The sanctity of white garment churches and how their doctrines have been bastardized today ▪︎Celestial Church of Christ and Cherubim and Seraphim as case studies White garment churches have long been a significant and recognizable presence within the realm of Christianity. With their distinctive white robes, these churches have garnered a sense of mysticism and reverence over the years. Two prominent white garment churches that have influenced African Christianity are the Celestial Church of Christ and the Cherubim and Seraphim Church. However, despite their original intentions, the doctrines of these churches have been bastardized, leading to a deviation from their core principles and the loss of their sanctity. The Celestial Church of Christ was founded in 1947 by Reverend Samuel Bilewou Oshoffa in Nigeria. Oshoffa claimed to have received divine messages and visions from God, prompting him to establish a church that would serve as a direct representation of the heavenly realm on earth. The church's doctrines were based on the Holy Bible and emphasized the practice of divine healing, prophetic revelations, and spiritual deliverance. However, over time, the sanctity of the Celestial Church has been compromised. One of the primary ways in which the sanctity of the Celestial Church has been bastardized is through the commercialization of its practices. Some pastors have turned the church into a lucrative business, preying on the vulnerabilities of congregants. They manipulate members into believing that extravagant financial contributions and the purchase of various church merchandise are necessary for receiving divine blessings. This departure from the original doctrines of the church not only exploits the faith and trust of its followers but also tarnishes the sanctity that the white garments symbolize. Similarly, the Cherubim and Seraphim Church, another white garment church founded in Nigeria in 1925 by Moses Orimolade Tunolase, has also suffered from a distortion of its original teachings. Tunolase established the church with the aim of promoting holiness, spiritual awakenings, and a closer relationship with God. However, as time went by, the church's doctrines were manipulated and altered to suit personal agendas. One key area where the Cherubim and Seraphim Church's sanctity has been compromised is through the proliferation of fake prophets and fraudulent practices. The church, known for its emphasis on prophetic revelations, has attracted individuals who deceitfully claim to possess divine powers of healing and deliverance. These self-proclaimed prophets use unethical means to exploit the vulnerable and extract money from them, promising impossible miracles in return. This desecration of the church's sanctity not only betrays the fundamental principles upon which it was founded but also undermines the faith and trust of its followers. The bastardization of white garment churches like the Celestial Church of Christ and the Cherubim and Seraphim Church is a lamentable phenomenon. It results in the loss of faith in religious institutions, breeds skepticism, and undermines the spiritual well-being of individuals who seek solace and guidance. In order to restore the sanctity of these churches, there is a need for rigorous monitoring, accountability, and re-education. Leaders must be held responsible for their actions and teachings, and members should be empowered to question and discern the authenticity of spiritual practices. White garment churches have the potential to be beacons of spirituality, offering solace, hope, and guidance to those in need. It is imperative that their doctrines remain true to their original principles and intentions. By addressing the bastardization of these churches and reviving their sanctity, we can ensure that their influence is a force for good, promoting genuine spirituality and enriching the lives of their followers. Only then can the white garments they wear truly represent the purity and divinity they were meant to embody. https://spectatorsng.com/the-sanctity-of-white-garment-churches-and-how-their-doctrines-have-been-bastardized-today/

Can sin be a spiritual attack according to Bible? By 9jaspectators editor In the realm of spirituality, the concept of sin is often associated with wrongdoing and moral transgressions. It is viewed as something that separates individuals from God and tarnishes their spiritual wellbeing. But can sin also be considered a spiritual attack, as stated in the Bible? The Bible, particularly in the New Testament, repeatedly emphasizes the existence of spiritual battles and attacks. It highlights the presence of unseen forces, such as demons or evil spirits, that seek to harm individuals. Ephesians 6:12 states, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." When we look at sin from this perspective, it becomes evident that it can indeed be considered a spiritual attack. Sin is often fueled by selfish desires, greed, jealousy, or hatred - all negative emotions that can be seen as weapons used against us in the spiritual realm. These negative forces can manipulate our thoughts, emotions, and actions, leading us astray and causing spiritual