OdogwuEkeke: Oh, okay. I mailed mawista, hopefully there's a work around. But how did you get that AOK, the one in the pic you posted, you just filled the form and sent back to them and they approved it. How long did that take? 1 Like |

Senior man! How far? So these ones you mentioned, I mean the private insurance, are they the same as the AOK that odogwu mentioned earlier, in that I don't have to pay until I get to Germany? I'll still contact the university tomorrow. Thanks. computaholicGoc: |

Hi bro, so my sponsor said his state in Germany is asking him for health insurance of the person he is sponsoring (me). I don't know what type of health insurance I should get cos I don't even have much money to pay for that now, so is there any you can recommend, and do you know anyone who needed health insurance to get sponsorship letter? Why am I unable to book for certification of documents at the consulate, I want to certify some extra docs but it's saying I already have a similar booking. Meanwhile, I didn't go the last time I booked cos of the holidays on that particular day. Does it mean my previous booking hasn't been deleted from the system? Cos I assumed the date had passed and I could just book another. |

Basalt: The situation appears even more grim every passing day. Sadly some of us have been admitted to schools where you can only enrol in Germany. It's all good. We pray and hope for the best. Fingers crossed things change very soon. 1 Like |

babakb:What do you mean every dick and Harry? God forbid this stupid mentality, tufia! Are you telling me every Indian or Pakistani that studied in Germany finished their studies within the allotted time? Or that they too don't drop out? Or that there haven't been thousands of Nigerians that have added value to the German economy after graduation? This generalisation is wrong abeg. We just have a government that don't care enough to look into the plight of their young graduates. They had better stop giving out admissions to Nigerians as a whole, then we know we are exempted from German university admissions, than this unnecessary delays. 15 Likes |

Elninoarmando: Hmm... Doesn't seem like there's any hope whatsoever. But I'd like to stay positive that things might be reviewed. Cos this decision is effectively restricting the larger population of Nigerian students(especially master's) , cos most fall under cat B. Meanwhile for those that can afford to go through other European countries and then transfer to German universities later, I'll say do that now! |
