truthful nigerians, one only tends to find them the more you travel outside of places like lagos & ph. |
ceaser:Thanks, I'll follow the thread. I'm not against solar, just been in positions that allowed me to compare the industrial & private uses. Personally, A metered house with a solar setup is preferable. The standalone option is the issue. |
lakefist:Great, Kindly tell me more about the solar freezer, cost, efficiency? Like for example, We have a deep chest freezer that can hold its temp for up to 9days after a full day on electricity. Would 24hours of sunlight be able to achieve the same? Thanks. |
How familiar are you with the states first? You can easily get a job like that if you've travelled extensively, know the routes like the back of your hands and you can comfortably prove it. The other part of achieving business objectives is up to you. Have a real life example you've done yourself to show them? Don't forget to re-evaluate at the end of the year. Jobs like that in nigeria don't pay enough for the level of risk involved. Goodluck. |
lakefist:But depending on the customer needs can be quite expensive or incapable? Been studying it for a while & I think its better for those with small energy needs like households with little or no energy expenditure(no always running big fridge/deep freezers, dishwashers, washing machine etc) & Huge companies with the capital. Coupled with many subpar products around( I can't actually point to someone using a solar setup for years without changing something). Seems there's a good reason why electricity is not going anywhere soon. |
Yaribanzaonic:Do you know what your type in all tribes have? It's hatred & the inability to reason on a neutral level. It shows your level of mental & emotional development. Woe unto those that elevates your types as leaders instead of your natural position as a common foot soldier. |
Oukitel WP6, 10,000mah. Don't know about light users, but it can go 2 days without charging for a heavy user. |
Why does it look like they snapped with a body double? |
Following. There's a dearth of good sea threads on NL, like they took an oath of silence . Ride on OP. |
ekwurekwu:Drop it for people like us to grab & hold. |
MOVIC6:Not suprised. Intervene in a similar scenario next time & give up your life. I'll take your likes serious then ![]() |
shapman:Quoted.... |
talk2hb1:Would you like to know how you could succesfully be sent there? |
MOVIC6:Let him be. That's why we all have the ability to make choices. And your analogy about christ doesn't follow. He's only half human, advanced & far ahead of his time but he wasn't even the only one. We are humans, still mostly ignorant. Don't forget that. Still, Human life forces are equal. A human dying for another(that would still eventually die) is a waste if you calmly considered it from a 100% logical & neutral aspect on an earthly level. Put aside sentiments. It is different on the spiritual level but how many cares or know? Which leads us back to what again? Choice. Respect the dead's man choice, the quoted poster choice & yours. |
Kandeed:Notice i didn't even mention the CIA, Apart from that didn't the USA send mecenaries to rescue one of its citizens kidnapped in the NE of nigeria & we only heard of it later? We know who ended up in body bags. And who wants to assasinate buhari? He's a useful tool for the western overlords na. Had it been he refused to accept the vaccines or demeaned the COVID virus pandemic like the Presidents of Haiti, Tanzania & burundi. We would all have been celebrating by now. And I repeat, If push comes to shove, you will know diplomacy is shit in this world esp to isreal. Kindly dig deeper for info about isreal, mossad & their reputation. I wasn't talking based on hearsay, are you? |
fenibak:You too wondering where it all came from? Nwanne, We took after our creators. Both the good & bad |
Let him have the printer, this is just another temporary phase in your life. Don't rubbish your name for 20k |
Lol, They offed him. In most prisons abroad, there is a kinda code among prisoners, no women or children abuse, you can add nigerian scammers also, if you're in for any of those crimes, one is considered the lowest of the lows & they would all gang up to deal with the person while the prison authorities looking the other way. He was probably asked to drop the soap daily |
Depends on several factors: First, what do you personally determine as good living? Followed by the state you're domiciled, marriage status, and your spending habits & financial IQ. Most folks travails comes from the last two. Very important. |
Hope he doesn't disappear forever. Getting imprisoned by Asians or arabs is one of the worst things that can happen to a black man |
leofab:MOSSAD agents reading this post & smirking. Diplomacy is a smokescreen to fool the gullible. They will come, achieve their goals & nobody will be the wiser. |