harm. Furthermore, sin can often serve as a doorway for spiritual attacks. The Bible advises us to resist sin and avoid giving the devil a foothold. In Ephesians 4:26-27, it states, "In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold." This passage suggests that when we allow sin to take root in our hearts, we provide an opportunity for spiritual attacks to occur. It is essential to understand that sin itself is not the ultimate enemy; rather, it is a symptom of the broken relationship between humanity and God. Sin is a tool that the forces of evil can use to separate us from our divine source and hinder our spiritual growth. Just as physical ailments weaken our bodies, sin weakens our spiritual well-being, making us more susceptible to spiritual attacks. Thankfully, the Bible offers solutions to combat these spiritual attacks and the power of sin. Through repentance and seeking forgiveness, we can break free from the grip of sin and restore our relationship with God. In James 4:7-8, it says, "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God, and he will come near to you." In conclusion, sin can be seen as a spiritual attack according to the Bible. It highlights the existence of unseen forces seeking to harm individuals and the role sin plays in providing an entry point for these attacks. However, through repentance, seeking forgiveness, and strengthening our relationship with God, we can find protection and overcome the spiritual battles that come our way. https://spectatorsng.com/can-sin-be-a-spiritual-attack-according-to-bible/

This was how WhatsApp two-step verification saved me from hackers (Screenshot) Two-step verification is an essential feature that every WhatsApp user should enable to protect their account from hackers. This security feature adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a six-digit PIN whenever someone tries to verify your phone number on WhatsApp. In my case, I received a call from a man who claimed that there was going to be a meeting on a WhatsApp group and that I needed to call a specific number to receive a code. Trusting this person, I did as instructed and received a message stating that I had changed my WhatsApp number. Alarmed, I quickly realized that this was an attempt to hack into my account. Fortunately, I had previously enabled two-step verification on my WhatsApp account. So when the hacker asked me to provide him with the verification code, I knew it was a red flag. The hacker even had the audacity to call me back, insisting that I give him the verification code. Thanks to the security of the two-step verification, I was able to protect my account and prevent any unauthorized access. Enabling two-step verification is easy. Simply go to the WhatsApp settings, click on Account, and then select Two-step verification. From there, you can enable this feature and create your own six-digit PIN. It is also recommended to provide an accurate email address, as WhatsApp can send you a link to disable two-step verification in case you forget your PIN. It is important to note that WhatsApp will never ask for your verification code or PIN. If you receive any such requests, it is likely an attempt by hackers to gain access to your account. Be vigilant and never share your verification code or PIN with anyone. Additionally, if you forget your PIN and have not provided an email address, you will not be able to reverify your phone number on WhatsApp for seven days. After this period, you can reverify your number, but all pending messages will be deleted. If you have not used WhatsApp for more than 30 days without your PIN, your account will be deleted, and a new one will be created upon reverification. In conclusion, two-step verification is a crucial security feature that can protect your WhatsApp account from hackers. By enabling this feature and following the necessary precautions, you can ensure the safety of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access to your account. Stay vigilant and stay safe! https://spectatorsng.com/this-was-how-whatsapp-two-step-verification-saved-me-from-hackers-screenshot/

AFCON 2023: Man makes case for Ivorian police pressing women’s brėåsts (VIDEO) The above blog post discusses a controversial topic: the actions of Ivorian police pressing women's breasts during a security check at the ongoing 2023 African Cup of Nations tournament. The blog post includes the perspective of a Nairalander, @NwaAmaikpe, who defends the actions of the police in the viral video. The Nairalander argues that the women in the video did not show disgust or repulsion at being touched intimately by the police. He then shares personal anecdotes and stories he has heard from women who allegedly enjoy being touched in that manner. He concludes that if both the "presser" (the police officer) and the "pressee" (the woman being searched) are happy with the situation, it would not be fair for the Ivorian government to interfere. The blog post is written in a provocative and humorous tone, using sarcasm and personal anecdotes to challenge the concerns raised by others about the incident. It introduces a controversial perspective that may stir up discussions and debates about cultural norms, consent, and acceptable practices during security checks. FCC chairman, Dankaka’s certificate is genuine, Ahmadu Bello University clarifies (PHOTO) Contrary to the lingering and alleged malicious stories in the last few days both in print and electronic media, Ahmodu Bello University (ABU) has confirmed the authenticity of certificate of Muheeba Dankaka, the Chairman of the Federal Character Commission. Ahmodu Bello University Registrar on January 16. 