I recharged 5k on MTN for my monthly 40gb data only to find out that they rolled it over, unknown to me. I called customer care severally and they could not explain when my money or data went to. Recharge was on the 15th May and by 17th one of the customer care guy told me I have exhausted 20gb data. I was mad and had to borrow data just to be online. Please how do I go about this, I sent a mail to NCC to report but yet to get headway. Is it possible for MTN to present logs of the data consumed? 1 Like |
