1)a girl sees another girl and is aroused makes her a homosexual
2)the same girl goes ahead to engage in sexual intercourse means she has engaged in same sex activity

she would not be prosecuted in court because she is aroused by seeing another girl she would be prosecuted because she engaged in same sex activity, why is this so hard to understand, that someone is a homosexual LITERALLY means that the person is sexually aroused by the same sex,this won't land you a 14 yrs sentence except if you go ahead to PROMOTE or ENGAGE in same sex activity

you are very right here... Not everyone here is well informed on this... Truth is , even if one says he is gay in Nigeria, it is not a crime as long as it can't be connected to any gay related activity.... It can only be a crime when the gay is caught in the act or involved in gay related activities like same sex marriage etc...