2024 clarified that the certificate issued to Dankaka is genuine. See attached document below The public speculation that Dankaka was also invited by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has also been confirmed as false. It will be recalled that there was a petition against Dankaka revolving around the varying names on her educational certificates. It was however gathered that the different names listed on Muheeba Dankaka's certificates are all variations of her true identity. Report says her father's name, Salawu, is sometimes pronounced or written as Salau while her given name, Muibat, may also be written as Muiba or Muheeba. The report also noted that her middle name, Adenike, can sometimes be shortened to Nike, averring that variations in spelling and pronunciation are not uncommon and do not cast doubt on the authenticity of her credentials. The report also noted that after marriage, it is customary for women to adopt their husband's family name. Hence, Dankaka is Muheeba's married name, which further explains the variations in her identification. https://spectatorsng.com/fcc-chairman-dankakas-certificate-is-genuine-ahmadu-bello-university-clarifies/

Police quizzing Muheeba Dankaka Chairman of Federal Character Commission is nothing but mischief By Prof. Adeniyi Olowofela The recent police questioning of Muheeba Dankaka, the Chairman of the Federal Character Commission, has sparked much controversy and debate. The crux of the issue seems to revolve around the varying names on her educational certificates. However, upon closer examination, it becomes clear that there is much ado about nothing. The different names listed on Muheeba Dankaka's certificates are all variations of her true identity. Her father's name, Salawu, is sometimes pronounced or written as Salau. Her given name, Muibat, may also be written as Muiba or Muheeba. Lastly, her middle name, Adenike, can sometimes be shortened to Nike. These variations in spelling and pronunciation are not uncommon and do not cast doubt on the authenticity of her credentials. Additionally, it is important to note that after marriage, it is customary for women to adopt their husband's family name. Hence, Dankaka is Muheeba's married name, which further explains the variations in her identification. To put this situation into perspective, let us consider the renowned Nigerian playwright and Nobel laureate, Akinwande Oluwole Babatunde Soyinka, better known as Wole Soyinka. Throughout his career, has anyone ever raised concerns or filed a complaint about his name? The answer is a resounding no. Variations in names are not unusual, and it is the true identity behind these variations that matter. It is evident that the individuals behind the petition are not only mischievous but also interfering in matters that are inconsequential. Muheeba Dankaka's identity is clear, and her credentials are unquestionably legitimate. We must avoid getting caught up in the storm of trivialities and focus on the more significant issues at hand. https://spectatorsng.com/police-quizzing-muheeba-dankaka-chairman-of-federal-character-commission-is-nothing-but-mischief/

Monogamy, polygamy, or adultery – which relationship style is good for men? Some people say African men are naturally polygamous. It was learned that, in ancient times, before civilization, polygamy was the common marital style. But now that we have adopted the white man's culture, monogamy is the popularly practiced style, even mainly by male Muslims whose religious doctrine endorses polygamy. As we know, monogamy is associated with Christianity and came with civilization. Many men who feel unsatisfied in their marriages often resort to adultery, which is not supported by both Christian and Islamic doctrines. Men may engage in adultery due to their wives' annoying behaviors or their insatiable nature. Therefore, the question arises: which relationship style is good for men? CBN to launch cryptocurrency coin to pay Nigerian workers’ salaries (VIDEO) The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced its plans to launch a stable coin on February 27th, 2024. This initiative comes as part of the CBN's ongoing efforts to embrace blockchain technology and its potential benefits for the Nigerian economy. Stable coins are cryptocurrencies that are pegged to a stable asset, typically a fiat currency like the Naira, to minimize price volatility. In this case, the stable coin will be known as cNGN, representing the stable Naira. The implementation of blockchain technology has already begun, signifying the CBN's commitment to adopting innovative solutions to enhance various sectors in Nigeria, including payments and remittances. With the