I didn't get the DM....
hallo bro,
thanks for the insight so far,
I got a few questions,if you don't mind.

1. what are the possibilities of removing certain courses and doing them at a later time during the Msc program, I know it will extend the duration of the program, but I'm thinking long term, in terms of how it will affect side hustle( cos there will be less workload ), grades, and most importantly it will give ample time to learn the language to a respectable level.

2. what do you know about kaiserslautern in terms of student jobs and the possibility of internship.
there are limited schools in the summer application and that's one of the few schools u could see that matches what I want.
EducationRe: Nigeria Students In Kaiserslautern University Of Applied Sciences Zweibrucken C by SpongeBobSP: 5:14pm On Jul 27, 2019
hey bro, was doing research on technical uni kaiserslautern and came across your post, I'll be applying for a Master's in the summer semester later this year and I'll really like some guidance going forward. as you are already in the city, I'm in the process of arranging my documents now,
hope it's okay if I send you an email.
thanks.

Braket:
For a master's student, you go to school twice or three times in a week.

2&3 It's quite easy of you study and work in the same city, but not all jobs are flexible and you don't really get to choose how many hours you want to work except it's a part time job.

Where I work now, it's quite flexible that I can choose which day to work. During the semester I have to work 10 times in a month to complete my 80 hours limit.
alright thanks bro,
it's clear now what one needs to look out for. you are really lucky with that job you got, 10days a month? that's flexible.

Dey there. It's soo hot that breeze no gree blow
hallo, nice thread you got here.
So I have a fee questions.
1, what's the regular schedule like, say for a masters student , how many hours a day does knew expect to be in school for classes or field work. form what time to what time on average, I know it varies
from school to school but I just want a guesstimate.

2. when working and schooling, how do you manage the time and can you decide how many hours you work each day to accumulate the maximum 20hrs allowed per week, for Instance, 3hrs on Monday, 2 on Tues, 3hrs on Wed. etc.

3 . and for housing, is it advisable to go for the student hostel or go private? , heard there are government houses in some places. that are really cheap and the plus side is you get live around regular people and not just students

..........
sorry for my many questions, smiley

Hello my good people in the house.I'm New here
There is something I don't understand about what some1 posted here regarding cart A or Cart B. Is it that some1 with 2.2 second class lower In Nigeria wouldnt be able apply for masters in Germany anymore or what?
How can I convert 3.10/4 scale to Germany scale?
Thanks!
1*yes you can still apply with a 2:2, embassy categorize just to know when to place AD in terms of priority. it has nothing to do with the uni application.

2*go online and search for German grade converters, I'm sure you'll find something.

Talking about deferment in July is still very early. There is still enough time and dates might still be available. Also, school starting September or October doesn't mean embassy can issue you visa anytime and you won't be caught up by the pressure of enrollment deadline.

I wish everyone good luck grin
this info is too legit and i have learnt something new here today. hope this gets seen by a good number who are stuck in this no AD thing.
good luck to us all smiley

Ok bro. Thanks

Pls if I may ask, can he use his evaluated transcript from WES (world education service) to apply for MSc?
I think you previously stated he has a HND, and that won't be accepted for any Msc, and I don't think German schools require Wes evaluation for anything, so his best bet would still be to go for a Bsc.

Hello everyone. I have been a silent follower of this platform and it’s been impactful. Thanks to everyone for sharing their knowledge with the rest of us.

I intend applying for summer session and I’m getting everything ready to apply ahead of time and I thought everything was looking good already until I got two shockers today, oboi I weak , first it’s no longer 8kplus but 10kplus for blocked account. Secondly, universities in rep of Benin is not recognized where I wan start from like this? I have a degree from rep of Benin. I was going for a second degree in summer in DE. What do I do guys? Since I need at least 100level transcript, can I still use it like that. I even registered for gce that starts next month since I don’t have English in my waec( I combined waec and neco for bsc) devil cannot spoil my shine. Please help your girl biko
hey,.
okay so my advise will be this,
get on daad.de and find courses that interest you, then make a list of the coordinator or student adviser for each school (it's usually on the site).
contact them via email with the info you just gave and ask the questions, they are more often than not very willing to help.
start now so you know where you stand in time, it's not too early, Don't assume you have time, I already started mailing some schools to ask pertinent questions as it affects my choice program and my current qualifications etc.
goodluck.

Who doesn't know when summer begins. I am explaining practical to you, you are quoting what's on paper. Ask the people that applied to schools with July 15th as deadline for winter semester to tell you their current situation. What's the use of getting AL when embassy has stopped giving dates. A school like unibreman has Oct 15th as summer deadline with AL dropping December. And Kempten Msc Electrical Engineering have closed their application for summer 2020 since June 30th with AL rolling out this July ending to create enough time for your visa application. These are the kind of schools I am advising people to pay more attention to for positive outcomes.
yeah I see what you mean and it makes a lot of sense , but given the limited number of universities offering summer places, at least in my case, we might be forced to apply for any and everything we see that's closely related to what we studied. and besides peeps will still book for AD without getting Al so It might not be that much of a problem.

Does anybody have a list of schools offering easy admission for SUMMER semester.

The summer school with online application or uniassist.

THANKS
I don't think anyone has a list. you'll have to run a search for yourself. go to daad.de and try using the filters. select either Bsc or Msc, then choose summer semester.
you'll see all the schools and courses available for the next application period.
goodluck in your search.

Thank you for the kind words.
Note that almost all schools are open for summer Applications BUT NOT ALL COURSES ARE.
That's very critical. However you can use the advanced search tool on DAAD when searching. Just click on summer in the application period. It will streamline the search to all programs offered in Summer. You shouldn't remove Uni-assist From your plans because there are very limited courses for summer and removing Uni-assist or English Test might leave you with little or nothing to apply for.
So, make sure you exhaust every opportunity to place an a
If you need further help, you can always send a PM.
you know what bro?
I have noticed this and it's kinda frustrating , but it is what it is. Was planning to use an EPL, but that doesn't seem feasible anymore cos courses in my field are limited. and the more you filter the search to streamline it to suit your BSC qualification and other things , the less options you get... LOL

Hello,

I am not 100% certain everyone here needs the original for enrollment. I dont speak for everyone.

Some schools ask you to come with the originals for enrollment, some schools ask you to send certified copies.

Some schools don't ever ask again since you have certified and sent during application.

So, different strokes for each school.

However, I STRONGLY advise you process all your documents while you are still in Nigeria, we all know how stressful it is to get documents years later especially when you wont be personally available to do the running around.
yeah, thanks for the insight,
appreciate it.
and I see what you mean about doing everything now, could potentially save a lot of money and stress in the future.
