I'll make this as brief as possible. I teach in a school where the owner uses his father's compound, back flats. His family lives in front apartment.
Some months ago, last year precisely, i had an issue with his sister, last born, and i decided to avoid her totally to prevent future occurrence. I face my job and do it well.
We the teachers observe that the family always call their son to report any issue, especially if we faltered in some cases. It was getting too much.
So on that day, exactly two weeks ago, we were asked to oversee the students sporting activities, done in front of the school compound. I was walking out with my colleague and we were discussing something we both saw on social media, about gistlover. The sister overheard it and believed we were talking about her, calling her gistlover.
She walked up to me and confronted me in a harsh manner. I tried explaining to her that we weren't referring to her, but she wouldn't listen and before you know it, we were exchanging words. I said a lot because I was angry that she singled me out to confront, when we were two discussing the issue.
She was telling me to get out and i was sooo angry that I used the f word on her. Later, her parents came back and she reported me to them. Without calling to hear my side of the story, they both told their son to send me away. The mother even said that wherever she saw me, she would strip me naked. Their son my boss came, me and my colleague were called to say what happened,we did, then my boss told me to go home and stay put for a while.
After a week,he called and told me my services were no longer needed, that he made his own private investigation from the students and they confirmed I used the f word on his sister. I am not innocent. I admitted my fault, but he refused to temper justice with mercy. He promised to pay me for this month, but my reputation is stained. AGAIN.
Considering the fact that I had some issues with a previous school two years ago, very close to this one. There I resigned on my own. Now everybody is looking at me like I am a bad person. I AM NOT. I try to be sooooo nice and polite, but people always take advantage of that to look down on me. I am extremely humble to a fault, even hubby says I present myself as mumu to people too much.

Learn to respect family or friends of your employer, customers etc irrespective of their age, gender, social class etc. They can make or mar you. Never use the F word for anyone. it's a perfect reason to fire you.
Osuman: The truth is that you are addicted to clubbing. First, go far away from club environs. Second, try get a partner for yourself. Thirdly, try to get busy at that particular time of the day. Maybe visiting the gym or a hectic activity that will make you tired and sleep off.
He's not just addicted to club. It's his friends. He either changed them all to people that stays indoor or he stops having friends. That's the solution.

Does it make sense to leave a good paying job for a menial one like some of your friends are doing? I don't care how much it pays, you don't need a soul sucking job that pays XYZ amount before you can live a good life. You get the money and end up with other issues like depression, health hazards etc
I have heard of a 50 something year old Nigerian man who works in a factory over there, he suffers from back pain and all, but he can't quit. He has to keep grinding because they took out a mortgage on their house, him and wifey are still working to pay off. I can't recall the exact age I was told but it was something close to our retirement age in Naija. If they were here, chances are, he would have built his house and been able to retire from active duty by now.

How do they push such cost to POS business. Impossible. The cost remain same whether they load or not. The problem is no staff to maintain the ATMs in almost all branches. What you have is someone who has a different function handling the ATM in addition to his job. So there would be inefficiency as a result.

Background I don't live in Nigeria but me and my wife both have a very comfortable 4 bedroom duplex in Nigeria. We have a one year old baby. I have been in Nigeria for 5 months now and I will be returning to UK in a few weeks.
Ever since I've been in Nigeria, my cousin (mid 30s) has been with us. Quite frankly, it is not very easy for him at the moment and i do care about him as a brother. He is in the process of processing his visa, so its not as if he is loafing about.
The plan is that both me and my wife will be taking turns in visiting each other for the next 2 or so years until I return fully to Nigeria.
The problem The problem is that I do not feel comfortable leaving just him and my wife under thesame roof whilst I return and he is not showing any signs of leaving when I return to my base.
So, this is my situation and I don't know if I am being insensitive.
I married a very good wife and under most circumstances, I trust her. I am just not comfortable leaving my wife with any man atall under thesame roof.

That banking job is hardly achievable. 20 business accounts is not easy in a month. The choice is yours.