launch of the cNGN stable coin, it is expected that the financial ecosystem of the country will experience significant improvements. One of the most notable changes will be the way salaries are paid. Instead of traditional methods like bank transfers or physical cash, employees will be receiving their wages in cNGN. This shift will bring multiple advantages, such as increased transparency, faster transactions, and reduced costs for both employers and employees. By utilizing blockchain technology, the CBN aims to streamline financial operations, reduce fraud, and bolster the overall efficiency of the payment system in Nigeria. The decentralized nature of the blockchain ensures that transactions are secure, traceable, and tamper-proof, providing an added layer of trust for users. Additionally, the introduction of a stable coin like cNGN can potentially address some of the challenges faced by Nigerians in terms of currency fluctuations. Since stable coins are designed to maintain a stable value, users can avoid the volatility associated with traditional cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. Furthermore, the adoption of digital currencies has the potential to increase financial inclusion in the country. With the majority of the Nigerian population having access to a smartphone, the use of cNGN can facilitate easy and convenient transactions, even for those without traditional bank accounts. It is important to note that the success of this initiative will heavily rely on educating citizens about the benefits and usage of stable coins. The CBN will need to collaborate with various stakeholders, including banks, businesses, and individuals, to ensure a smooth transition to the digital currency. The launch of the cNGN stable coin by the CBN signals a significant step forward in Nigeria's adoption of blockchain technology. As the implementation progresses, it has the potential to revolutionize the country's financial system, making transactions faster, more secure, and accessible to a wider population. The relationship between Betta Edu and Olubunmi Tunji Ojo, you don’t know The moment it became public knowledge that Betta Edu has been embezzling funds meant for vulnerable citizens, I knew Olubunmi Tunji Ojo would be very much involved. Having never held public office in Abuja, I knew that Olubunmi is her teacher and facilitator. Everyone in the corridors of power in Abuja knows that their relationship is not ordinary. I recall that on the day of their screening at the Senate, they drove in the same car and walked into the Senate building hand in hand. I also recall that they visited Senators prior to their screening together. Olubunmi has been around since 2019 when he became a Member representing his constituency in Ondo State, and because of his very active role in supporting Bros Gbaja in becoming Mr. Speaker, he was rewarded as Chairman of the NDDC Committee. The rest is history. Olubunmi never spends Naira. He is known to be one of the largest spenders of dollar bills in Abuja. It was this constant availability of dollars that attracted Betta to him in the first place. All you need to know about postate cancer Prostate cancer is a type of cancer that affects the prostate gland, which is a small walnut-shaped gland located just below the bladder in men. The prostate gland is responsible for producing semen, the fluid that carries sperm. Prostate cancer occurs when the cells in the prostate gland start to grow uncontrollably, forming a tumor. It is one of the most common types of cancer in men, particularly those above the age of 50. However, it can also occur in younger men, though less frequently. There are different stages of prostate cancer, ranging from localized, where the cancer is confined to the prostate gland, to advanced, where it has spread to other parts of the body such as the lymph nodes or bones. Symptoms of prostate cancer may not be noticeable in the early stages, making regular screenings and check-ups important for early detection. In later stages, symptoms can include difficulties in urination (such as frequent urination, weak flow, or blood in urine), erectile dysfunction, pain in the lower back, hips, or pelvis, and unexplained weight loss. Treatment options for prostate cancer depend on factors such as the stage of cancer, age, overall health, and personal preferences. Treatments can include active surveillance (monitoring the cancer growth without immediate treatment), surgery to remove the prostate gland (prostatectomy), radiation therapy, hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or a combination of these approaches. It is important for men to be aware of the risk factors associated with prostate cancer and to discuss screening options with their healthcare provider, especially if they are over the age of 50 or have a family history of prostate cancer. Early detection and timely treatment can greatly improve the chances of successful outcomes and long-term survival. https://spectatorsng.com/all-you-need-to-know-about-postate-cancer/ 9 ways to know a fake friend, according to psychology https://spectatorsng.com/9-ways-to-know-a-fake-friend-according-to-psychology/
