sunnx: You go smile tire to customer in other to be tip but remember when you're getting this tip, remember the day of shortage because your T.O will not send you, h/she will just debit you. Teller job favours ladies at most but guys there struggle for survival but alot of experience is there to be learn but ensure you trust non of your colleagues and never leave your system open and cubicle. Also any money vaulted out for you by your T.O verify it well before accepting and signing for it because sometimes, a huge manipulation happen inside vault especially during daily opening balance and night closing balance. Bank job sweet when you don't have issue. Less I forget, verify all check very well before paying out. I have used cars for long and my car seat belts don't stain my dress. It's likely they never take the vehicles to a car wash for proper washing. It's best to do that occasionally even if it's once in three months. It helps to clean other parts of the vehicle we may not clean ourselves as we usually focus on the exterior and leave the interior undone.

I was reasoning with my sister...I suggested instead of hosting a big wedding party and wasting lot of money and energy etc..why not just calculate the money involved in hosting the wedding and use it to establish a family business or open a business for her..or start/finish a family project.. then do a very small wedding like this one. My husband is a good and dedicated Physiotherapist, though he has not been so long into the profession. He manages himself now with private practice by treating people in their homes and offering his services to clinics and hospitals who need his services on agreed amount to be paid him as he is yet to get a well paying job in a hospital . He recently got a call from one doctor who owns a clinic around his area for treatment of a patient with physiotherapy case. It was agreed between him and the doctor that he will be paid 5k each day for three times in a week.
On the first day of work, my husband arrived and began treatment. The doctor entered and began asking series of questions about the processes and procedures. After about 20mins, my husband told him that he would like to be given some privacy and concentrate on his patient as he was being distracted. The doctor refused, my husband refused answering further questions; this angered the man. When he was done with the treatment, he requested for his money and the doctor refused.
And argument ensued. He told my husband to leave the hospital, my husband said its until he receives his payment for workdone. He began pushing my husband away and a fight began, he bite my husband in several places. They were later separated. My husband went and treated himself and proceeded to report the case to the police station. The doctor went and reported too.
Note: Some Doctors ask the Physiotherapists these questions while treatment is ongoing because they want to treat the patients themselves and they don't know about Physiotherapy. They end up getting a physiotherapist and after few sessions, they dismiss them with hope that they have learnt, all because of greed. They end up doing a bad job and the patients case keep getting worse. I told my husband to forget all about it and he said Never, that he worked for it and deserves his pay. I told him i know but justice is hardly gotten in this country.
Note: we recently got married and don't reside in same state because I have a business here and I'm heavily pregnant, i will join him as soon as I get a shop in his location. This case is taking a toll on my bp and I'm so worried. please what can we do? Any other options? Thank you good people.

I worked in one of the financial institution in the country, sometimes last year I was promoted to head the department at zonal level, (good News right). here is the problem and challenges I have been facing on the job, I have almost six superior that are above me in terms of ranks, but I was made to supervise them. this superior don't send their report to me or seek my opinion on anything.
I know they are not happy with me. my regional manager on sensing that this may be a problem recommended that I should be promoted ahead of all my superior yet our management is not saying anything about the recommendation of my regional manager.
most of this superior lobbied for this position but I was picked because of my ability's to deliver on the job.
experience peeps how do I handle a situation where I am supervising my superior yet they are not reporting to me or can I issue queries to them.
Quick one. Be humble. Do your job. If they don't respect you, look to God for guidance. You'll be rewarded at the right time. you may not query them, but if God says you should go higher, it would be at his own time.

Something like that happened to me when I was teaching in a private secondary school which was paying me N18,000.
The school proprietor said there should be no flogging and punishment of students.
We were trying to control the students without flogging, punishing or shouting on them and you know it is not easy.
One day, he came to my class and heard the students making noise.
Without warning, he went and brought sack letters to me and another teacher saying we cannot control our classes. He erroneously believed a teacher's presence should make all students quiet and that even when you are not beating or punishing them, they should all be quiet. But that was not the case in that school. Most of the classes that were quiet, the teachers there secretly beat or punished the students.
Although I started working in another school almost immediately after the sack, I made up my mind to go for further studies which I did.
The new school allowed us a little freedom to go outside the school and I used the opportunity to go for further studies.
I later resigned completely to face my studies.
Now, God has blessed me with a lecturing job and it's because of that sack because I would have still stayed there since the school doesn't allow you to go anywhere, not to talk of starting a Master degree
When last I went to the school, most of the teachers who were my colleagues are still there.
Reality of life. when I visited my school I thought over a decade last year, the same staff are still there.

WillyWonda1: I really don't know what I did to my immediate boss since I got promoted earlier this year. Ever since I got my promotion letter, my boss changed to me abruptly. He suddenly finds everything I do useless.
When I noticed the change, I went to him and begged him to tell me what I had done wrong so we could settle everything and get back along. But he said I did nothing wrong and I shouldn't worry about anything. So I locked up and was doing my job to the best of my ability. So he did something that sparked my madness and anger.
I got an email that I was to go on board our vessel to go and load from Lagos cos our mother vessel berthed in Lagos. And cos of my promotion, I'm not supposed to be a crew member anymore. But I was surprised to see the mail and went to his office to address the issue, next thing he said was 'IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR DUTY, YOU CAN RESIGN'.
That statement really sent chills down my spine and I sparked and told him really derogatory words. I don't even feel anyhow about my reaction. I'm happy I told him his life history. I'm very excited to have poured my mind out to him. If I get sacked, I won't feel bad, rather I'll be glad I told him what I told him. #Peace
With every promotion should come more humility. And no matter how little the job is, be happy to do it. Only that can take you higher. I don't want to speak about the other person, but learn to control yourself. A lot of people have offered professional counsel in the first page. Do adhere to that and be guided.
