I have given up on both the poor services I got from carlcare and the time spent and took the phone to a roadside guy who flashed it and changed my memory card and the phone is back to normal...


That's what i am using at the moment...

All the same, the only details i can readily give now is that I took it to the carlcare service center in Makurdi, Benue state located at OG WINNERS PLAZA...
It was booked and I was told to come and pick it after two weeks from the date of bringing it...
