Bmaster: I know it's not a laughing matter but this one got me
What do you expect a mechanic whose hands are being spoiled with grease to do when he's been paid by a car owner? U expects him to go wash hand first before receiving his money,Or Rather he should go and wear a hand glove so as not to deface the newly recolored sorry redesigned naira ?
What would the mechanic do if in same circumstances he is about to receive a $100 bill or pound or euro? He should do same to the naira
Allison012: OP. we wake up everyday take our bath and bounce out to work. Working day and night for peanuts. How do you wants us to invest when all the peanuts we work for goes to feeding and other neccessities? Even savings we no fit do for this buhari and APC economy. Make baba GOD help us make we vote the right person for 2023.
Saving is not an option, it's a must. The economy would get worser as the end draws near irrespective of who rules you. But save today so that your tomorrow would be a little soft before the end comes.
For anyone that wants to take the risk of keeping N8m at home in dollars, she should be prepared to lose it too. She should have kept it in a dollar account in the bank and not at home .
Blessedmercy8: She's a biz woman who deals in interior decor. Some sources said the money was meant for her childrens school fees abroad. She kept the dollars at home so it would be easy for her to make payment when they travel instead of having to source for dollars at the die min which might even have gone up then.
Wonders shall never cease. A house help who broke into her madams safe and stole 11,500 dollars ( 8 million) was caught as she was trying to make away with the money. Please watch to see her face. Shame dey catch me for her. A whole 8 million.
The craze for money among our youth eh . I don't get it She didn't even pity her boss, she took 11000 out of 12,500 Dollars and left 1500 for her boss. Chai! What a greedy lady.
No noise. What is the owners source of funds? Why is she keeping that money in cash at home? She is a thief as well IMO, because the maximum an individual should hold in 3 months is $4,000 and $5,000 for a company. The owner should be probed too.
Sonnik212: I am using gs300 with the same issue. Please how did you fix it cos I was advised to get a new one which cost 170k
Your own is cheap. I was told 700k and to work it 180k. I spent that with workmanship. The noise is still there but no longer becoming stiff as before.
BluntCrazeMan: THAT MEANS, THEY WILL STOP CHARGING US FOR MAKING WIRELESS TRANSFERS??
They made cashless policy useless when they started deducting money whenever we make transfers. It became a beautiful nonsense to us. It's no more attractive again.
How much charge do you pay to transfer any amount? Maximum N50. The bank's IT infrastructure etc is being maintained 24/7 to ensure your transaction flies. Not a major issue please.
lhordspy: I thought Emefiele said this re-designing of the Niara notes is targetted at curtailing money-hoarding, bribery and corruption.
The first mistake is using a light-coloured design. The petty traders on the street and market will be targetted by counterfeiters. It will be more difficult to detect a counterfeit notes now. Since both the counterfeit and originals are both light in colour.
And With this new process they are introducing that involves lot of forms-filling. It is very clear they are only looking for ways to punish the common man. Emefiele is clueless.
No big man or politician will line-up in banks to fill forms for cash even prior to this. Just a simple call to the manager will do the magic. They will always find a way around this too. Just like how they managed in evading the former rules put in place.
The common man is the loser here.
What is the common man, using with cash for example N1,000,000 in cash? What happens to transfer? The policy would only affects the rich and not the common man.
ufotty2001: I don't just know most ladies are not interested to learn what generates money.. I have forced my girlfriend to learn online skill she refused.. she is so comfortable with this her 30k job that do not take her to anywhere. That is why I want to break up with her
You have a good woman and you want to breakup with her, because she's not materialistic. That's terrible.
greenermodels: All these videos been circulated online are probably government propaganda to garner public support for their badly thought out Naira redesign policy. Who in his right mind would keep rotten money in his home or in a lorry? Nigerians should wise up. NB: those quoting me should know that all old notes are returned to the CBN for record and destruction so they are in possession of the largest stockpile of old notes in the country. We also read how they have spent trillions in printing new currencies under Buhari so with Aisha Buhari's brother in charge of the currency printing security minting press, this currency redesign policy is possible a big cashout for them before eventual handover next year. NB: those quoting me to say that politicians buy votes with cash should remember that one of the presidential candidates had cash delivered to his home on the eve of the last presidential election in bullion vans direct from the bank. These policies wouldn't prevent the same happening again in the next presidential election.
Stop talking. There are many people with billions at home in a dilemma now as to how to move it to the bank. Some are already buying things in cash millions like foodstuffs they don't need because they can't take it to the bank.
philo04: Nah them wan thief me for Igbo Etech for ph They called that their brother is getting married we both agreed price they sent half payment of 70k) to me.

On wedding day I told my friend to go there to confirm he said he drove pass the place only to see cult guys. Nah so I take share their money with my friend o.
They latter called that I show refund them that nah God save me
Pls let be guided no mind my English
Even if they are bad people, you have no right to eat their money. Refund them now.
Though before I got married I discovered my mother inlaw calls all her daughters both married and unmarried everyday (only 3 ladies no boys) and they fear her to the bone.
At times every morning and night just to talk to them but I believe when they get married they need privacy and respect but this is not the case for my mother-in-law and I detest such act.
Mind you I'm not against call or trying to break the bond but I believe this is marriage. I'm looking for a way to stop all that
kettykin: Not just bullion van thieves, this policy will also affect bandits that has billions of naira ransom in the forest and jungle, it will affect thieving politicians and public servants and also ritualist who have their victims vomiting old naira notes
urbobo20: I doubt the credibility of that initial release story . Cause bonny is salt water just like esravoce . Flood don't easily attack community in salt water even Delta state that's is worst heat after bayelsa have started having light. Again. Thigh there still flood inside otorogun gas plant here in otor udu
Bonarotti22: Natural disaster happens every where in the world. The only problem is how we respond and mitigate against future occurrence especially in cases like this that a simple drainage system would have helped. Unfortunately, the government would want you to believe it’s ‘Natural’ to justify their incompetence and corruption.
Is that flood a drainage system problem? Water submerged communities in more than ten states at the same time and that's what you can say.
bestman09: My heart goes out to the affected people. If not that Nigeria is a failed nation, government will help them out as I know that lost and damaged properties will require a lot of money to fix up. My happiness is that I haven't heard of any casualty
QuinModah: As long as you have remitted in the first 6 months you registered you can access the fund, maximum fund is 7-15 million naira. The deduction is 2.5% from your BASIC PAY which is remitted to Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) called National Housing Scheme in your payslip. You could read about them online.
I have remitted in the past eleven years. Please how do I access this facility?
